That becomes your laser time.

You're calling me Kate?

I'm not coming there.

It's very cold there.

You see that?

Leslie is here.

I'll be right back.

No problem.

I'll wait for you.

So you'll see that.

Why David and you come closer.

I see only half of Jerry.

David is not seen.

David has yet to come.

Okay.

Okay.

Okay.

Let's see.

So yes,

Any question that you want to share,

Then we can share and otherwise we will start in few minutes.

You see another part that mind says to us,

Okay,

Come on,

I'll help you free from all the suffering.

You see,

Just think of a dialogue happening between mind and you.

Okay.

So our mind says,

Come on,

I'll help you free yourself.

And the real self inside says,

I'm already free.

What the heck?

No,

No,

I will give you the peace.

Real self says I'm already in permanent peace.

You need not to interfere.

Do you see the dialogue between the real self and the mind?

Do you see that?

So when you see that dialogue,

How do you see that?

Tell me.

How do you see that dialogue?

You only see the way I am communicating to you.

I see you,

You are different than me.

Are you getting it?

It's very simple.

I'm communicating with Sam.

So Sam is different from me.

Now,

Mind and the real self are different at a distance.

And now,

Mind says,

Come on,

I'll help you.

Take a cup of coffee,

You are relaxed.

The real self says,

I'm already relaxed,

Permanently relaxed.

You don't interfere.

Do you see that?

And I just came to my mind.

Mind says,

You see,

My honey cheated me.

Real self says,

No one can cheat me.

Come on.

So please do not interfere.

In my business.

So what happens then?

Then the mind becomes helpless.

Right?

Because you are not taking help.

Understood?

Now,

I'm just converting that into a story of knowledge.

So I have to study again and again and again.

It does not come in a day.

So now the real self sees the mind,

You interfere.

Come on,

You interfere.

And I don't want to interfere.

What that means?

Mind becomes helpless.

What is the meaning of helpless mind?

Mind is empty.

Are you getting it?

Keep a smile.

It's not a big deal.

The way I'm talking to you,

You talk to your mind.

Yes,

But it's a big deal.

Because the mind returns with a full force because of the past impressions.

Because of its wrong knowledge that is present in the mind.

Right?

So that wrong knowledge is what are the obstacles?

We are talking of the obstacles.

So I wanted to come to that.

These are the obstacles in the mind.

Mind says,

You see that I don't have a beautiful experiences.

The real self says I'm always beautiful.

You know,

I'm gathering all who share their experiences.

And then Leslie is like,

Do you see that point clearly?

So I don't see that point clearly.

Why I don't see?

I have a wrong notion.

Right?

I have a wrong notion.

Clear?

So when I have a wrong notion,

What should I do?

I should learn.

I should be committed.

I should study again and again.

That is what we offer weekly in a twice a week session.

Are you getting it?

Are you getting it?

So simple.

But now see other point of view.

Have you,

Have you really understood different waves in a,

In an ocean is nothing but water.

Have you understood?

No,

Dear.

How beautiful.

Everyone has understood.

Now,

What is lacking?

See that.

That is why we need to study.

We need not to go to the science.

Why we should not go to the science?

Tell me.

Think of it.

Because the science tells me about who am I not?

It tells me about the material world.

You see that we already have a knowledge.

Now come back.

Understand what are the obstacles we are understanding?

Did you understand that the waves are nothing but the water?

You have understood.

Understood?

Clearly.

What I have to do with the wave.

That is assembly.

That is a metaphor.

Do I apply in my life?

That is the thing.

How do you apply that in life?

Now see.

I see Lara.

I see myself.

I see Brandy.

I see everyone.

Right?

Clear?

Now go back to the simile.

The water sees the first wave,

Second wave,

Third wave,

Fourth wave,

Fifth wave.

And all the waves.

What it means?

Where I am now?

There is an I thought inside.

Right?

And that I thought says,

Here is David,

Here is Jerry.

So David and Jerry and Brandy and everyone is a wave?

Everyone is a wave.

Everyone is a wave,

Including this body mind complex is also a wave.

Are you getting it?

When the water sees all the waves,

The water does not claim that I am also the wave.

Do you see that?

No?

Should I give another example?

You told me,

You understand.

What do you understand?

That all the waves are water.

Did you not?

So we all are waves.

What is that water?

That water is existence.

Behind the I thought.

Right now,

Come to the mind,

Mind,

Please do not interfere.

Mind says,

I will give you peace.

Real self says,

I don't want you.

I'm already in peace.

That is the discovery in meditation happens.

I'm translating those principles.

I'm not saying anything different from what is passed on by our great master.

Are you getting it clearly?

Right?

It is not a big deal.

You need not to practice to get there.

You are already there.

Mind says,

If you do not pet your pet,

Then you will be in trouble.

No,

No,

I'm just joking.

So what is happening where the mind is going?

Now pay attention where the mind is going.

Mind is going to the right.

Pay attention where the mind is going.

Mind is going outside.

With the wrong notion that there will be peace outside.

So when you say I have understood,

You say mind don't interfere in my business.

Are you getting it?

We are going a little deeper and deeper every time.

So now see what Patanjali is saying,

What Patanjali is saying.

Patanjali says,

Oh,

Real self.

Once you discover real self,

You are in a meditative state.

Right?

How?

Emptiness.

Why I don't experience emptiness?

Because the mind is constantly interfering.

That interference is known as obstacles.

Are you getting it?

Interference is known as obstacles.

Why?

Because every time the mind works says that I am the body and mind complex,

I forget what is my real self.

So then what happens?

Now see that mind says,

Oh,

You see that your body is sick.

You cannot do it.

You cannot practice meditation.

So one way says to the other that you are sick.

Can water become sick ever?

The waves can go down.

In relationship to the body,

You have a problem.

Why?

The mind has taken over.

Then the mind says,

Come on,

I'm disinterested.

What the heck this meditation is?

So not because of me,

Not because of your real self,

Because of your own mind,

You skip meditation.

Did I skip any time,

Any single day?

I played a trick to,

I requested you to be present 10 minutes before to help you settle down so that you are ready.

You have to take a plane at the airport,

You are always ready.

They have a strict guideline,

Two hours before you are there.

Now I'm not saying that you should be there because of me,

But because of yourself.

So when we find this mind says I'm disinterested,

You have to take over this mind.

Why the hell you are disinterested?

Come on.

The mind says,

No,

I have a lot of doubt.

A lot of doubt.

How can you prove?

First practice and prove yourself.

So the third obstacle is Saanjaya,

Doubt.

Second is disinterested,

It is known as Thea,

And first is physical illnesses.

Then it says,

You know,

Pramad,

Oh.

I heard you and now I am in meditation without any preparatory step.

Will that happen?

No.

So who says this?

The mind.

The mind says forget,

I understand,

You know,

Come on,

Let me sit.

And when you sit,

Your mind during the practice of meditation is wandering everywhere known as the pramad.

We don't practice preparatory step.

Then comes laziness.

What happens in laziness?

You close your eyes and your mind say,

Oh,

You are feeling so heavy during the,

Why should you feel heavy?

In meditation,

Does your weight increase?

We don't want to put this mind separate from us.

That is why we have laziness.

Laziness or whatever you say,

Indolence.

Sometimes we feel heaviness in the mind,

Sometimes we feel heaviness in the body,

Pramad.

Then comes avirati,

Another obstacle.

Rati means mind is running after pleasure.

Virati means the mind is withdrawn from that pleasure,

And then we have added prefix,

Avirati.

Not able to dissociate with objects,

Not able to dissociate myself with the different ways.

Even though I have understood that it is pure water.

Do you see that?

See the same example?

Avirati,

Not able to dissociate myself with the objects of the world.

That object may be my honey,

May be a room,

May be anything of the object.

What is that object?

That object is a wave.

What is that wave?

What is inside the wave?

Real self.

But that wave is caused by the mind.

So you see all the obstacles,

99% of the obstacles are coming from the mind.

So what I said,

Mind,

You stay there where you are.

I don't want you.

Avirati,

So you understood avirati.

Then comes,

It is known as the Bhranti darshan.

Bhranti darshan means I always perceive delusion during the practice of meditation.

A delusory experiences,

You look at it.

One guy in New Jersey used to say to me,

I see God during practice of meditation.

I said,

Then why you have come to my group session?

Better to enjoy,

But I have lot of stress.

I said,

When you see the God,

Ask your God to release the stress.

Don't practice meditation.

So simple.

I never thought of it.

So he did it for a couple of days.

He returned again.

He said,

God is not ready to release my stress.

I said,

Until you get rid of this God that you see in your meditation,

Then only I can help you.

Do you see?

This is the great obstacle.

This is the Bhranti darshan.

I'm making it simpler so that you can think it again and again.

Bhranti darshan.

So that is pertaining to the God.

But you see that the mind says,

Look at John is creating lot of stress.

So once you have this thought in every meditation,

That thought will appear.

I have to get rid of this idea.

That is why we practice yama and niyama and pratyahara.

Do you see?

Obstacle,

Preparatory steps are not done clearly.

Then the mind replaces it with the delusory experiences.

It is here and now you can get rid of it.

Simply say,

Mind,

I don't need you.

You declare real self is full of peace and happiness,

Love and wisdom,

Done.

And then the mind interferes.

Say,

You stay there.

Stay there.

Sometimes you see your pet.

Stay there.

Show me.

Same way.

Show me.

Mind,

Show me.

So calm down.

And it comes down.

In order to reach to that state,

I have to understand.

Why I specifically say understand?

If you do not understand,

The mind will play its tantrum.

Do you see that?

That is why in the beginning we have understood five subjective states of the mind,

Five objective states of the mind,

Etc,

Etc,

Etc.

And the rest of them.

And then,

I love the bhoomika.

I love the bhoomika is another obstacle in the meditation.

When the seeker does not undergo any experience or the changes,

The person gets upset.

Always thinking,

Why,

Why,

Why?

Who is thinking?

Mind.

Tell the mind.

Stay there.

Let me continue.

It is important for the seeker to interact with the teacher.

That is why I always say,

Ask me,

Share your experiences.

So should I give you all the answers?

No,

It is already there in our text.

Once you understand,

You have undergone a journey.

So,

Alabdhu,

Bhoomika.

And the ninth is when a seeker has attained a state in meditation,

You have attained a particular state.

The mind is experiencing that the next day,

If you are not able to repeat the same experiences,

Mind says,

See,

There is nothing in meditation.

But the fact is that real self always gives a new experience every time.

Every meditation practice is your new fresh experience.

It cannot be the same.

See that.

See,

Understanding is required.

Knowledge,

Clarity is required.

We all are human beings.

We all have human intellect.

Right?

We can discern,

We can understand.

But still,

That understanding is overpowered by these nine obstacles.

Are you getting it?

These nine obstacles.

You have to catch a plane.

You are suffering from fever.

Your mind says it is urgent.

Whatever is happening to your body,

No worries.

You have to take it.

Do you say today I will not take it?

You see,

We keep the mind aside in spite of a lot of challenges it poses in our worldly affairs,

Not in meditation.

Did I say right?

That is known as one pointedness of the mind.

What is that?

The mind says real self.

Mind is,

So mind is educated to follow the real self.

The mind does not dictate.

When it does not dictate,

You do not have any obstacle and every meditation succeeds.

Go back to the first example.

Water experiences.

Water is existence.

The waves that exist because of water.

I thought,

Tells me,

Here is brandy,

Here is Stephen,

Here is Sam,

And here are all.

I thought is one.

There are many outside.

You see that?

Do you see that?

Here and now,

I thought one.

Many people outside.

Do you see?

Do you see?

Are you aware of that?

So it is a play.

What is a play?

Objects are outside.

I thought is inside.

It is the same.

They are one and the same.

When it is inside,

It is I thought.

When it is outside,

It is object.

And behind that?

Existence.

Can I be aware of that existence here and now,

All the time?

Who spend such a great time in doing meditation?

I have lot of stuff to do.

Mind has come again.

Are you aware the mind has returned again?

Do you see why you want to do lot of stuff outside in the world?

For security,

For happiness,

The mind makes you forget the permanent happiness is inside.

You forget yourself.

Then you have lot of blame,

Complain,

Reaction.

They are the obstacles.

They are categorized as nine obstacles by the Patanjali.

Do you see that?

Nothing to see.

It is so easy.

But it becomes easy when you do contemplate,

When you sit and think of it.

I thought my honey is bad.

Object outside.

I thought inside.

Can I keep anyone outside?

Keep the object outside?

I thought goes away.

Keep the I thought away?

Object goes away.

You are free.

That is what the emptiness is.

Don't think that.

Oh,

Yes.

So did you ever ask me a question,

How long it will take me to empty the mind?

If I answer that question,

Then I'm I'm also crazy.

It is already empty.

Why it is already empty?

From the standpoint of you,

From the standpoint of water.

There are no ways.

We have to shake this,

This,

This,

This.

The knowledge is everywhere.

It is here.

It does not mean I'm pointing out it is only here.

It is everywhere.

But to reveal that I need to think,

Contemplate after listening.

Learning the principles I have to sit and contemplate,

Reflect on it.

The moment you start contemplation and reflection,

The life changes.

Except Christian,

I have never seen everyone except Jerry.

Everyone is so serious.

Nothing to be serious.

Nothing to be serious,

My friend.

Nothing to be serious.

Last thing that you should and then we'll start the practice.

Ramakrishna Paramahansa was a great master.

His disciples Swami Vivekananda came to US first master who introduced yoga to,

To Americans.

Science cannot prove if there is a real self and if the science cannot prove there is a real self,

I don't believe it.

So Ramakrishna replied to the person who said this.

So he told a story.

A man said to his friend,

I have just seen a house fell down with a terrific crash.

Now you differentiate between the science and the yoga.

A man said to his friend,

I have just seen a house fell down with a terrific crash.

Now the friend to whom he told,

Believed in science.

He said,

Just a minute,

Let me look it up in the newspaper.

He read the paper but could not find the news of a house falling down with a crash.

He returned to a friend.

He said,

Well,

I don't believe you.

It isn't in the paper.

So it is all false.

That is how we want to search our real self.

You want to find the efficacy of vaccine?

You go out,

Read the research papers,

Find out the truth.

And if you want to know where is the real self?

Not in the newspaper,

Not in the research publication.

That is the greatest distraction and obstacle.

That is,

You see that?

Anyhow,

Thank you for tolerating me.

So let us start our practice of meditation.

Close your eyes.

Close your eyes and preparation,

Preparatory step.

I always say,

You know,

To settle in your mind,

I say be comfortable,

Be carefree,

Be casual.

So three steps in which I have included a lot of preparatory steps.

Eyes are closed,

Body is comfortable.

You look at the body,

Body is steady.

Mind is looking inside the forehead.

Mind says,

I will look outside.

You say no.

So do you see the first option?

Pay attention to it.

Be clear as if you are treating the mind separate from you.

No obstacle will prevail forever.

The mind look inside the forehead in this space.

Look at the shoulder joints.

Who looks at the shoulder joint?

The mind.

Be there.

Feel.

What do you feel?

Sensation,

Being comfortable and steadiness.

Very good.

Mind,

Look at the hip joint.

Be there.

Feel the sensation being comfortable and steadiness.

Move the mind all around the joints of the body.

Be there.

Feel.

When your mind is there,

It has to experience.

So it experience the comfort,

The sensation and the steadiness.

Mind says,

Can I go outside?

And you say,

OK,

Go outside.

I'm not going with you.

That is the meaning of being carefree.

The mind says,

I,

You know,

I had a beautiful thought.

I said,

Whether it's a beautiful or it's ugly,

It's a good or bad.

I'm not going with you.

What happens when you say to your friend,

I'm not going with you,

I'm sorry.

Please excuse me.

That is what the carefree is.

It's not a big deal.

OK.

So,

You see,

Being comfortable,

We deal with at the physical level,

Being carefree,

We deal at the mental level.

So now see any thought pertaining to the nine obstacles.

And you say,

I'm not going with you.

Even if there is a pain.

Come on,

Even if there is a discomfort.

So the knowledge must be there in the head.

It must be clear.

Now,

I gave an example.

You're standing across the road watching the traffic.

So after the preparation,

We go a little deeper,

Move the mind from the top of the head to the toes,

As if the mind is touching every cell of the body,

Of the skin,

Of your body.

Starting from the top.

Feel the sensation.

Being comfortable and steadiness.

Not only that,

You also experience what?

Relaxation.

So what is the conclusion?

Mind moves within and lives within.

You need not to worry about relaxation and calmness at any point of time in your life.

Same example.

Weaves.

Water.

We have already done a couple of variations of the practice.

We will do it again.

So now,

Look inside the forehead.

In the space.

And start the louder om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om.

You're doing it loudly.

Your lips are moving.

You're taking the help of the tongue.

Loud.

Outside.

Couple of,

At least your sound goes up to 10 feet.

Om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om.

But focus is inside the forehead.

Quick,

Fast,

Loud.

No thought in between.

Om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om-om.

Quick,

Fast and loud.

In your.

.

.

You don't allow a single thought to come to your mind.

Why?

You feel,

You know,

Mind is separate from you.

Not a big deal my friends,

It is not a big deal.

Am I really dedicated,

Committed to change myself?

Everything will happen.

Quick,

First,

Loud in your head,

But loudly.

Continue.

Continue.

Quick,

Fast,

Loud.

No thought enters between two of them.

Continue.

Continue.

And stop it.

Do nothing in the second Om.

First thing is that we have to breathe,

Inhale into the belly and the rib cage without making a noise.

Second point,

You have to say loudly,

Oooooooh.

So what I did,

I keep the lips open,

Half the time of the breath I said Ooooh,

And allow the lips to join together to create a sound of Mmmm.

But I need not to be in a hurry every time I inhale deep,

Silent and slow with awareness that it fills the belly and the ribs,

While saying,

Oh,

My belly empties,

Saying ribs,

Saying Mmmm ribs empty started.

Om.

You are inhaling through the nostrils into the belly and the rib cage and it is deep,

Silent and slow and after that,

Om.

Continue.

Keep your focus inside on the forehead only,

Forehead inside because we want to awaken to the knowledge and understanding.

Is mind listening to you or you are listening to your mind?

We will tell you how many obstacles are there.

If you don't recognize these obstacles in your mind during the practice,

How can you get rid of it?

Other you then you only have a simply information and the information doesn't help you.

Om.

Om.

Om.

Om.

Om.

Om.

Om.

And stop it.

The second practice of the Om and the third is very casual but total attention inside the forehead that it prevents the mind to go out.

And how that happens,

You simply open your mouth casually.

Om.

You're doing it loudly but Om.

Om.

Om.

Om.

Om.

But focus remains deep inside the forehead.

When we,

This meditation practice,

We are doing it to awaken to the right knowledge.

And this is one of the many ways it should happen like this,

Not your own way.

Om.

Om.

Continue.

Om.

Om.

Om.

Om.

Om.

And stop this.

Keep looking inside the forehead in the space and check.

Can the mind drop mentally?

Om.

Like this,

Om mentally without moving the lips or the tongue.

And free from all the nine obstacles.

Means what?

The mind is listening to you and something will happen today.

It will say to you,

Come on,

Let me do like this,

It will happen,

No,

I'm not listening to you,

My friend.

Not interested.

In the field of awareness bypasses all the obstructions,

That is what the intense aspiration in the mind is that we studied a couple of weeks before.

Om.

Om.

Om.

Om.

Beautiful,

My friends.

Continue.

Om.

Om.

Continue the journey of meditation.

And now do nothing and see the mind returns to om.

Means what?

Awareness of the om.

Now you are not doing anything.

So that will tell you whether you have a clear understanding or otherwise the mind will return again to its old habit.

That is why we need to practice again and again and again.

Those erroneous notions takes over the mind.

Why?

Confusing.

No,

No,

I'm very intelligent.

So we have to compare the two.

You're doing nothing.

Om.

Shanti shanti shanti.

If you have forgotten when I say om,

What did we study in a few weeks before?

Om is the designator of real self.

Does the mind go there when I chant om?

Om.

Shanti shanti shanti.

Bring your mind on the right hand.

Bring your mind on the left hand.

Lift your both the palms,

Place it on your eyes,

Open the eyes in sight.

Know your experiences,

Bring the hands down.

We will share our experiences.

How are you,

Brandy?

I'm pretty good.

I was able to focus more today than I have been,

You know,

This whole time.

So I think some of that talk about how you talk to your mind was really helpful for me.

Yes,

Yes.

That's very good.

That's a good point that when I understand,

Then I know.

Understanding is first.

I do not succeed in meditation.

I have yet to understand.

The mind said,

No,

You have already understood it.

So where is the confusion?

Why don't you succeed?

Ask yourself.

I need not to say anything.

How are you,

Stephen and Sam?

I'm good.

I don't remember anything after the second Aum that we did.

Beautiful.

It was just,

I have no recollection.

The only thing that I do recall towards the end,

When you started your chanting the Aum,

The first Aum that you said,

I felt this just energy or wave or whatever has just come from my forehead straight down to my heart center.

Beautiful.

It just blew up and it just sat right here.

Beautiful,

Beautiful.

Your regular practice is paying you.

How are you,

Sam?

I'm really good.

At the beginning during the lesson,

I had been pondering something I asked you a few months ago,

Which is when our mind is taking over,

We have good thoughts and we have bad thoughts.

And sometimes we even associate with the good ones and become obsessive of things,

Even though we think it's good.

So I was thinking,

OK,

How do I stop that?

And then when we were chanting the Aum,

Every time I had a thought,

Good or bad,

It just,

There was like a barrier preventing any thoughts.

Everything was clear.

And as we continued the Aum-ing and the breathing,

Everything just opened up into infinite space,

Infinite light.

And it was very,

Very amazing.

Very nice.

That's so beautiful.

Yeah,

We should be clear of understanding when any thought comes,

It is the mind that labels it as good or bad.

I'm not interested in mind.

So when I'm not interested in mind,

I'm even not interested in whether the mind says this is a good or bad.

And that makes the mind empty.

First understanding and then practice.

How are you,

David and Jerry?

That was really excellent for me.

The preamble or the introduction or your lesson was fabulous.

And then going into it,

There was only like two or three times where my mind got away from me for a second.

And both times I was quickly able to bring them back or get rid of them or ignore them.

And one time it was an itch I had and I just ignored it.

And I don't have the itch anymore.

I didn't scratch it.

So it's kind of interesting.

But like Stephen said,

I think it was after the second Aum,

I too just kind of like went into space somewhere.

Space somewhere.

Beautiful.

Our master says about their experiences,

The entire garbage created by the mind should be lost in the real self.

So that is what your experience is.

That's a beautiful.

How are you,

Jerry?

So it was good.

I really like my takeaway is then the analogy of training a dog and that's kind of how we can train our mind a bit just to tell it to sit or stay or quiet down or whatever it is.

And I think we always have that through our life,

Right?

Through our day where our mind might start running.

And if we recognize it,

We can just tell it what to do.

Yeah.

You have to get busy with it.

And then I had a similar experience to Sam.

It was almost like I was playing ping pong almost and I had the ball was bouncing off the wall and that was like the thought bouncing off the wall but it wasn't coming in.

That's wonderful.

So it's kind of interesting.

That's wonderful.

That's wonderful.

You see that I used to give a hint if someone says that you are crazy.

So my instant response comes are more crazy than you think.

It comes from the mind.

Mind.

I'm not listening to you.

Come on.

I don't believe you.

It is the mind that accepts and it is the same mind that expresses.

You are out of me.

How are you,

Lara?

It was pretty quiet.

It was one random thought and I know I need to work on the obstacles.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes.

That's that's a good,

Good understanding.

And how are you,

Leslie?

I saw a little smile after the end of the meditation.

Let me.

That's because I opened my eyes and my mom was across the room with her eyes closed and sitting kind of peacefully.

It was very cute.

So I had a lot of yawning,

Eyes watering.

And,

You know,

My mind is more peaceful in my life.

And but if the goal in meditation is astral projection,

I'm failing that miserably.

So I'm just going to keep.

What?

Did I see something astral projection?

No,

But like the whole like,

Oh,

Lights and colors and not being here,

Like that's not even close to my experience.

So I'm just going to keep telling my mind.

You want those colors and visions.

Do you want that?

Then we will devote our meditation session on those beautiful colors and projections.

And one thing,

Leslie.

We have beautiful eyes with eyes open,

We can see those colors in the world.

Why you are forcing your mind to see the colors in meditation?

I'm not.

I'm just trying to force the little dog to stay on its leash.

So that's my goal.

That's important.

How are you,

John?

By the third Om,

I got to the point where I don't know whether I'm actually imagining or watching,

But it was doing itself.

Beautiful.

That's a natural process.

We are getting there.

How are you,

Christina?

Good morning.

I'm very grateful to be here.

Sorry,

My video has been a little weird,

But it was very fast.

Once we started the first Om,

I felt like I fell almost.

It felt like I was falling and I felt like I was going to throw up for a second.

But I just got your message this morning of remembering that when you said,

What is your dialogue between your mind and self that I wish I knew years ago?

And so that just made me tune into any time that I felt anything.

And it was,

Yeah,

Huge.

Beautiful.

Yes,

Christina,

It's definitely a huge.

The way I am talking to you,

Can I see clearly I am talking to my mind?

Mind somewhat creates an identification and then it creates all these obstacles.

And then we say,

I am the most unfortunate person in the world.

God never said.

How are you,

Kate?

I'm good.

I like Laura,

I was sensing obstacles,

But at the end it was very expansive and peaceful and quiet.

Yeah,

Yeah.

Both these experiences go together.

And I spoke about it.

My mind,

My master always used to say,

Oh,

Mind be at peace.

This will also pass.

What will pass?

Whatever is in the content of the mind.

So don't fight with it.

No resistance,

No reactionlessly.

Oh,

Mind be at peace.

This will also pass.

Any thought comes.

Good,

Bad,

High,

Low.

When you should do that?

24 by 7.

When you do that 24 by 7,

You need not to practice meditation.

Why?

Because you are already there in meditation.

Any question that is of?

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Bye.
