I offer this prayer to the boundless,
Loving,
And compassionate life force that unites us all.
To God,
To love,
To a higher consciousness.
To the spirit of love and healing,
I come before you with a heavy heart.
I surrender my pain,
My sadness,
And my longing to you.
Hold me in your comforting presence.
Help me feel the warmth of your embrace.
Guide me through this heartache.
Though my heart aches,
I know I'm not alone.
Love surrounds me,
Even in the midst of my sorrow.
With each breath,
I release the past and invite healing into my heart.
I trust that love will find its way to me again.
I trust that I am whole,
Even now.
I allow myself to feel,
To grieve,
And to heal.
I trust that this heartache is part of my journey,
But does not define me.
I am deserving of love,
And love will flow back into my life in abundance.
My heart is resilient,
Strong,
And capable of healing.
I release all that no longer serves me,
Making space for new blessings.
I open my heart to the possibility of joy,
Peace,
And love showing up in my life.
I honor my feelings,
My emotions,
Without letting them consume me.
I am worthy of deep,
Fulfilling love,
And I trust that it's on its way.
Divine Spirit,
Thank you for the strength to carry on,
For the courage to love again,
And for the wisdom to know that this too shall pass.
May peace fill my heart and mind as I continue to heal,
And may I find comfort in the love that still surrounds me.

Inhaling through the nose,
And exhaling through the mouth.
