Good morning!

Welcome to your morning affirmation practice.

By consciously choosing to start the day with positive statements,

You're already setting yourself up for a good day.

When they're repeated over time,

These simple statements can shift our mindset and help us focus on the positive.

So take a deep breath in from your nose,

Pull the air down deep into your belly,

And exhale to release and soften.

Continue taking big,

Expansive breaths,

And notice how it feels as you let it go.

Affirmations work by bringing our attention to the positive aspects of ourselves and our surroundings.

They also help us broaden our perspective and become more aware of the resources that we have to deal with challenging situations.

Affirmations can provide us with support and comfort by reminding us that we are capable of doing anything we set our minds to.

Over time,

You'll start to pay more attention to the positive and react to the internal and external with grace.

This practice is not about denying negative thoughts or the existence of challenging situations.

It's about recognizing your ability to deal with any challenging or stressful situation and strengthening your brain's ability to bring forward and pay attention to the good things in your life.

So continue taking deep breaths in and out through the nose.

As we move through this meditation,

You'll hear a series of affirmations.

Repeat each affirmation silently to yourself or out loud if you prefer.

Focus on your breath and the words in each affirmation.

If you find that you're getting distracted,

That's okay.

Don't worry about it.

Just gently bring your attention back to your breath and to the affirmations.

And remember that the goal is not to force yourself to be positive,

But to work on creating a more balanced and broad perspective.

Every day I learn something new.

I easily accomplish my goals.

My positive thoughts become my reality.

Every problem has a solution.

I am capable of achieving amazing things.

I can adapt to any situation.

I attract abundance.

I am grateful for all of the good in my life.

Everything that I need,

I already have.

I trust myself to manage every situation with grace.

I am present in this moment.

I get it done with ease.

I am grateful for the things that I already have.

I get it done with ease.

I can accomplish anything I set my mind to.

My energy gives me strength and confidence.

I have all the power within myself.

I can make hard decisions.

My body is relaxed and my mind is at peace.

I always have enough.

I will not stress over things I cannot control.

Each day is full of limitless opportunities.

I am lucky.

I am strong.

I am thankful.

Come back to these affirmations every morning or whenever you need them.

And remember that you are more powerful and capable than you realize.

Have a great day.
