Several years ago, I was asked to create a video on pain management for hospitals. This audio is a segment from that video. It incorporates visual and auditory images to help you release tension, reinforce a visceral sense of calm, and lessen cortisol and inflammatory levels. In doing so, you will be creating new pathways in your brain for reducing your experience of pain. Music by Jordan Jessep from Pond 5 and Matti Paalanen. Ends with a beautiful quote by Rumi.

I did this meditation laid on my acupressure mat and it has helped tremendously. Was able to continue with my own visualisation afterwards too because I had become so much more relaxed than I expected! Thank you so much 🤍

This is a gentle and effective approach to softening the experience of pain. Glenda clearly understands pain, and her words are a guide to feel more at ease in my heart and mind despite the presence of pain in my body.

So very calming and helpful for pain. I had a pretty bad headache and after this meditation, it’s gone. I will bookmark this for future use—not just for pain, but for any time I need to rest and relax. Thank you so much, Glenda 🙏🏻❤️

I am going through a lot of pain now and just came from the hospital. I found this meditation through the word “pain”. THANK YOU. Imagining me dialing the pain and lowering it was a great though. It made me cry. But it made me a bit happier this morning. I am sending you all my love.
