The encouragement of those who don't love themselves to be able to receive love.
As a mother of three,
I take care of myself last and sometimes I forget to take care of myself to be honest.
I always think I'll do it next time I'll get to me next time it's them first,
The reality that a lot of us suffer from so much shame that that is what prevents us from truly embracing self love.
Healing is self love,
Learning how to become emotionally intelligent in order to lead ourselves in our day to day lives.
Self love to me is loving yourself past,
Present and future.
We're putting money with,
With the whole taking care of ourselves.
Spend time in nature.
Do your favorite music.
Watch some silly movies or videos and laugh until your tummy hurts.
The importance of investing in your personal development.
Never stop learning and always surround yourself with people that inspire you to be your best self,
Sometimes without even having to see anything.
When you take the time to go inwards and heal wounds and do the growth that you need to do.
That is self love.
Further practice of controlling my negative thoughts and that negative self voice inside of my head.
Focusing more positive thoughts towards my being.
Invest in myself.
I'm no good to anyone if I'm not good to myself first.
So folks,
It seems to have different meanings to everyone.
Sometimes you need to take a step back and care for you.
We need to love ourselves wholeheartedly before accepting love from anywhere else.
Saying affirmations every single day.
Knowing that it's okay to feel sad,
To feel bad,
Mad,
Just as much as it is to feel love,
Happiness,
Ecstasy.
When we are able to acknowledge our feelings,
Why we feel them and work through them.
That is the truest form of self love.
I take time to myself either in journaling or meditating.
Simply be doing something that you love.
A walk with nature,
Meditation,
Journaling,
Reflection of the positive.
Mindful meditation.
So I get up and I think of everything that I'm thankful for and I meditate on these prospects and what I need to get done.
And I give myself three good things about myself for the day and three good things that I want for the day.
And at the end of the day,
I think of one,
At least one good thing that happened for the day to shift my perspective and make it a more positive one.
The practice of co-creating my life and my business wasn't until I started to incorporate intuitive practice.
Such as taking a moment to receive the guiding steps from the universe and act accordingly.
That my ability to get things done was taken to the next level and it created so much productivity for my life that I never could have even imagined.
You don't need to be better before you start.
Start where you are and you will attract those in alignment with you.
I feel like if you can take time to be with your thoughts and feelings and just pay attention to the way you breathe and connect with your heart and soul.
And then being able to journal those feelings and thoughts out in order to unravel whatever stresses or pain that you may be going through is a huge,
Huge step towards self-love.
The mindset to do more,
Kind of like the 10X mindset,
But in a sense of just knowing that there's a lot more that I could be doing and I'm going to do that.
My determination is to be able to ditch my 9 to 5.
Authenticity.
The ability to be transparent,
To fully embrace myself 100% with flaws and with accolades,
You know,
With my skills.
The things that I do well and the things that I don't do as well.
So being able to fully embrace that and expose that to my audience.
Start or end your day with gratitude.
Meditation and going inwards myself to be able to tap into my own intuition and be able to trust myself more in my decisions and become all knowing in who I am.
So whatever steps that I do on a daily basis to make me stay at a high vibration ultimately affects the collective vibration of the world at large.
It helps raise the vibration of the collective because we are all one.
The I am good enough mindset is where my focus is.
The practice of leading myself.
By leading myself better and better every day.
It allows other women to be inspired to lead themselves.
Definitely get a gratitude journal and start being openly grateful.
Be afraid to ask the universe for what you want.
Be very specific with your intentions.
Make sure you set those every day or every time you're doing something new.
Taking time for yourself to reflect is very important and I truly believe it brings up an individual's vibration.
Be consistent with your self-care practices and self-improvement strategies.
Collaboration.
So the ability to work as a team with other individuals on a common goal.
One,
You accomplish that goal a lot faster and you learn in the process.
So collaboration is something that really is a great thing to implement in race vibration.
Remember that everyone is fighting a battle we know nothing about.
So smile at strangers,
Be kind in ways that you are inspired to be both to yourself and others and be a little more patient to be than you were yesterday.
So repeat after me.
I am enough.
I am love.
I am empowered.
Now it's time to get shit done.
