When we learn the principles of Eastern wisdom, we apply discernment that becomes dispassion. The highest dispassion leads to knowledge of real self, awakens to permanent happiness. We will learn from Yoga Sutra, Gita, and other texts together to discover the true nature.

Journey couple of things that I should clear you that we are starting a new series and I named it Freedom,
Happiness and Wisdom.
It is based on two major texts.
One is the text of yoga that is known as Patanjali Yoga Sutra and one of the most famous and well-read and it has translation in more than 30 languages that is known as Gita.
It has got 18 chapters of yoga plus other auxiliary texts to support the logical understanding.
So what I'm going to do that I will record only the talk portion.

Can I summarize the entire journey of meditation by two examples?
Always remember these two examples.
You see that the entire the development of any product.
Take an example of the transportation.
From where we started we started with a horse,
Then bullock cart,
Then bicycle,
Then motorbike,
Then car,
Then then what happened,
Then plane satellite.
Pay attention to always remember this principle.

That is the journey of our physical evolution.
This human frame which has the five sense organs that makes us the most powerful being with the intellect with the thinker in it.
It's a human frame you know the outer frame the outer frame of a horse outer frame of a car outer frame of a satellite you see they have undergone the chains to bring the quality physical evolution of a human frame is the last one you cannot you cannot expect to have you cannot expect to have another frame of a living being because you cannot have six sense organs there is no use do you see that that is the first point always remember this so it means as a human being we are lucky we can evolve we can enter into permanent peace and happiness love and wisdom clear.
Second point take an example of a supercomputer I've seen the beautiful living room of David and Jerry so supercomputer is like almost Daniel and Sergei knows it it takes you thousands of square feet of space supercomputer pay attention supercomputer from the supercomputer we got workstation but having the same function see that having the same function from the workstation to desktop computer having the same function do you see that what the supercomputer can do even the desktop can do then to laptop then to tablets and now to the smartphone now yes Daniel now to the smartphone you got it if we understand this it means that supercomputer that existence that existence what is that existence absolute existence consciousness bliss is also in this miniature human frame that is our true meditation is irreversible you cannot reverse well we know in chemistry reversible changes irreversible changes so it means you live think work in the state of meditation means you have realized the potential of the supercomputer in you final states that is known as the natural state second stage where is the second state you get absorbed into meditation you realize yes it is there and still it is not irreversible third stays third stays from the third stays we have been working in the third state you get absorbed into meditation you have variety of experiences and the studying the principle continues fourth stage fourth stage is that you get okay what is meditation okay you have to see the God you have to see some images you feel relaxed and you feel calm that is little lower stage the fourth stage and the fifth stage you fall prey to imagination hallucination five minute instant meditation ten minute instant meditation okay this meditation is good that teacher is good that teacher is back the fifth stage you are still you do not know the principles and still you claim you know it so that is explained by one of the great masters in a verse I will talk about the sutras also sutras Bhagavad Gita and other texts so that it becomes a very higher journey so it says uttama sahaja avrati the highest is the natural state where you need not to practice meditation because you are already in meditation second stage is you have to practice meditation you know you get absorbed into it but still the process is not irreversible third stage you are studying the principles you are absorbing yourself you are committed you are sincere in the fourth and the fifth that we have already I have now third point what is the biggest hindrance to meditation biggest hindrance the greatest obstacle in hindrance one thing is sure that I want permanent peace and happiness love and wisdom that is hundred percent sure for every human being what is the greatest obstacle our daily life experiences this mine in the sense organs is running after the pleasure one and the second greatest obstacle is pay attention second greatest obstacle is that permanent peace happiness love and wisdom is contradicted by my daily life experiences what does it mean first pleasure comes then pain comes then fear comes then the doubt comes do I believe any human being even including near and dear ones a hundred percent tell me answer is no I'm just throwing a thought I don't believe in it why because the mind contradicts this permanent peace and happiness this is the greatest obstacle are you getting it who have to do the meditation for an hour let me take a cup of coffee let me take marijuana who spends you know who has to listen to this beard guy and going into the permanent happiness I am in ecstasy you know ecstasy pills do you see that contradiction the mind lives in that contradiction forget about you talk about the permanent peace and happiness that contradiction is the biggest problem and we have to resolve this problem in the mind it is the mind that is causing the doubt are you getting it so where lies the problem problem lies in your mind who can solve the problem intellect how it solves the problem in the intellect we should know the principles by which we can change the mind are you getting it now the moment you go for instant solution my friends including this and the moment you go for instant solution what happens it leads to oh I am in ecstasy how long yes maybe 20 hours what I did for 20 hours did nothing that's why I was in ecstasy because I took the drugs but here it is just opposite you live in meditation you become more creative whatever you are doing you raise the level of your skill set one example this is another point now now we have to answer another question if there is a contradiction in the mind what is that contradiction yeah you talk of permanent peace and happiness there is nothing like permanent peace and happiness so the mind instantly contradictions why this contradiction is there our master gives a real answer perfect answer that this entire nature is seeking harmony problem means that problem it is the problem of harmony who can solve it supercomputer present in us now I can refer it supercomputer present in us that is why we should undertake this journey now but how can you how can you can you I don't want to prove I don't want to use the word proof but I want to use the word how can you see that it is happening in the nature pay attention one of the biggest principle science and Eastern wisdom both agree that life was involved or hidden in the matter and life evolved out of matter clear mind was involved in the life and the mind evolved out of life did human being did anything for the evolution from matter to life to the mind did human being did anything no they didn't do anything it is happening in the nature are you clear right and if life evolved out of matter if the mind is evolved out of life then there is a super mind that is the real self is waiting to be evolved out of the mind that is the journey of meditation are you getting it no matter what is matter it exists it is existence matter plus life plants matter plus life plus consciousness animals matter plus life plus consciousness plus self consciousness human being what is left matter plus life plus consciousness means animal consciousness plus self consciousness plus can you imagine and the permanent bliss and happiness is equal to God or you can say real self where the real self is hidden it is hidden behind me in the heart of every human being the life was present in the matter how cannot the real self be present within me if the mind is present in the life how come the real self cannot be present in me give me those any argument that is the beauty the way the Masters have been explained are you getting it returning to the first point again and then we will start our practice what is that the human frame is the ultimate in physical evolution we have five sense organs think of it and tell me can you add the sixth sense organ the moment if you can add we have another evolution at the physical level not possible second point is more interesting supercomputer entire cosmos intelligence wise not affected less naturally that is present in all of us so many masters say it is present deep inside your heart heart is the seat of consciousness we are not talking the physical heart when we use the term the word heart it is the seat of real self that is the journey think of it the moment your mind lives into that anxiety duality and conflict remember we are the ultimate in the physical evolution as a human being and potentially we have the real self in ourselves need to be awakened not a single human being is left out of that ability of a supercomputer inside us that is such a darand you can say that is real self and only the real self can reveal itself in a human frame how can you expect a bullock cart can fly to the moon I'm comparing do you understand that point and who did it any scientist last point and then we will start with the practice of meditation a scientist created a human space is of calmness without doing anything how the knowledge helps us to enter into a deeper state of calmness that is our journey of this practice today so recheck the body is comfortable steady and the mind is looking deep inside the heart in the space at a point of the calmness our master speaks that we should understand any mantra in three stages why for the sake of understanding I made it in four or five stages first stage is we should recite mentally or loudly whatever it is but it is better to do it mentally second stage is first stage is reciting singing and listening in your mind second stage is singing listening and meaning third stage is singing listening meaning and knowledge fourth stage is singing listening meaning knowledge and wisdom so mentally sing after me Shams was mind shanti shanti shanti we move to the step three we will continue with one practice from the previous journey the Nyasa start breathing deep silent and slow you will find calmness is already there you did nothing see the power of the wisdom the knowledge so you start breathing deep silent slow that is your car mind is your driver and the highway the space inside the body is the highway so as you inhale move the mind from the right arm right arm from the shoulder to the shoulder to the fingers and when you exhale move the mind from the fingertips to the shoulder in the space remember body is totally steady you are aware of the wisdom that supercomputer light dwells deep within you to search that the mind is moving with the breath in the space inside the right you now inside the left arm as you inhale the mind is moving inside the left arm from the shoulder to the fingers and from the fingers to the shoulder in this journey you will experience you have no challenges from the body those who have been attending the previous sessions you will enjoy oh it is happening I'll customize the program and I'll move the mind inside the right leg as if you have gone too far from the body why because of the wisdom we are increasing the subtle guna in the mind higher the degree and the intensity of subtle guna in the mind the mind will get absorbed deeper in search of our true nature now inside the left left leg moving the mind inside the left leg with the breath inside and constantly aware of the space so what is going to happen you'll start feeling a lot of various changes in the body in the vision colors heating,
Sweating will be very much natural let us see what happens but they are not the yardstick of success in meditation they may they may not their mind may drop into silence deeper inside without any experience now inside the spine from the crown of the head to the tailbone and from the tailbone to the top of the head you you now the mind is living within it is in the Sattva state and there we will absorb the three powers of the mind continue with the deep silent in slow reading move the mind from the crown of the head to the belly button singing mentally as if you're singing starts from the crown of the head and touches the belly button and when you start exhaling again you sing from the belly button and it touches the crown of the head in the state of steadiness in the body continue the journey and later we will see that how it works otherwise we have many modes of transport many steps at present the body is steady the mind is living within the mind is moving from the crown of the head to the belly button singing mentally singing and listening and said the belly button exhaling on starts at ends at the crown of the head in the spine inside so we are not leaving a chance giving a chance to the mind to go out that's why we have deep silence over it the mind is living within Sattva and we go to the next step further by Om represents that super computer insiders can the mind refer that now you have shortened the breath moving the mind from the and the breath from the crown of the head to the heart and from the heart to the crown of the head and the mantra is the same the mind finds so it's easier than the deeper one so as you inhale the mind moves from the crown of the head to the heart oh it's answered heart you exhale it begins on begins there and reaches to the crown of the head you once the mind is clear it will be absorbed deep inside you you breath you're regulating the breath consciously the mind moves the breath during inhalation from the crown of the head to the heart singing mentally exhaling from the heart to the crown of the head oh what a beautiful I appreciate you and a normal even normal brother you can regulate from the crown of the head to inside the forehead oh you simply drop it a chance of singing and from the forehead to the crown of the head you see that do you see that we are increasing this sato guna deeper and deeper so that the mind gets absorbed and the mind says no it's difficult to drop the home no by practice you will see the mind will become subtle you need not even to regulate the breath but yes direct to the breath from the crown of the head to the forehead from the forehead to the crown of the head you and leave this step now see be are you comfortable do you experience the variety of sensation comfortable steadiness total steadiness do you feel the flow of the breath is natural are you feeling being carefree also and casual natural in the previous journey this was the preparatory step but now this is we experience oh it's so casual it's so natural not a big deal and now today I'll add the next step is looking at the breath going in and out first point of awareness feeling the sensation second point of awareness no change in the rate in the rhythm of the breath third point of awareness fourth point of awareness when the breath goes in and out you simply drop home fourth point and the fifth point of awareness every time you drop home let the merge into the space you you you you see that when you are a seeker you don't need too much of instructions from the teacher you want to continue want to live into that state you you do nothing remain as you are in the seed of doing nothing if you don't operate the computer or a smartphone it's not working outside does that mean that it does not have those capacities and the abilities and the talents it has it only the human being has the ability to manifest that sigh Aum Shanti Shanti Shanti Aum Shanti Shanti Shanti Aum Shanti Shanti Shanti Bring your witness in the right hand,

So I had this thing going on where I had a circle that was colored like purple and yellow and every time I took a breath in it was getting really big.

I thought it was getting really small.
I was just thinking about my body as almost like that circle in a balloon and the breath coming in was how I took energy in from outside and when I breathed out that is what I gave.
Nothing else mattered outside of that.

I found that today I did a meditation based on our previous session in the morning and I found the difference between doing that now at the end of the working day when I believe when I'm like willpower is a little bit low and in the morning when I'm fresh.

I can't even count the number of thoughts in the morning where it's like it's almost clear in the morning.

For half an hour it's maybe like three thoughts come and go and now it's a little bit it's not that clear like in the morning.
