This morning meditation is designed to give you a conscious and centered start into your day. A small ritual that you can repeat daily. Through a gentle guidance, you will reflect on and visualize how you'd like your day to unfold and what you'd like to achieve. By using your senses for your imagination, you will create an experience that is tangible and vivid. The practice closes with setting an intention for today, to remind you of how you envision your day.

Morning Meditation This meditation is a sign to provide you a blissful and happy start into your day,

Cultivating focus and setting an intention for your day.

Every morning we wake up and often start our day with looking into our phones,

Emails,

Social media or any other news which distract us from starting our day mindfully or consciously.

We get caught in between our personal routines and what's happening in the outside world.

Often we're just not yet prepared for starting our day properly.

Today you chose differently,

Allowing yourself to start your day with consciousness and awareness,

Preparing you for whatever you need to do today.

To begin with,

Sit up straight,

You can either use a chair or sit up straight in your bed.

However you feel most comfortable.

Take a deep breath in on the count of four and exhale on the count of three.

When you inhale,

I invite you to follow your breath from when it enters your nostrils to where it expands your ribcage and rises up again into your head area.

When you exhale,

Sigh all air out of your mouth.

You can touch the crown of your head with finger and see if you can follow your inhalation up to the point that you just marked on your head.

Then exhale all the air through your mouth.

Repeat this breath for another two times on your own.

Inhaling on the count of four and exhaling on the count of three.

Slowly come back to your natural breathing.

I'd like you to take a moment to really experience the gift of a new day.

It's a new opportunity,

A new chance to start again from where you are.

It doesn't matter what happened yesterday,

The last week or month.

Today is a new day.

It is your new day of your life.

Anything that you desire or wish for can be started again today.

Take a moment to ask yourself how would you like your day to unfold.

If you can,

Involve all your senses into your imagination.

Start by imagining what you'd like to accomplish today.

Maybe you have to go to work or maybe you work from home.

Maybe today you have a day off and can choose more freely what you'd like to do.

The important thing is that you imagine how you would like your day to be.

Maybe you want to finish an important task at work.

Maybe you have an important meeting to attend.

Maybe you have to coordinate many different events today for yourself,

Your children or other loved ones.

Or maybe you simply wish to enjoy today as much as possible.

Run through your day and routines as if you would watch a movie.

Watch yourself going through your day.

What will you wear?

How will you act today?

What will you embrace?

Which activities will make you feel joyful and happy?

Is there any specific person you would like to see or talk with today?

Can you think of any food that you'd like to eat today?

Is there any specific place you would like to go or see?

Now that you are imagining your day and how you would like it to unfold,

Try to give it a personal fragrance.

What sort of smell makes you feel joyful,

Excited,

Centered or focused?

Use your olfactory sounds to explore how you'd like your day to smell.

It could be freshly cut grass that brings you inspiration,

Or a nice breeze from the seaside that increases your ability to go through your day with ease and relaxation.

Maybe your day is accompanied by the smell of roses,

Making you fall in love with each and every moment.

Whatever smell you would like your day to go with,

Place it into your imagination of how your day unfolds.

Now shift your awareness to your feelings.

If you would achieve or do everything that you imagine for today,

How would you feel?

Picture yourself at the end of this day.

With everything that you have in mind for your day,

Would you feel happy or satisfied?

Would you feel grateful and appreciate life as it is?

Try to imagine yourself going through your day,

Doing what you want and how you desire your day to unfold,

Accompanied by a beautiful scent of your choice and the feeling that it would evoke deep inside of you.

Feel it.

Smell it.

See it.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Now feel free to let your creation go.

Take a moment to think of an intention that vibrates with how you'd like your day to turn out.

There is no right or wrong.

Anything that comes up and feels important for you can be your intention of today.

You may say to yourself,

Today I am at peace,

Or today I am super efficient,

Today I am grateful for everything that exists in my life.

Whatever comes up first in your mind and makes sense for you is the intention you want to go with.

Listen yourself.

When you've found the right intention for you,

Simply say it out loud or quietly repeat it in your mind.

Take another deep breath in and exhale slowly again.

Now let go of it too.

Good thanks that you have yet another day on this earth and that you have the capability of steering your day.

Your thoughts,

Your emotions and your actions impact how your day unfolds,

So check in with them during your day from time to time.

Make an effort to put yourself in a good feeling place.

Remember that where your attention goes,

Your energy flows,

And where your energy flows,

There is likely to happen a manifestation of it.
