Hello,

My name is Denise Richter and I am a personal development and mindset coach.

Thank you for joining me today.

This is a short,

Uplifting meditation for mothers.

I'll start with some affirmations and then I'll go into some intentions.

I encourage you to repeat each statement to yourself or even out loud after I say them.

Let's start with a deep breath to let go of distractions and get focused on this important act of self-care.

You can close your eyes if that feels right to you.

And breathe in for one,

Two,

Three,

And out for one,

Two,

Three.

Let's begin the affirmations.

I am a good mother.

My body created life and my body nourishes my child.

I am doing my best and that is enough.

I am grateful.

I recognize that motherhood is a gift.

I am exactly where I am supposed to be.

I am loving and I am lovable.

I might not enjoy every moment,

But I can appreciate every moment.

Today I will not take anything for granted.

I will react from a place of love.

I will focus on the positive aspects of motherhood.

I will trust my motherly intuition.

Today I will take care of myself and in doing so be a better mother.

Let's take a moment and a couple of breaths to return to your immediate surroundings.

Slowly open your eyes if they were closed.

Place both hands over your heart and take a conscious breath to thank yourself for taking some time for self-care.

Thank you so much for listening.

Have a wonderful day.
