Namaste everyone,

Welcome to the meditation course with me.

Today I will share with you the practice techniques of the mantra meditation.

Mantra is a Sanskrit word.

It can be divided into two syllables.

One is man,

M-a-n,

And it means mind.

The other one is tra,

T-r-a,

It means two.

Man too is the tool to change our minds by repeatedly chanting a high frequency vibration mantra.

It purifies the body and mind which help us enter a state of meditation.

Mantra meditation is an ancient and powerful practice method that has lasted for more than 3000 years.

The principle of mantra is vibration which can be composed of a word or a sentence or a paragraph.

The entire existence of the universe is vibration.

As long as there is vibration,

There will be sound.

So the whole existence is sound.

The root of the complex combination of sound is a-u-m.

Without the tongue,

We can only make these three sounds.

By placing the tongue in different parts,

Mixing these three sounds,

Combining them into various sounds,

A-u-m,

It is the basis for you to be able to make all sounds.

These three sounds are considered to be the original sounds or the sounds of the universe.

When these three sounds are produced together,

You can get a-u-m which is the only three sounds that the body can naturally make.

If we earnestly chant these three sounds,

Different parts of the body will be activated.

When we chant the a-u-m,

The vibration will start from the navel area and spread to the body.

This is the only place where 72,

000 chakra meet and redistribute.

This is the body's maintenance center and it can be strengthened by making a sound a-u-m.

Next syllable,

U-m.

The vibration starts from the soft vessel below the junction of the sternum and spreads upward.

The syllable u-m vibration occurs from the root of the throat and spreads to the upper half of the body.

If we experience all kinds of psychological confusion or unstable mind and body,

We can make these three sounds that will activate the three parts of the lungs.

So it will activate the upper,

Middle and lower parts of the body which serves us to strengthen our foundation.

Ok,

Let's start practicing together now.

We find a comfortable sitting position,

Put our palms on our knees and open our mouth.

With our exhalation,

We chant seven times.

Then change your mouth shape,

Chant seven times with exhalation.

Finally close the mouth,

Chant seven times.

When practicing,

We wear on which part of the body vibrates.

When you chant aa,

It will vibrate from the belly area.

When you chant oo,

It will vibrate from the chest area.

And when you chant mmm,

It will vibrate from the root of throat.

Now we can practice to chant aa,

Oo,

Bing for 108 times.

Let's start.

Aa,

Oo,

Bing for 108 times.

Aa,

Oo,

Bing for 108 times.

Aa,

Oo,

Bing for 108 times.

Aa,

Oo,

Bing for 108 times.

Aa,

Oo,

Bing for 108 times.

Aa,

Oo,

Bing for 108 times.

When you complete 108 times,

Just sit still,

Breathe naturally,

And focus your attention on your breath.

That's all for today's sharing.

See you tomorrow.

May everyone be filled with joy at all times.

Hah-ree-ohm,

Hah-sah.
