Your inner voice has led you here.

Trust that it knows the way.

Trust when it is dark.

Trust when things look bleak.

Trust when the weight of it all becomes too much to bear.

Trust pushed through the quicksand of habit.

Embrace the uncertainty.

When less is certain,

More is possible.

Slow down.

So much is lost in the buzz of constant movement.

The universe sings,

But rarely do we listen to its song.

Only do we pause to experience the richness of presence,

The greatest present.

We rush,

We push,

We chase that which never satisfies for long.

For that is the nature of desire.

We pursue and we attain,

And then soon grow bored and tired of all we have acquired,

No matter how enticing it once appeared to be.

We run this race believing that fulfillment is just around the bend.

Though focused on the destination,

That we miss countless opportunities to mend.

That which waits,

Broken.

Depleted we deplete.

Needy we need.

Hopeless we hope less.

But there is another way,

Another path.

Approach it with an open heart,

Open to receive the lessons.

Trusting that they all serve a higher purpose.

It's not you versus anyone or anything.

Life is designed to bring just what you need,

Just when you need it.

Don't resist the flow because of fear and clinging to the way you want things to forever remain.

Explore the jagged terrain of your mind and you just might find the message hidden behind every trial that you've endured.

See how you blurred the lines between the true needs of your soul and the ego's insatiable appetite for control.

Explore this moment.

Release all effort.

Ask yourself,

Who am I?

Without names and labels,

Who are you?

You are more than your beliefs,

More than your physical features.

So much more.

We all begin the same.

Spirit entering matter,

Navigating the spiral ladder of eternity.

Nothing is ever lost.

Nothing disappears.

It just transforms.

Out of a drop of water,

A sea.

Out of a single sea,

A tree.

Out of chaos,

Peace.

Out of noise,

Silent release.

Be silent.

And listen.

Be silent.

Be silent.
