These mediations are written and created by Asha and Alix. Asha is a part of Grit Workshops, a company that runs workshops and events prioritizing mental health, meditation, and emotional regulation. Since completing her YTT in 2015 and MTT in 2019, she's lead meditations for thousands of people. She is currently running the Toronto branch of Grit Meditation. All music heard on these meditations are written by her, and many of the meditations are written and spoken by her too. Alix is a meditation and ballet teacher out of North Vancouver. Since starting Grit Workshops is 2017, after doing her MTT with The Lab of Meditation, she has dived into the important issue of youth mental health and adult neuroplasticity. Many meditations on this page were written by her and spoken by her.
