They are independent.

The best thing to be in the state of bliss by yourself.

So my first understanding is that have I stopped seeking happiness outside?

Should I stop living in a family?

So if people do not want to understand it is better to leave them.

Let them continue to suffer,

Then you build your big ego and that ego says come on you are suffering.

Our master says that problem is problem of ignorance.

That I understand real self is my nature but I have lot of pain.

I have been suffering a lot.

Because there is a strong identification that I is sitting in the body.

It doesn't want to leave the drop the identification.

So for for the sake of goody-goody talking yes real self that is what meditation helps but when it comes to challenges in my life then I say I have lot of problem.

So in another text the master says Sathasangatvi Nesasangatvan Nesasangatvi Nirmohatvan.

Sathasangat means company.

Company of what?

Company of those teachers who know this who is well versed with this knowledge.

Sathasang you have to listen to those crazy people again and again and again and again until the mind finds yes I got it.

So that is the first step.

So what happens by listening again and again and again one day mind says oh I have been deluded by my ego let me drop the ego and you are in peace and happiness.

So what happens?

Sathasangatvi Nesasangatvan first line Nesasangatvi Nirmohatvan.

So what happens by listening again and again and again and again?

Mind has been listening that I am the body that I have problem that I am suffering that my honey causes the problem to me because the money causes the problem to me.

Now by listening again and again these principles in different ways what happens?

Now the mind says I can see there is a center within me that is not at all affected.

You find a kind of de-identification,

Unattachment,

Detachment,

Dispassion.

We are totally detached with the neighbor's house let it happen whatever happens.

But when it comes to the body then we say no it is me.

So that kind of detachment has to be there.

So that comes by listening again and again.

So first step Sathasangatvi Nesasangatvan detachment.

So by listening again and again you your mind is becomes pure and the mind sows the seed of detachment.

So what happens by detachment?

So once the detachment is there you get rid of the delusion.

What is delusion?

What appears true is not true.

So what happens when the delusion is removed?

You get the right knowledge.

Tell me we know by science that the sky is not blue and still I know hundred percent that it is not.

Still whenever I see the sky it appears blue but I know it is not.

You see that?

I know it is not.

We know it is not.

We see the water in the miraz and the moment I have collected information that there is a sand,

There is a desert all around and I could see the desert at a longer,

At a much higher and longer far distance it is all desert but still I see the water.

So water in a miraz appears but it is not true but the knowledge inside tells me that there is no water.

It is a delusion.

The knowledge inside you tells you that the sky is not blue.

Are you getting it?

Science.

Same way the valid means of knowledge in yoga will tell you one day that you are real self not the body,

Not the breath,

Not the mind,

Not the intellect.

Am I am I making the thing simple?

See that.

Compare.

I see the sky is blue but I know it is hundred percent it is not.

It is because of the reflection.

I see the same body again.

Now I see come on worry.

I am not the worry.

I am the real self.

Same logic that the science uses.

Science uses inference.

The entire 90% of the physics is based on that logic,

Multiple logic.

What we say theoretical physics,

Metaphysics and ultimately we arrive at a conclusion and we understand here is the truth.

So then what happens?

Right knowledge and that right knowledge awakens in the practice of meditation that reveals the real self and once the real self is revealed to you it is irreversible process.

It cannot be reversed.

That is the beauty.

So now find out what is the ultimate destination of meditation when I should reach to a irreversible state of peace and happiness,

Love and wisdom.

It cannot be reversed.

It can only come to you if you have such a long beard but only I and John have a luxury to have beard.

You don't have a luxury.

Ask yourself so that it should stimulate your intellect and you start thinking of it.

What you do with the money?

To buy a thing.

Why you want to buy a thing?

To secure happiness.

In that state of the steadiness,

Now you are carefree and that is also a remarkable step.

The mind,

How it cares by the past and present and the future thoughts and the feeling and the agenda.

Because our mind is so much identified,

Why it is identified?

Now you see that you have a total freedom.

Breath is the car moving.

The moment you start inhaling,

You move the mind inside the space of the right leg and the moment you start exhaling.

And at the same time,

You will experience some tingling,

Some numbness,

Some freezing of the body,

Depending on the intensity of your awareness,

Not the intensity of the breath.

Remember,

See the point of understanding.

We are going little deeper,

The way we are doing today.

Now inside the left leg,

Moving the mind from the left side of the waist inside.

What is moving?

Breath is going into the lungs,

No doubt about it.

Yoga says yes,

It is happening.

But because we use the breath as a car,

We park the car into a garage and then only we can enter into the house,

The role of the car is gone.

That is what this practice,

This step is asking for.

So don't start putting wrong logic.

Just be into the practice with a clarity of understanding,

The knowledge of the Eastern wisdom and yoga is different than now move the mind from the crown of the head as you inhale,

The mind moves,

Drops down.

I can say easily drops from the crown of the head to the tailbone and as you exhale,

The mind rises from the tailbone to the crown of the head.

Where in the space,

In the blankness,

In the emptiness,

Absence of the world,

But why to discover our real nature.

So now you have a clarity of understanding that helps a great deal.

Now there is a natural focus that returns.

Drop the mantra,

When you exhale again,

Om Shanti,

Why we do it?

What is Om?

We will understand this Om is the name of the real self.

As your name is Sophie,

So as you inhale,

Mind is moving inside,

Dropping Om Shanti.

So now this Om Shanti is significant in the intellect because of understanding.

Shanti means peace.

Om is the real self and what is real self we have understood?

It is a pure consciousness.

Does the pure consciousness have any color,

Shape,

Size,

Can it be divided?

No.

So the intellect keeps with that awareness,

The way we keep our awareness that the space is,

The sky is not blue.

So we are still taking the support of the breath.

Continue.

So now we have to park the car that is the breath in the garage.

Means what?

Stop doing the deep silence,

Low breath.

Allow the breath to be normal.

Okay.

Now every time the breath goes in the normal breath,

No change.

Body remains still,

You may find variety of experience in the body,

No worries.

The moment the breath goes in,

The mind looks inside the forehead and at the same time it drops.

Om Shanti,

Just an awareness.

Breath returns Om Shanti,

But the point in the space inside the forehead remains the same.

Only one thing remains the same.

The breath changes,

Every time Om Shanti changes.

Your awareness,

So it does not mean that you are hard focusing.

It is not hard focus,

It is natural.

Every time the breath goes in,

The mind looks for the point and you drop Om Shanti.

As if Om Shanti returns with the breath outside,

In,

Out.

No change in the in and out of the breath at this moment.

So you bypass the body and the breath and the moment and the moment you bypass means you transcend the body and the breath.

That leads you to a deeper state.

That is why we are doing.

Om Shanti So only you change the awareness.

Now the point of awareness goes deep inside the heart.

Just at the center of the rib cage here,

When we say heart is the seat of your consciousness.

We are not talking the physical heart.

So casually the breath goes in and the mind casually looks inside the heart dropping the Om Shanti.

What is the one point that is common?

Every time you are aware of a point in the space inside the heart.

That is the key.

But how it happens is that the mind happens because of understanding,

Because of knowledge.

Knowledge does not have a shape,

Size,

Name,

Form,

Color.

You see that it is pointed by the word,

The language.

Om Shanti.

But at the same time the intellect is aware.

Om Shanti means I am the Om Shanti.

Om is real self and it is oozing out that peace in the space at a point you are looking at.

Om Shanti Now inside the belly button pick up a point in the space.

So what is common?

The point in the space.

One breath goes in Om Shanti that comes out Om Shanti while being aware of the point in the space inside the belly button.

Second Om Shanti,

Third Om Shanti,

Breath,

Third,

Second,

Fourth and continue.

That is what happens when you are driving home.

We need not to repeat I am going home,

I am going home.

Let the time come when we need not to say Om Shanti and we know.

And do nothing,

Remain as you are.

So what is the meaning of doing nothing?

Mind is not doing anything.

Why?

If the mind does anything it made it turn outside.

So we are asking the mind just be there.

Thoughts are there okay but do nothing.

So when you live into that state of doing nothing in that state one day the knowledge will be revealed.
