Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into nice and relaxed.
We are taking this short break in the day.
To pause all doing and just reconnect with our being,
Awakening our awareness.
Allowing everything inside our body to come to stillness.
Allowing everything inside our mind to come to stillness.
A gentle focus on this moment.
At first,
It might take some effort to keep the focus.
And then we want to soften that effort,
Allowing us to rest in the present moment.
If thoughts is coming to us,
Just allow them to be there,
Allow them to pass in this moment.
No need to plan anything,
No need to remember anything.
We are just acknowledging that there might be some activity,
Some thoughts.
We are just acknowledging this and put our gentle focus on the present moment.
Breathing with our body.
Staying with the body.
Sending it some loving awareness.
A gentle smile of gratefulness from our present awareness.
Giving our whole being this break of meditation,
Relaxation.
A moment to just enjoy being.
Gently,
Gently,
Begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
And before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths.
And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness,
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
And get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
