Namaste everyone,

Welcome to the meditation course with me.

Today I will share with you the practice techniques of walking meditation.

Meditation is not just a saving pose but you can also be in the state of meditation during walking,

Also known as walking meditation.

In today's society,

Our walking pace is getting faster and faster.

To go to the next destination,

To catch up with the fast-paced life,

Or the busy schedule,

It becomes luxury to walk on the street,

Even don't mention to enjoy the pleasure of every contact between the body and the earth.

Walking meditation slows down our body so that our mind can also relax.

Walking meditation should maintain an attitude,

That is to revisit our relationship with the world.

Because the earth is the mother who is nurturing us,

Tolerating us by stepping on the mother's body,

We need to walk in awe,

Conscious and grateful.

In this way,

Naturally,

Our walking will slow down,

Lighten down,

And respectful down.

The next step is the technique.

When we walk,

We should be aware of the breath,

Following the rhythm of the breath,

We release the right foot,

The heel first,

Then the sole of the foot,

And the last 5 toes,

Then followed by the heel of the left foot,

And then the sole of the foot,

The last 5 toes lift up and step forward.

Repeat the step for the right foot,

We breathe in,

We lift our feet and exhale,

We stop.

The walking process is slow,

Relaxed,

Light and stable,

Breath is smooth,

We can cross our hands behind our backs,

Our hands and our chest should be reserved always,

Be aware of our sensation when our body touch the ends.

Now let's start to practice.

Breathe in,

Raise the right foot,

The heel first landed,

Then the sole of the foot,

And the last 5 toes landed,

At the same time followed by the heel of the left foot,

And then sole of the foot,

And the last 5 toes lift up and step forward.

Repeat again,

Slow down,

With breathing,

Smoothly,

With a relaxed,

Light body,

Stable our steps.

Keep going,

Keep walking,

We are all attitude of respect,

Gratitude,

To stand on our mother's body.

Practice with your breath with the steps.

Be aware our hands and our chest should be raised up always.

When we practice enough,

Then we can stop.

Keep going,

Keep going,

Focus all your concentration on the breath.

Today is the last day of our 7 days meditation,

Hopefully enjoy the whole course.

May everyone be filled with joy at all times.
