Eastern wisdom aims at self-discovery. Self-discovery leads to self-knowledge. The journey to self-discovery helps us to know what is existence and what is the world and who we are. When we recognize ignorance causes suffering because we are false that leads to a lot of challenges in daily life. When we follow the path of Eastern wisdom, it helps us realize our wrong notions, and misconceptions, and awaken us to our real self. The real self is pure consciousness of the nature of permanent peace, happiness, love truth, and wisdom. That is the highest meditative state, set by our masters. Listen, learn, contemplate, and reflect on the topics mentioned in the title, then practice regularly to move from ignorance to wisdom. So we were discussing and understanding about the journey of Narada.

He became one of the great masters.

But everyone has to suffer,

You know,

Everyone.

Why shouldn't I be awakened since birth?

Do you know yourself,

Who you are?

I don't know.

I'm already in ignorance.

So there is no question that when I do not know whether I am a false or the real self,

There is no chance.

Why?

It's a design of the nature.

But as we grow older,

We develop an individuality,

What we call the I-ness or I-thought.

That I-thought or I-ness in the intellect starts asking the question,

Why?

Why not the animals also ask the question?

There is no chance the animals can ask the question because,

Because,

Are you clear?

Because intellect,

We have a free intellect.

Where is the free intellect?

Free will.

Where is the free will?

I can make a choice to act in one direction or in other direction.

Or I can withdraw from the action.

No,

Choice is there.

So with that choice,

We continue the journey of the self discovery.

Eastern wisdom laid down in the very beginning that we are of the nature of real self,

Pure consciousness,

Of the nature of permanent peace,

Happiness,

Love and wisdom.

By understanding in variety of ways.

One of the ways that why we as a human being seeking peace,

Happiness,

Love,

Truth and wisdom all the time.

So there is an innate urge.

Why?

Why we are not searching for stress and suffering?

Oh,

Let me remain in stress and suffering.

Why we are not searching?

So the intellect should have a clarity and conviction here that I am of the nature of peace,

Happiness,

Love and wisdom.

That is why I am searching then.

Your house is in East direction and I'm searching in the West.

Not possible.

Yeah,

It's possible when I live in ignorance.

So ultimately that is why our master says remove the ignorance misconceptions.

Now what happens?

You know,

We have a sense of intellectual understanding.

But if the intellectual understanding is not realized,

It does not become an experience.

What happens?

Two philosophers joined the army.

Philosophers.

You know philosophy?

Philosophy is love for the reason and logic.

That is what the Western people understand.

Western wisdom.

And what the Eastern wisdom,

Another term is used,

Darshan.

Instead of philosophy,

They use the word darshan.

What is the meaning of darshan?

Direct knowledge,

Direct perception.

Means direct experience.

So it's a difference between the direct perception,

Direct experience as compared to the intellectual.

Ah,

Jargon.

So our entire journey,

Each and every step,

Helps us to realize that knowledge.

But there is a process.

So these two philosophers joined the army.

They see that the logic alone is the solution of all the problems.

Have you seen that those philosophers,

They start living in their cocoon.

They get limited,

You know,

They leave all the physical activities.

And that is why we have the practice of Hatha Yoga.

Anyhow.

So they've withdrawn from the action because they were lazy to act.

Ah,

They say everything is in the intellect.

But they don't realize.

So the trainer taught them the first lesson,

How to turn right or left in a military career.

Now see how the intellect is a helper and the intellect becomes a barrier.

To remove that barrier,

To remove the intellect to become a barrier,

I have to listen to it again.

I have to contemplate and reflect and I have to do the practice.

Then only the knowledge is realized.

Anyhow.

So the first lesson started.

So the trainer said turn right.

In military parade it happened.

Turn left.

Turn right.

Turn left.

Turn right.

Turn left.

And these two philosophers approached the trainer.

Why don't you decide which way to turn first?

This is too much.

That is philosophy.

Because that philosophy does not have a real life connection.

That is what happens with in this journey.

So I have learned everything.

I understood everything.

No,

It will not work.

It will not work my friends.

It will not work.

After the lesson is over,

I have to listen and learn.

Then sit down,

Contemplate and reflect and do the practice.

Then check again whether I have the direct experience or not.

Otherwise it will backfire.

Oh,

What this weird guy has been teaching.

You know,

I'm still living in a stress.

Yes,

You'll continue to live in a stress.

There is no chance.

No chance.

And that is seen.

No,

But continue to share your experiences,

You know.

I will not make any.

So you see that that is very important.

One guy very much attracted to meditation philosophy.

He just sent the masses on the LinkedIn,

You know.

You know,

He got obsessed.

If you apply the intellect,

Will you get an obsession?

No.

Because you want the knowledge.

Then how he got obsessed with the meditation with the reference that I don't have a vision of God.

He asked the teacher to help him to meditate.

After the meditation,

He said,

I only see the darkness.

Obviously,

In the first stage,

You either you see the darkness or blankness or whatever we say.

Emptiness.

Where is the vision of the God?

The master said,

Now you have to walk through the emptiness by the knowledge to have a vision of the God.

Did you understand?

He said,

You know,

Just living like a philosopher will not work.

You have to be very practical.

Practical.

Knowledge in Eastern wisdom is practical.

Now answer me the question.

How many times you were upset,

Anxious,

Reacted,

Lazy since the last session?

That is the difference,

The gap between the intellect.

Knowledge the intellect has and the realization.

I have to recognize this and I have to get rid of it.

If you don't recognize this in yourself,

That is why the teacher goes on repeating the same thing again.

So that is what happened to the Narada that we discussed the story.

He went to see the palm to predict.

He was a great palmist.

He was a polymath.

He had understood everything,

But he recognized that he did not.

He performed his duty very well.

But after performance,

He got attracted to the girl because he predicted.

That those the one who got married with this princess will also become the prince.

Her stars are very good.

So obviously there is a natural attraction because then I will also become a prince.

I started projecting myself.

The same Narada became one of the great masters.

He wrote a very brief text,

You know,

It contains hardly 40 sutras,

40 principles.

He explained that what exactly is the love.

And he proved by understanding this love is the knowledge,

Knowledge is the consciousness.

So our nature is the love.

So the same master is advising us.

Now,

So we all have the same journey.

Perhaps in the last session,

I told you that we all were born unconscious.

We started living in ignorance.

I did not know when I was just came out of the womb of the mother.

So that is the design of the nature.

That is the design of the nature.

That is the design by the nature.

And then we were pushed to act.

You know,

That is why we never complained that I fell down.

While walking,

While crawling,

We keep on doing.

That is the Rajasic Guna.

That is hyperactive.

Gary and Dennis,

You know,

And Brandy,

You all have done.

And even those who have done yoga,

They understand what is Rajasic Guna.

What is the word we say?

Three qualities.

Satya Guna,

Rajasic Guna,

Tamoguna.

Because we are given a free intellect,

Only we can make a choice as a human being towards Satvic Guna.

No animals can make it.

I can understand what is violence and non-violence.

Can you make tiger understand?

No,

I understand it,

But I lose my temper.

Very good.

And to whom I lose the temper,

I lose the temper with my near and dear.

You are a great person.

Understand,

So I have to invoke the Satvic Guna.

What is Satvic Guna?

Knowledge,

Clarity,

Conviction,

Calmness,

Peace,

Joy.

I have to invoke,

I have to make a choice.

I believe you all are getting.

I know I,

Who will make a choice if my honey is always complaining.

How can I make a choice?

No,

I can make a choice in between.

Terry wants to ask a question.

Okay,

You can ask the question.

So,

Satvic Guna purifies the mind.

Narada,

You know,

I'm coming to the principle of the Narada.

First advice.

First advice.

Now,

When the Satvic Guna becomes active.

Now,

Link it.

Isn't it?

When the Satvic Guna becomes active,

When you are humble.

Oh,

So I have to practice humility.

No,

You don't practice humility.

You understand what is.

You cannot practice humility.

If you can practice humility,

Then Tiger will also practice humility.

Not a big deal.

It is only an understanding.

Why to practice humility now see that.

Ego must go.

The ego is built by the Rajasic Guna.

That is what we need to understand.

In yoga courses here in.

Everywhere now we understand.

Oh,

I know Satvic Rajasic Guna.

No,

I have to understand the application.

As long as we build our ego on the Rajasic Guna,

We cannot be humble.

So now the humility is gone.

Humility brings the receptivity.

And that humility also brings a kind of helplessness.

What is this helplessness?

I have been doing these practices.

I have been living my life.

Again and again in the same habitual and instinctive way.

Expecting a different result.

That clarity gives you a sense of helplessness and that humility.

In the intellect.

Seeks the help of the Eastern wisdom.

Western wisdom.

There comes the connection with the teacher.

Then the teacher and the student starts the journey for the spirituality.

If I say so.

Rest it.

Unless that state comes.

Forget about it.

So this.

So now this this Narada.

Narada is teaching from the basics.

He recognized his fault.

He recognized the level of ignorance.

And I already told you this story.

So he says that.

He says that unless my intellect recognizes problem.

Where the problem is.

Problem is in the mind.

Where I have to put this solution.

I have to put the solution in the mind.

Can I put paracetamol or can I put the ibuprofen into the mind to cure my headache?

No.

No outside solution will work.

No outside solution will work.

Problem is there in the mind.

Anxiety,

Reaction,

Duality,

Conflict,

Snap,

Blame,

Complain,

Hate it.

Where?

Where they are located?

Ask yourself.

Complain.

They are located in the mind.

They are located in the mind.

So I have to put the solution in the mind.

Are you getting?

And that is why I said you have to listen and contemplate and reflect again and again.

Do the practice to awaken to that clarity.

So this is what he is saying that where the problem is there you have to put the solution.

Can you put the solution from anything outside?

Answer is no.

So the ignorance will continue.

So why the humility is required?

Ego is searching the solution always outside.

Now we are going deeper.

The mind goes to the knowledge.

So these are what Narada is dealing with the very practical issues which he recognized by learning from the master.

That is what he is passing.

So helplessness in seeking help by removing the wrong notion.

Where is the greatest problem comes?

I can just summarize in one phrase.

Holier than thou.

Do you remember the meaning of the phrase?

Holier than thou.

This phrase,

This proverb is used to describe someone who acts as though they are morally superior to others.

That is ego.

We have to drop this.

We have to follow the knowledge.

You should follow me?

No.

I have repeated millions of times that I am teaching from the knowledge lied in the text.

So we should present ourselves with the humility to that knowledge coming from the Eastern wisdom,

Which is still relevant,

Which is an absolute knowledge.

It cannot change.

The life will change.

So holier than thou approach will not work in the journey of our evolution.

So the master repeats Narada.

He was a non seeker.

He got caught up in the keeping a focus on something outside.

It may be a girl or a boy or any issue.

Because of that,

There is a discernment and dispassion,

Though he focused.

On the princess,

He excluded the rest of the things.

But whenever you focus on any object,

Any person in the world outside.

You have applied discernment and dispassion,

But same time another deity also comes.

The duality of the divinals also comes.

And that reason and the duality causes the likes and dislikes.

The journey of the ignorance begins.

It never comes to an end.

To break that circle,

We need.

Humility.

Or you can say,

I need I have to look at the knowledge.

Otherwise,

What happens?

Superimposition.

Where is superimposition?

That I thought it's.

Chain of thoughts,

Which believes the false self is the real.

I'm the worry of the mind.

I'm saying something about Sam,

You know,

But not out the same with tolerating.

Just sent an email that he has to go to the doctor.

He was hard.

And then it's in your group session.

Also,

Some people are not.

What should I do?

So.

They don't tell me I have to go to the doctor.

I will tell the doctor that I am not the body.

I instantly reply.

Tell yourself.

Doctor will say that this guy is.

You see,

The smaller mistakes we do,

We fall into it.

I come to your house and I'm not the body.

So obviously,

I have not prepared anything for you because you are not the body.

So you will not take that.

So you see,

Very small,

Very minute issues.

Now you will not feel bad.

He wrote to me.

Yes,

Yes,

You are right.

So superimposition of the false self.

So what happens,

My friends,

In our day to day life and that superimposition,

Once you have that superimposition comes.

Then we give a reality status to anything and everything in the world.

Why you fight with someone?

You have given a reality status to that person.

Drop that reality status and see,

Will you fight?

Even if he says you are crazy,

Thank you very much.

You are wonderful.

You reminded me that I'm crazy.

Think,

I'm saying,

Contemplate and reflect.

Do not remain as a philosopher.

See,

It's very practical.

See,

So Narada is digging deep inside our head,

Into our mind,

Into our,

It is attacking the ignorance.

You know,

Sometimes we teachers attack the ignorance,

They say,

You are attacking me.

See,

It's a big issue,

You know.

So we are,

Sometimes,

Normally we are very careful.

We have to save our skin also,

Otherwise there will be a problem.

Nobody will pay us.

That is why,

You know,

That is why there is a tradition of monkhood style.

Where is the monkhood?

Monk has to live in the monastery.

How the monastery has to be maintained.

You know,

The people who are living in the society outside,

They will pay,

They will pay to the monastery for their maintenance.

So the monk does not know who paid.

He has a right to.

You see,

There are many ways.

We will understand that,

You know.

Anyhow,

So reality is status to the world.

I forget this word,

Which is constantly changing,

Is false.

Because it is constantly changing.

So I have to adopt a role with my honey.

When I am before the honey,

I go with the kindness and the humility,

Acting as if playing a role of my husband,

Playing a role of my wife or father or mother.

That's all.

So that keeps the reality status given to the false.

They dissolve.

Anywhere and everywhere in your life.

So when that identity of being the false dissolves,

Sato guna is active.

You are making the Sato guna active.

I just talked about it.

That is the meaning.

Now see that one Upanishad who summarized the entire teaching by Sato ma Satgamaya Moving from false to the real is the way how to do it.

Remove the ignorance.

Tamaso ma Jyotir Gamaya And what happens?

I first time experience that I am immortal.

Why am I immortal?

I am consciousness.

You need not to tell to the doctor that I am immortal.

Doctor will say why the heck you are coming to me.

Take care of immortality with you.

Don't do that.

You know,

These practices has to be realized in sight.

Now we start declaring I am a spiritual guide.

Yes,

You are a spiritual guide.

We know that.

Understand that clearly.

So he laid down the introduction.

The way he learned and the way he got out of the ignorance.

In our next lesson,

We will discuss the way he got out of the ignorance.

We will discuss about,

He talks about the four root weaknesses that keeps me in ignorance.

Four root weaknesses.

Where is the desire?

There is the hesitation or any form of hesitation.

You are in the kitchen and you want a cup of tea Now the tea leaves are no more there and you get upset.

With whom and to whom?

To yourself.

You did not remember.

So we have millions of triggers of hesitation and hard weakness.

He says repeat desire.

We repeat the desire and we get some pleasure and we want to repeat the desire.

And the fourth he says the fear.

We will talk in detail in our next lesson about these four root weaknesses.

Let us start.

Close your eyes.

Eyes are closed.

Eyes are closed.

The best thing now,

Traditional discipline and it has a meaning.

I will discuss about this also.

Eyes are closed.

Check your body,

Mind and check yourself.

Are you ready for meditation?

Are you ready?

So are you ready for meditation?

Ask your mind and if you are ready,

Very good.

So we start now with the mantra.

That has more influence,

More impact.

Sarve bhavan tu sukhena.

Sarve bhavan tu sukhena.

Let everyone be happy.

And here is the time you start thinking.

I said,

You know,

Repeat thinking.

Start thinking.

Why am I asking happiness for all?

No,

No,

It is all about happiness is within me.

That's why I'm seeking happiness.

Because if happiness is not my nature,

How can I seek happiness?

If my nature is suffering,

Then I will never seek happiness.

And ask your mind,

Are you sure?

Yes,

I am sure.

So if happiness is my nature,

It is the nature of every species on this earth planet.

So everyone is seeking happiness.

Yes,

Everyone is seeking happiness.

But sometimes they seek in anger and hesitation because of ignorance.

They don't know.

Simple.

So what happens if someone you meet who is hesitating over you?

Oh,

Here she is trying to seek happiness by hesitation.

Involved in the rajasic guna.

I just explained you.

You have to bring the knowledge here.

That is the goal of contemplation and reflection.

Sarve Santu.

Sarve.

Sarve.

You know,

You see that my mind missed.

Sarve.

Bhadrani Vasyantuna Avinaya Sankhya.

Let there be peace for all.

Let there be peace.

Again the same thing.

The peace.

Peace is our essential nature.

Peace is our essential nature.

Why I am seeking it?

I can tell you that if you repeat millions of times during the day,

This three and four days,

Three and four days,

Even two days before we meet on Thursday.

Just remember this.

You know,

I am,

Peace is my essential nature and become aware.

So we have to hit back that rajasic guna and the tamasic guna.

Just pay attention.

My friends,

Peace and happiness.

Peace and happiness.

Sarve Bhadra.

Let there be a completeness in all.

That is the third meaning of this line of the mantra.

And sometime it happens.

It has to return to the mind.

Sarve Shambhu.

Let there be a completeness for all.

Remember our real nature is a complete whole in nature.

That is why we are seeking insight.

I can say one more thing.

That is the doubt that comes to the mind.

You have to remove that doubt.

No,

I don't feel like that.

People normally say to me,

I don't feel like that.

The first you start thinking,

Then you will also have a feeling.

There are two aspects of the life.

Sometime we see the thing outside.

You see the mirage,

Mirage does not exist.

And then you create a knowledge.

Oh,

Mirage does not exist.

And sometime you start with the thought first.

Let there be an I want to explore.

I am of the nature of wholeness.

Oh,

I am of the nature of wholeness.

So that completeness,

What the completeness does.

Completeness prevents the mind to desire anything in the world outside.

Oh.

For peace and happiness.

Let there be wholeness.

So I am just making a little change.

So what happens?

In the very beginning,

You are beginning a task.

You are going for a work.

You are going to the kitchen.

Every time a new action takes place,

Let your mind remind you of this mantra and see what happens.

Now see,

You have chanted the mantra.

You have reflected on it.

And now check,

Are you not comfortable?

You are comfortable,

Okay.

But still we go for being comfortable.

So because we are moving at a subtler level,

So being comfortable.

Look at the entire body.

Awareness of the physical body.

Then experience of sensation,

Comfort and steadiness.

Then space.

Space is awareness and awareness is space.

So I am holding myself in this practice until this journey,

But I have already hinted.

I will take up that later.

Now I only see darkness.

I don't have a vision of God.

Now you have to walk with the knowledge from this emptiness.

I am holding that.

So now being carefree,

We remember the lane one,

You are not participating.

Lane two is the intellect and the knowledge or awareness.

Lane three,

You are already gone.

Just see that clarity.

Yes,

I am clear.

You are clear?

Yes.

If you are clear,

Then let us start with our journey of breathing.

Eyes are closed already.

Om Shanti.

Deep inside the space,

Inside the forehead and start breathing.

Quick and short breath from the ribcage only.

There should be an expansion of the ribcage.

Body remain in the state of sensation,

Comfort and steadiness.

Keep on doing.

Continue.

Your expansion and contraction of the ribcage keeps you reminding that mentally you are aware of that reason and that is the reason of emotional dependence and emotional freedom.

We have kept the target for three minutes.

And stop it.

Just experience.

Recognize.

Accept the changes,

Any resistance that you encounter during the breathing practice.

Did you endure or did your breath rate change?

You know these breath rate changes because the mind says,

No,

I don't want to do it.

And that brings the changes in the range and the rhythm of the breath.

That's why I say,

That's why we have earmarked.

First is the chest breathing.

Second is the belly breathing.

So look inside.

Look inside the forehead in the space.

Start dropping.

And do you still remember?

Om Shanti.

Pause.

Om Shanti.

Remember there is always a pause after Om Shanti.

Right?

So that you know the mind is in your control.

Now start belly breathing.

Three minutes.

It's a longer breath.

No movement.

Minimum movement with the ribcage.

Continue my friends.

So you are aware of the resistance the mind poses.

You endure the resistance.

You keep on doing it.

That brings sudden changes.

So sometimes that happens with you or all the time.

It takes you deeper inside.

Body remains steady.

Mind watchful of Om Shanti with a pause.

Watching the breath in relationship to the belly.

It is like driving.

Careful.

Looking the front mirror,

The rear,

Steering,

Paddle in the brake.

And then you put the car on the cruise.

Mind is waiting when this comes to an end.

That is another very sweet resistance.

You just become aware of it.

But keep on doing.

Continue.

Now start this.

Watch how the breath returns to its normal and habitual pattern.

Just reflect on any resistance that you found during your practice.

Any vision in the experiences that changed.

Yes,

There.

So we recognize,

We accept them.

We do not get obsessed with it.

In that state,

Return again inside the forehead in the emptiness.

You are dropping Om Shanti,

Pause Om Shanti,

Check.

Body is in the state of sensation,

Comfort and steadiness.

And now start doing deep long and the easing breath both from the belly and the chest.

It means you inhale into the belly,

Then into the ribcage.

You exhale from the belly,

Then into the ribcage.

Tell you need not to remember because you have a problem.

That is why you are not able to do it.

Anyone,

It can happen to anyone.

Why?

Because of the mind.

Anyone can do it and everyone can do it.

It's all a part of awareness.

And stop it,

Recognize.

When I say recognize,

It's a cognitive ability.

We have a cognition.

Everything comes as if everything appears.

Now I have some resistance was there.

Now I have a good experience.

I feel totally freshness and calm.

These are all cognitive ability.

I don't want to talk about CBT.

Now in that state,

Start breathing deep,

Silent,

Slow.

So go from first into the belly,

Then into the ribcage.

Maintain your awareness and attention.

We are doing a Nyasa.

First point of awareness,

Body remains in the state of sensation,

Relaxation and stillness.

Mind pays attention to the breath in relationship to the body as you inhale.

Mind moves from the center top of the head inside the head into the spine,

Reaches to the tailbone.

But indirectly you are aware of the expansion of the belly and the ribcage.

It is purely deep,

Silent and slow breath.

No effort,

Not too much of effort.

While exhaling,

You move the mind from the tailbone upward into the spine,

Reaches to the top of the head.

When the breath exhalation comes to an end.

Clear?

I discussed about,

I told you that when you desire the real self,

What is that desire?

Om Shanti.

You have to sing Om Shanti.

As you inhale,

Om.

Shanti comes to an end to the tailbone.

While exhaling,

Again you sing mentally,

Om.

Where is Om?

Real Self.

How it expresses?

Shanti.

And the mind reaches to the top center of the head.

We are asking Divine,

Please,

No way,

No reason to go outside and focus on the best and the most beautiful thing in the world.

It will not help you.

When that knowledge is in the back,

While doing the practice,

This mind does not wander.

Check it.

One of the main goals of Dnyasa is this.

Free self-absorption,

If I use the word.

And now leave this step also.

Allow the breath to return to its normal pattern.

Look inside the cave of your heart,

The triangle pointing upward,

Equilateral triangle.

Moving the mind on a triangle,

Dropping Om Shanti on each side.

You can regulate the speed of the mind.

Here the breath is not taking any active role.

So the choice of regulating the speed of the mind on the side of the triangle while dropping Om Shanti will help you check.

What?

Where do you stand?

In meditation.

Where do you mean?

They all have a perfect sync.

And any time you find the sync,

You move the mind with Om.

Keep it inside the cave of your heart through the triangle.

Shanti.

And then check the self-absorption.

Where it means?

Here where the world outside minus the sense organs.

And that is our next step.

Understand clearly.

You become your own teacher.

So don't start teaching now until you.

.

.

And now the Japa Om Shanti.

True?

Mind's eye,

Mind's face,

Mind's ear,

Mind's speech.

Om.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Om.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Om.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Bring your awareness on the right hand.

Bring your awareness on the left hand.

Check it.

It is already there.

But how to help the mind to understand?

Sometimes language has so many faults,

Defects.

You are aware of the body.

You know your body.

And lift your both the palms.

Place it on your eyes.

Open the eyes.

Inside the palms.

Know your experiences.

If you have any doubts,

You can ask the question.

Bring your hands down.

We will share our experiences.

And if you have any questions,

Yes,

David and Jerry.

Thank you very much.

It was a great meditation for me.

The deep breathing,

I found that I was outside of my body looking at my eye.

And then my face with the eye.

And I was clearly separated from my body during the breathing.

And then when we went into the japa,

I saw this tingling of indigo light.

And by the,

Towards the end of the japa,

It was just indigo color everywhere.

And then just right at the very end,

Just before raising the hands,

It was just like a white blank.

Nothing.

My computer also had a good meditation.

It kept going to sleep as well.

But other than that,

It was good.

Indigo,

Obviously,

Very,

Intellect becomes very sharp.

Remain focused on the Om Shanti.

And definitely it's a very good practice of meditation.

No doubt,

The breathing helps.

And now the time has come.

We will increase its duration.

And then see what will happen.

Normally in tantra,

We say that minimum nine minutes each practice should be done.

We will not go there.

But we will increase a little bit more.

Because we are putting the knowledge into this journey.

So according to the tantra,

It may be nine minutes.

But when we put the knowledge,

It may be five or six minutes.

Very good.

Wonderful.

How are you,

Jerry?

Sir,

I'm good.

Thank you.

The meditation was just really quiet,

Peaceful.

No disturbances at all.

Beautiful.

You know,

You see,

Jerry and everyone,

What exactly we are expecting.

If we have any expectation of the journey that we have been undertaking for a couple of years.

Anytime we have a total freedom,

We have no distraction.

We are constantly living into that state of the peace and happiness.

In all the locations,

In all the relations,

At any time.

What is going to happen?

How it is going to change your thought,

Speech and action?

It will definitely change.

No,

Don't disturb me.

You know,

I'm very busy.

It will not come.

It will never happen.

You know,

You are doing some urgent work.

But your reaction is not there.

So you lie down on the bed and you say,

''Mind,

Are you ready?

'' And you fall into sleep.

It doesn't take more than five minutes.

So,

You know,

You cross all the limitations in your life.

So what happens when you cross all the limitations?

There is no fear.

There is no dissatisfaction.

There is no sense of unhappiness.

That is what is known as a freedom.

That is what is known as,

Buddha says,

Nirvana.

Nirvana is not located in the heaven.

If it is located in the heaven,

One day you have to go to hell.

They are opposites.

They are likes and dislikes.

So we have to redefine clearly based on this journey.

How are you,

Brandy?

I'm fine.

So the whole time I was meditating,

There was a wood chopper and a chainsaw going outside my window.

So it was a perfect metaphor for what was actually happening.

But for what you are saying,

I had just had CPPs.

It just got quiet and so loud the entire time.

And it didn't disturb you?

No.

I was aware of it,

But I was just focused on meditation.

Yeah,

Wonderful,

Brandy.

That's a practical example.

So what happens,

Then now you understand why I get disturbed.

Because of likes and dislikes.

I expect.

That mind,

It takes mind to understand slowly,

Step by step.

So I have repeated many a times,

Knowledge is realized in stages.

Or we become a philosopher.

I've already explained you right,

Left,

Right,

Left.

Wonderful,

Brandy.

And how are you,

Terry?

During the breathing,

I felt really warm.

And then during the.

.

.

And I really just worked on today,

Maintaining the.

.

.

Om Shanti.

Maintaining the.

.

.

Yeah.

The Om Shanti.

Om Shanti,

Steadiness was there.

But my computer also kept going to sleep.

So I kept having to.

.

.

I kept clicking it.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I just kept clicking it for a while.

To make sure that.

.

.

Because for a while,

It was very silent.

And I didn't even know that we did the job.

I know I was awake.

But it was just a silence.

And I went really far into the silence.

That's very good.

The breathing kind of gently.

Yeah.

It's okay.

Gently you did it.

It's okay.

It's better to set our computer.

There is a setting that will not allow any screen saver to come in at least for one and a half hour.

So we normally go for 70 minutes.

So you reset.

You have to do the default setting.

How are you,

Dennis?

I'm fine Guruji.

It seems like today was a little deeper experience.

The mind seemed very flexible and very compliant especially after the breathing.

Good.

It looked like whatever I wanted the mind to do,

It was doing instantly without any objection,

Any resistance.

Good.

And the mind didn't want to process any thoughts and to react to the experiences of the outside world.

So maybe it was something that you called the mind stopped.

I'm not sure.

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

That's a good thing.

Your narration,

Your explanation is wonderful.

You see that?

Mind seemingly stops.

It does not stop completely.

So I have been repeating,

When the mind seemingly stops,

That means the mind is becoming free from the likes and dislikes.

It has no object to focus on the world outside.

And if that happens,

That is a great step.

That is a great experience.

So why is it a great experience?

Our mind is always crazy.

It can like by default setting.

It's a default setting.

And you are going to a mall and your eyes are stuck to a particular clothes.

It's because of the like.

And at that moment,

You see the mind seemingly stops because of the like.

So when the mind seemingly stops in the world outside,

You recognize it is ignorance.

You simply recognize mind.

Come on.

Enough.

And the moment you say enough and you are aware,

You change your perspective.

It's a beautiful way.

How are you,

Christina?

Good morning.

I noticed during the breathing practice,

My body just seemed to be breathing and I was just the observer and there was no effort.

And I also had a distraction.

My phone had gone off and my mind was pulled.

And then I kept hearing wholeness from within.

And I was able to come back and feel absorption.

That is beautiful,

Christina.

I don't want to take,

But if all have those experiences,

I think everyone has some experiences like this.

When we are doing the breath,

What we say the prana,

Prana we say the life force or vitality,

What we say.

But this prana flows in the body through what we say through nadis.

These nadis are known as the invisible channels.

How my smartphone catches those waves.

Can you see?

They are invisible.

Same way we have 72,

000.

I always remember that.

72,

864 energy pathways of the prana.

So when you are doing the breathing through the nostrils,

It goes into all those channels and that results into an experience,

What you have experienced in the body.

So the tantra goes into finer details.

It picks up a specific energy pathway in the spine.

And from there the journey of kundalini starts.

But one has to be very committed.

One has to do long hours of practice.

But you know,

Sometimes I may take up,

I may not.

It depends on you all.

So how are you,

Weber?

Thank you,

Sir.

Sir,

Practice was good.

Calm and quiet.

Very good.

Calm and quiet and good.

So please do it.

Remember,

Now you start,

Sarveshamsa.

Just all the time.

New action and your mind is aware of it.

I'm not saying habitual change.

Then we become a philosopher here.

Then we will object.

What the heck you are saying.

Decide which way to go.

Right or left?

No,

I have to go continuously.

That is all for today.

Thank you very much.

Good day.

Thank you.

Namaste.

Namaste.

Namaste.
