We'll call him the Ear Brothers.

Ah.

So.

.

.

In our masters teaches us,

It just came to my mind that Eastern wisdom,

What we say it is a knowledge.

Instrument of knowledge that helps us to know the real self.

So many people say I'm not qualified,

I'm not getting any experiences.

That is the first level.

When we join for the first time.

So they progress slowly.

What happens?

It loosens the knot,

Knot in the mind.

Lot of conflicts and the confusions,

They start melting down.

They are not a seeker,

Not qualified you can say you know,

Sometimes we blame ourselves.

But those who are aspirant,

Is a beautiful way to understand.

Then for the aspirant,

Second level,

Their knowledge increases.

So mind at least knows that there is something real self.

And that is the moment you have that idea,

That notion,

That thinking in your mind.

Even you simply thought,

Oh there is a real self,

Permanent peace and happiness.

So now what happens?

It starts changing your perception in your personal,

Professional and social life.

But those who are seeker,

Persistent and consistent.

So what happens?

Not only the knowledge increases,

But the result of the knowledge is also there.

So what is the result of the knowledge?

They get out of the suffering.

They know I can bring an end to the suffering.

Otherwise,

We continue to manage stress.

Managing stress means it returns again.

I have to manage it every day.

So the entire life is wasted in managing your stress.

And who is responsible for stress?

You.

So you create a stress and then you manage it.

You see the point of ignorance is there.

I don't realize what causes the ignorance,

Let me drop it.

So you are a seeker.

But you are an aspirant,

So knowledge goes on increasing,

Days after days and ultimately you say,

Okay,

I'm done with it.

Now the way the masters are thinking of the Eastern wisdom.

So I'm also thinking in the same way.

No way the stress,

Anxiety,

Duality,

Conflict do not touch me.

Do you see the way once I'm going little deeper and deeper.

So it helps everyone.

Those who claim that I'm not qualified,

It will loosen that.

Loosen,

What would loosen?

Loosen in their mind the level of distraction,

Disturbances.

So they will progress slowly in the second category who are aspirant,

They will increase their knowledge,

They know more about it.

So it's good for everyone.

Yes,

So we are there.

We are in the sutra 32.

It's a beautiful sutra.

So those who have been persistent,

Now everyone it's good for everyone.

Tatha pratih shedhar thang ek takto abhyasa.

So couple of weeks we were talking about Om meditation.

So when we practice Om meditation,

Patanjali says it removes all your obstacles and helps you succeed in meditation.

It removes both works in Om meditation.

So we also understand that Om,

The moment I say Om,

My mind should instantly become aware of what Om means in the intellect and I'm doing the practice,

It will succeed.

What I said Om,

My mind becomes one-pointedness on the knowledge of the Om in the intellect.

Om,

I say Lara,

So name with label,

Form,

All the entire personality which the mind knows becomes aware.

When I say Lara and I see Krishna,

Then the mind is crazy.

See,

So that is now this sutra is very important.

Tatha pratih shedhar thang ek takto abhyasa.

We understand one-pointedness.

This is what he is saying.

So if we practice persistently,

Consistently with one-pointedness,

Then we succeed in meditation.

What is the success in meditation?

It unfolds the real self and then I start living and working in that real self and the real self is of the nature of permanent peace,

Happiness,

Love and wisdom.

You see,

Compare,

I'm not criticizing.

You're going to a psychotherapist.

Okay,

I'm nothing,

Don't worry,

We will manage your anxiety and the next time you go,

They say,

Oh,

Did you have any anxiety last week?

And what we ask,

Have you practiced last week?

See the difference,

One-pointedness.

Do we all understand what is one-pointedness?

Yes.

That is what the modern psychology explains and we understand,

Oh,

I understand my one-pointedness.

So now let me,

Let us dig a little deeper.

So once you know,

Once you have the right knowledge,

Then what happens?

The meditation deepens.

Am I one-pointedness?

Is my mind one-pointed?

I'm looking at everyone,

I'm addressing everyone,

I am aware of everyone present in this session.

Means there are many people,

Is the mind one or many?

One mind sees Lara,

Second mind sees Stephen,

Third mind sees David,

Fourth mind sees.

Is that true?

Or there are many objects before mind.

See the beauty of understanding.

The greater you understand and now you are living into the world with this mind,

And you are using the mind as an instrument.

So after understanding that emptiness is meditation,

But question is,

What is one-pointedness?

How can I claim that I'm one-pointed?

The mind is jumping from one world to the second world to the third world,

It forms this intention,

That's how I'm speaking.

Are you getting it?

We are trying to understand that what is one-pointedness?

Are you getting it?

So first thing to understand that the mind takes the form of objects,

It perceives,

I see you,

The mind has taken the form of you.

But at the same time,

The mind is also aware of others.

Are you getting it?

Mind is aware of others.

I'm addressing David,

But still the mind is aware of the other people,

For example.

If it is one-pointedness,

Then I need not to do anything.

I'm already in meditation.

The little,

Not a very tough concept,

But a little deeper.

Are you getting it?

So here it means,

What it means?

There is one mind,

But different objects.

You know,

I'm just talking about the difference of understanding the mind in Buddhism.

Let's take one school of thought,

And in Patanjali Yoga Sutra.

So one mind,

Different objects,

Then what is one-pointedness?

Mind is constantly moving,

It cannot change,

You cannot make it still.

So what is that one-pointedness?

So I pick up an object like OM,

I know the mind is constantly moving.

So,

Mind,

First movement OM,

Second movement OM,

Third movement OM,

Fourth movement OM.

So this becomes one-pointedness.

So with awareness,

OM,

OM.

But when I'm talking,

My mind is jumping from the one world to the second world,

To the third world,

To the fourth one,

To the fifth one.

It structures its intents,

It is speaking,

But mind is jumping.

So here,

Our master says that this mind is a collection of thoughts that produce knowledge.

So my mind is fixed on the knowledge,

Not on the object,

Not on the world.

Do you understand?

I believe.

So mind is receiving knowledge of different objects one after the other at the same time.

I see a lot of people and the knowledge is they all have come to join the session.

They all are learning and I am speaking.

You see how deeper they have,

Masters have thought about it.

And the third understanding of the mind is the mind is like a river.

How can you be one-pointedness?

Do you see the river?

Yes,

I am seeing the river.

Are you looking at the same water in the river?

No.

Are you one-pointed?

Yes.

Do you see?

Do you see that?

I gave the three options.

Now our master,

Many masters including the Buddha says the mind is born when it looks at one object,

Then this mind dies before it looks at other object.

Am I making the things difficult to understand?

No,

It is easy.

Do you see that?

So there is another aspect.

Do you see,

Lara,

That mind died before I see Brandy,

The mind died before I see David?

So when we understand the entire movement of the mind with reference to these three,

The first understanding of the mind,

The meditation is a play and a fun.

Then meditation is a play and a fun.

Now see.

When we say mind is like a wave,

Then the mind that moves constantly from one object to the other,

The wave like mind is momentary,

Then mind is like a river where water as an object is there,

And when there is no object,

Then what happens?

Mindfulness,

The higher state of meditation.

We discussed about it,

Higher state of meditation,

No object.

So who is holding the mind?

My likes and dislikes,

My attachment and detachment,

That causes the distraction.

You see their understanding.

The understanding of,

So it is a wrong notion,

Our master says it is a wrong notion.

Those who think that mind is like a wave,

How can we focus on the water that is moving constantly?

It is a reflection that I see that I'm looking at the water,

But actually I'm focused on the river,

But it is not.

Go to the previous one,

The mind and thoughts are different.

Can we still meditate?

Yes,

Mind and thoughts are different.

One thought,

Second thought,

Fourth thought,

Fifth thought.

So I am simply aware in the mind.

The mind picks up the stiffen again.

Mind goes to the David,

No mind picks up the stiffen again.

Did you see that what exactly is the practice of meditation or yoga?

Abhayas vairagya bhyam tan nirodha,

Regular practice with wisdom,

With understanding.

So when there is no understanding,

Nothing will happen.

Continue to doing,

We have been doing in anxiety,

I know I'm in anxiety,

Nothing will happen.

Understanding,

Mind and thoughts are different.

Can we still meditate?

The answer is yes,

The fact is the mind is one.

Patanjali says the mind is one that knows the things differently.

It distracts,

So I want to keep my mind,

Say for example on,

I'm stiffen,

Mind picks up brandy,

I say no.

Brandy has two meanings,

Isn't it?

The spellings are different.

You see that is how the knowledge takes place.

Two things,

Two meanings.

The spellings are different Lara,

But meanings.

So do you see that knowledge occurs in the mind?

Am I aware of that?

Am I aware?

No,

Wrong knowledge should not occur.

Right knowledge should occur.

Then what happens?

You always succeed in meditation.

So according to our master Patanjali,

The mind is only one that knows different objects.

Those who believe that every object,

For every object there is one mind,

It is also wrong.

You see,

First the Patanjali has given you the options to understand this is the way and then it says drop this idea,

Drop this wrong notion.

Those who believe that there is no mind but collection of thoughts,

That is also wrong.

Because they follow,

They say there are five subjective states of the mind,

They say there are five objective states of the mind.

Mind is only one that knows different objects.

And those who believe there is no mind,

You know,

Sometimes we say no thoughts,

No mind.

But we never contemplate and reflect on it.

So when you do not contemplate and reflect,

The right knowledge does not,

Is not there.

When it is not there,

Then meditation does not succeed.

So those who believe that there is no mind but collection of thought,

That there is one mind for every object,

No need to focus.

You know,

You see that when there are as many minds,

As many thoughts and objects,

There is no need to focus.

Question of one-pointedness does not arise.

One object,

Laya,

Gone.

Second object,

Stephen,

Gone.

Third object,

Sam.

Fourth object,

Terry,

What it demands,

Now ask yourself after understanding all these,

What it demands to succeed in meditation.

It demands self-awareness.

If there is no awareness,

Then the practice fails.

Because then you do not know what is happening in the mind.

So one part of the mind does not know what is happening.

The other part says,

No,

I follow the practice as you told me.

I have been doing om om om om for so many years.

Nothing happens.

Nothing will happen.

Do you understand?

See,

I am I aware.

Long back I got this phrase,

The self-awareness is the beginning of yoga,

And the self-awareness is the end of yoga.

Self-awareness is the beginning of yoga.

I have lot of wrong notions.

I am the body.

Yes,

No problem.

Become aware that you are the body.

Then understand,

Then practice.

So you loosen the knot of attachment with the body and then what happens?

You are moving further,

Lower level of awareness,

Then second level,

Third level,

Fourth,

Fifth,

Sixth and seventh.

That is how Kundalini Meditation has seven level of awareness,

Based on seven chakras.

So you see how the Patanjali rejects by understanding.

So those who say that one mind for one object.

So how Patanjali refutes,

Rejects this argument,

This understanding,

That if there is one mind for one object,

Say one object,

Lara,

Then I see Stephen,

But the mind retains the memory of the Lara.

So it means there cannot be as many minds as many objects.

Stephen,

And we have already refuted the understanding that the mind is like a river.

Whose mind I am talking about?

Your mind.

Are you aware here and now?

I am talking about your mind.

One thought,

I have a lot of anxiety.

Does the thought stick to my mind or I stick to that thought?

Solution is there when I become aware of it.

Do I want anxiety?

No.

So my mind because of likes and dislikes sticks to that thought.

Why it sticks to the thought of an anxiety?

Because I have fear,

I have insecurity.

That is second thought.

Now I leave that object in the mind.

I have an ability.

So that ability comes from the self-awareness.

Self-awareness is the beginning and the self-awareness is that.

So this week after doing the meditation,

Contemplate and reflect,

Reflect.

Reflect in your head.

Reflect in your head all the time.

This understanding,

Let this understanding go deeper.

Pick up if the Patanjali,

What Patanjali says is true or not true.

Prove in your life.

Leave it.

Let us start our practice of meditation.

So we will do a meditation that we have done before.

Close your eyes.

Close your eyes and become aware of the body.

The mind is facing inside the head.

Are you aware?

Is the mind facing inside the forehead in the space?

At the same time it is aware of the body that is steady.

Can it happen in one day?

That is why I gave you the three options.

You have to check in which category you belong to.

Looking at,

Looking at the neck joint.

Being there.

What is the meaning of being there?

Self-aware.

So what becomes the content of the mind?

Sensation,

Comfortable,

Steadiness.

Is that your goal?

No,

It is a milestone.

So when the mind understands it is a milestone,

What happens to the mind is refree.

Where should I go?

Look into the space.

You see,

At a very subtler level I pick your mind and take it to a point where you succeed.

I have been saying again and again,

Being comfortable.

Looking at the shoulder joints,

Being there,

Feeling,

Sensation.

Comfortable and steadiness.

You see,

When that knowledge,

That understanding is clear,

Even if your body has one million complaints,

Body is a matter.

It cannot do anything without the mind.

That is why Patanjali says,

Theresukham asanam,

The entire body,

Awareness of the entire body,

All the joints.

Now you see,

What mind jumps to the another thought,

If I say so,

What is that thought?

Sensation,

Comfortable,

Steadiness,

Then space again.

Knowledge brings you,

Your mind to a state of one-pointedness.

That is what the Nyasa step is.

So just make your breath little deep,

Silent and slow.

Not very deep.

Why?

You know it.

Mind will be unnecessarily cause distraction.

Where you have a comfort zone,

It is deep,

Silent and slow.

The mind is like a car.

And the mind is,

Now the breath is like a car and the mind is like a driver.

What a driver needs awareness.

So as you inhale,

Move your mind inside the right arm from the shoulder to the fingertips.

Now pick up the third understanding.

The mind is moving in the space inside.

What is that?

Highway.

I give a metaphor.

Breath,

Car,

Mind,

Driver,

It knows where it is on the highway inside,

In the space.

What it is singing,

Mentally.

Mentally you sing with the breath going in,

Shoulder to the fingertips,

With the breath coming out from the fingertips to the shoulder.

So you see the four points of awareness.

Who can be aware?

Human being.

Self-awareness is the beginning.

So is it one-pointedness?

Yes.

At the level of the knowledge,

It is one-pointedness.

We drive our car on the highway,

We see hundreds of the cars and still we see we are one-pointed.

Now moving the mind inside the left arm.

Simple.

Now moving the mind inside the right arm.

Now moving the mind inside the right arm.

Now inside the right leg.

You see I give a long pause.

I need not to speak a lot.

Gradually we are moving deeper.

Moving the mind with the breath singing and reciting.

Om on the highway is the space inside.

The right leg from the right side of the waist to the toe.

You see what happens?

The mind says,

Oh which is the point on the right side of the waist?

No,

That is not important.

So when your mind feels like that,

It means mind has just begun the journey.

It has to go a long way.

Moving the mind inside the left leg now.

So either the mind is constantly living in that wisdom.

You have so many objects in the mind,

The breath,

Body,

Home,

Highway,

Paying attention to what I'm speaking to you but the knowledge.

We don't need an IQ.

I have told hundred of times.

We need a very simple casual understanding.

Now moving the mind inside the spine from the crown of the head to the tailbone from the tailbone to the top of the head.

Now see that knowledge in the mind,

The right knowledge in the mind helps you to rise in consciousness by this niyasa.

When the mind has a wrong notion,

Wrong understanding,

You stick to the lowest center.

Is this understanding better?

Then you start talking about there is a big center at the base of the spine.

It is red in color.

It has this shape.

You see you have to transition.

That is why the first center is known as the survival,

Second is known as the center of the desire,

Third is the greed.

And in the fourth center you become a seeker.

But you are now leave this step also.

Live into that state of awareness and in that state of awareness will move the mind with the wisdom.

So you are reciting.

It means mind is jumping from the one word to the second but behind that there is a knowledge.

So first just three times we will practice.

You do it mentally.

I will do it love.

Now recitation,

Listening.

You are listening.

Why you are listening?

To have the right knowledge plus the meaning.

What is the meaning?

May there be well-being for all.

What is that well-being?

It is home.

It is pervading everywhere.

Sarvesham swasthir bhavatu.

So you see that is how I have been saying you.

Third time we will do the same recitation but with the knowledge,

With the wisdom.

Sarvesham swasthir bhavatu.

So mind says I know I am reciting,

Mind says I am listening,

Mind says I know what it means and what is that applied knowledge and wisdom?

The mind expands.

You need not to worry about your distraction.

Look at the teaching of our masters.

Sarvesham swasthir bhavatu.

Mantra is also a thought.

Is the thought producing that knowledge and you are aware of it?

It is the thing in meditation.

Sarvesham swasthir bhavatu.

Sarvesham swasthir bhavatu.

Second line of the mantra.

I believe you all understood what I am conveying you today which I did not do it before.

Why?

Not required.

I have to follow how Patanjali thinks.

I should not bring in the thoughts the way I think.

Sarvesham swasthir bhavatu.

You are saying in your mind.

Sarvesham swasthir bhavatu.

So now recitation,

Listening and the meaning.

Meaning is may there be peace for all.

Now when I see peace is there for all.

Do you give any chance to the mind?

Oh,

When it is for all,

Where comes the anxiety including you?

For example,

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu.

Now you see the mind is totally engaged in reciting,

In listening,

In knowing the meaning.

Absorption comes up to this point.

And then what happens?

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu.

Then comes the applied wisdom,

Peace.

So mind gets a new I.

Means new perception,

Means new knowledge.

That knowledge,

That perception is known as the third I.

And then we start digging our eyebrow center.

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu.

The mind starts melting with emotion,

With love.

Oh,

It is that.

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu.

Third line,

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu,

Recitation and listening.

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu.

Now with the meaning,

You already have understood what it means by one-pointedness of the mind.

The mind is still moving on the mantra,

Still aware of a lot of things.

Yes,

I know.

Still it is one-pointed.

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu.

Meaning is completeness.

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu.

What it means?

Completeness,

Whole.

When I am complete in my knowledge,

In my awareness,

In my understanding,

Do you give any chance to your mind to have a likes and dislikes,

Pain in the pleasure,

Anxiety,

Stress,

Etc.

,

Etc.

?

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu.

The knowledge is,

I am complete.

You are not fighting with the likes and dislikes.

What?

Not fighting.

So where is this distraction then?

There is no distraction.

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu.

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu.

You can easily understand.

90% practice,

10% knowledge.

Still we are unqualified seeker.

50-50,

We are becoming a seeker.

90% knowledge,

10% practice,

We are a qualified seeker.

I just gave a simile to make you understand.

And the fourth one,

Where all the well-being,

Peace and the completeness merges.

Sarvesham bhavatu.

Meaning?

May there be a spaciousness for all.

Oh,

For all.

Am I a priest?

No,

I include myself also.

I am also one of them.

See that?

Sarvesham bhavatu.

Sarvesham bhavatu.

That auspiciousness is always present behind the mind and the body.

Why I don't recognize then if it is present?

You already have an answer.

Mind is impure,

It is distracted.

Why?

Likes and dislikes.

And a long list.

I have to think the way the Patanjali is thinking if I want to change my life.

Sarvesham bhavatu.

Sarvesham bhavatu.

Sarvesham bhavatu.

Why such a long mantra?

I am already setter deeper within.

There is a 90% knowledge.

Okay.

Let us recite,

Sing with the meaning and wisdom.

Shanti.

Awareness.

What is that awareness?

That I know that I have yet to know the real self.

That is the ignorant body.

Second shanti to the mind,

Third to the body and the world.

That is what we did.

Continue.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Continue yourself.

Why should I come in between you and your meditation?

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Do it simply om.

Go there.

Whether I say om om om om or whether I say long one.

Whether I say your name in any way you do not change.

These are the other points of understanding.

You say the way you like to say it but you recognize.

So,

That is the recognition of om and then comes the o-recognition.

This is me.

This is me.

We have been thinking the way we want.

Why?

Leave that on.

Why?

Our belief,

Our conditioning,

Our habit,

Our instinct,

Our impulse.

What the master is saying?

Start thinking the way I am thinking means the master is thinking and then see the result.

If there is no result,

Leave it.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Om.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Om.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Bring your mind to the right hand,

Your mind to the left hand.

Lift your both the palms,

Place it on your eyes.

Know your experiences and bring the hands down.

How are you Brandy?

I'm doing pretty good.

I had to pull myself back a lot of times.

Yeah,

Yeah.

This is a good way to pull it back,

Pull it back and then that's how we become a qualified seeker.

That always succeeds.

Beautiful.

How are you?

Stephen and Sam.

For me today was another deep meditation.

The moment I closed my eyes,

It was just a dark,

Quiet,

Thoughtless meditation.

I heard you.

I followed you.

The only thing during meditation is I felt like I was falling over about a half a dozen times,

But don't actually,

I don't know if I actually moved,

But that was just a sensation that I got.

Yeah,

It's all sensation.

You didn't move.

That was beautiful.

We are going deeper.

How are you Sam?

I'm really good as well.

Had that lesson in mind from earlier about the mind,

New mind for every thought.

And again,

I was sitting and watching and observing.

It was very quiet.

Had a similar sensation where I started feeling,

You know,

My body falling over,

But I just,

You know,

Kind of adjusted myself.

My neck started hurting so I laid back.

It was fine.

Just adjusted,

Adapted.

It was great.

Great.

Very good.

You see that?

You,

You,

Yeah,

I'll talk later.

Yeah.

David and Jerry,

How are you?

Yeah,

Similar to Steven's for me,

The only description I can give it is,

Is constant mind melting.

They just kept melting and melting.

But that's it.

It was just deep,

Long and very short.

Beautiful.

That's really good.

How are you Jerry?

Sorry,

I'm good.

Placing the mind in the different places of the body.

I was there,

Aware,

But I was also aware of that deeper stillness.

And that continued throughout,

Then with a mantra,

A lot of light and just that sense of connectedness or oneness and then the only just light.

Like beautiful.

You see that all your previous experiences,

You see that you need not to pull your mind back.

It is already there.

It is there.

That is one of the most wonderful experiences.

How are you Lara?

I think a lot of us had a very similar experience with everybody else.

I think I went deep,

But then I get pulled out with an itch or like a feeling of falling over or just movement in the body.

So it just kind of.

.

.

Beautiful.

That's good.

Deeper experience.

How are you Christina?

Yes,

Terry you can open your.

.

.

Unmute you so that will come later.

Christina,

Freezing.

How are you John?

I had a little difficulty maintaining focus so the one-pointedness always,

You know,

Kind of.

.

.

No,

No problems.

So you have understood it happens.

So understanding clears what is one-pointedness.

So the time will come when this one-pointedness is independent of the body.

You go deeper.

How are you Terry?

I'm good.

I'm calm.

I'm not sure I completely understood the one-pointedness,

But I started to.

But the part about the mind dying every second,

I did understand that.

I understood that because I had experiences in the past that I realize now that was what was happening.

And today what was happening was I was just aware of all the different levels of what was going on in the darkness.

The light,

The body,

The thoughts coming in and just letting them go and all that stuff going on at the same time.

Good.

Listen to it this tape and listen to this audio when I send you back.

That is also a beginning.

What happens when you see,

When we have a knowledge that one mind for one object.

So one object,

I see it,

I know it,

The mind dies.

New mind picks up another object.

Third mind picks up the third.

So now see what is understanding.

One object,

One mind.

So the moment the past memory returns,

I have to drop that also.

If I don't drop that,

So this principle doesn't work.

So when you start dropping,

Then you go deeper.

You have to simply drop it.

Drop it in the knowledge.

Drop it in the mind.

How are you,

Christina?

You froze down so that's why,

Yeah.

You didn't freeze.

Your image freezes.

Yeah,

Computer freezes.

I never understood that and today it felt,

I felt like I was wanting to look around.

Once you start the Aum Chantilly,

I saw completely,

It was,

I was in it and I didn't want to come out at all.

And just at one point,

I felt it was just going back to every Aum of knowing.

The meaning of everything and just your lesson made so much sense with the practice today.

And at one point I didn't see it.

It felt so warm and I saw myself being,

It wasn't like I was being bathed but I just wrapped in a towel.

It was my,

I don't know,

It was like all of a sudden I was being wrapped in a towel by myself and then a spoon or a fork was feeding me and I just felt like,

I just felt refreshed.

And it was wonderful,

It was just wonderful.

I was just myself doing it.

Wonderful,

Christina,

You are progressing.

I'm so happy.

The smile starts manifesting.

Now see a simple thing to summarize,

Simple thing.

I have been thinking the way I have been thinking.

How?

Why?

Because of my belief,

Isn't it?

So I have certain belief which I say,

This is the only right thing,

Right?

That is what is our personality is.

Are you happy?

Ask yourself.

With that belief,

With that conditioning,

With that likes and dislikes,

With that attachment and detachment,

Are you happy?

If you say you are happy 24 by 7,

Leave the practice of meditation.

It's not for you.

You are already there.

So what is the most important point?

My master used to say that now you are not happy.

You have likings and dislikings that causes a lot of challenges in your life.

At least for a few weeks,

You start thinking the way these masters are thinking.

Are you getting it?

You start thinking the way our masters who has discovered these principles,

You start thinking in the way.

You have a right to drop it.

The moment you start thinking in that way,

Life changes completely.

I believe at this stage I can say that,

But not in the beginning,

Otherwise there is a problem of ego.

What the heck?

Why should I think like a master?

Are you hypnotizing me?

No,

We are dehypnotizing.

You are already hypnotized.

Do you see that?

We are already hypnotized.

Now if my honey looks like this and behaves like this,

I am done with it.

It's your belief.

Why don't you take care of your mind?

Why should I take care of the mind?

Because I am right.

See the understanding.

It's only the knowledge that delivers you from ignorance brings an end to the suffering.

Anyhow,

That's all.

Thank you very much.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.
