Making things happen can feel impossible,

But it's not.

With attention and effort,

Anything is possible.

Make your way into a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale as you close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a moment to arrive in the present.

Maybe there are a lot of things that were going on before you sat down to do this meditation,

And maybe there's a lot more to come when you're finished.

For now,

Focus on your breath.

Allow yourself to settle in and pay attention to how you're feeling.

Relax your shoulders down.

Soften the skin of your face,

Your jaw,

And the space between your eyebrows.

Notice if you're holding any tension or negative energy in your body,

And with your next exhale,

Try your best to let it go.

Manifestation is not magic.

It's a process rooted in psychology and neuroscience.

It's about training your brain to recognize opportunities,

To take action,

And to align your focus with your goals.

When you think about something often,

Your brain is more likely to pay attention to things that are related to it,

And that will help you take advantage of all of the opportunities and positive pathways in your life.

Bring your awareness to your breath once again.

Breathe in deeply through your nose and slowly out through your nose.

With each breath,

Feel the energy and clarity that enters your body as you inhale,

And with each exhale,

Allow yourself to relax deeper into this moment.

Feel your body being supported by the surface beneath you.

Feel the air moving in and out of your chest and belly.

Now bring to mind something that you want to do in life.

It could be a personal,

Professional,

Or health-related goal.

Think about the ways that you are already the type of person who would achieve this goal.

Visualize what your life will be like when you achieve this goal.

Notice how your body feels as you step into this vision of success.

Now shift your focus to the steps that will bring you closer to this goal.

What small,

Concrete actions can you take?

Think of the very first step,

A very simple one,

And an actionable one.

Once you define your first step,

Picture yourself taking that step with confidence and ease.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Silently repeat to yourself,

I can make anything happen.

I can make anything happen.

Inhale deeply,

And exhale completely.

I can make anything happen.

As you align your thoughts with your actions,

You'll start to be more attuned to the opportunities that align with your vision for your future self.

Know that you already have everything that you need within you.

With effort,

Focus,

And time,

You can make anything happen.

Silently repeat to yourself again,

I can make anything happen.

I can make anything happen.

Start to bring your awareness back to the present.

Wiggle your fingers and toes gently.

Take one final deep breath in,

And slowly release it.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

And continue with your day knowing that you can,

In fact,

Make anything happen.
