Ah,

You see there was a.

.

.

We are all always in the state of meditation.

We have to simply remove what prevents me not to know that I am in meditation.

So now you know because we have been going continuously,

So I'm bringing up little higher aspects.

So what did we understand by that?

What prevents me not to be in that state of meditation?

You have to simply remove it.

Here is Britney.

Where is Britney?

With a cup of tea and coffee.

So do you see that?

Do you understand that part that what prevents me not to be in the state of meditation?

Meditation means what?

I am.

Don't you exist now?

Don't you exist now?

Yes I exist.

So what is that?

What is preventing me not to know who I am?

What is preventing me?

What is preventing me?

So without understanding these teachings,

Because no teaching in the world can tell you physics or chemistry or biology or astronomy,

Can tell you the answer of this.

Do you see that?

That is why we are studying.

That is why we understand these principles.

You know about the frog?

It is an amphibian animal.

They can land on the water and they can also swim in the ocean.

We know that amphibian.

So we have to become an amphibian by meditation.

You become an amphibian.

What it means?

The land is the pure understanding and living in the pure real self and the sea is the word.

She is the word.

So whenever you want to enter into the world,

Go no problem.

Let me enter into the world,

Do all my activities.

But deeper inside I know anytime I can land myself on the earth.

But what is preventing me?

Why I give an example of a frog?

Why I cannot land on the ground?

When the frog lays its eggs,

It grows into a tadpole.

It has a long tail.

So as long as we have a long tail,

We cannot jump into the land.

We are bound.

We have to live in the ocean of that is what I said.

Symbolically is the word.

Do you see that?

So what happens gradually that that tail disappears as he grows into an adult so that he can jump onto the land.

What is that tail here?

Now ask yourself,

What is that tail?

The tail is that I do not know what is my true nature.

Simple.

So what is that word used when I do not know my true nature?

That is known as ignorance.

So we have been repeating,

Repeating,

Asatoma,

Satyamaya,

But we do not understand it.

We become a singer.

We don't become a thinker.

So there is a big difference between a singer and a thinker.

Do you see that?

That is all about yoga and meditation.

There is nothing about it.

Now take another example.

What is our topic?

Yes,

Topic is wonderful.

So there are five verses on what exactly is God?

How we understand God?

Do we understand God is in the heaven?

No,

We are not interested in that God who lives in the heaven.

Why?

Why?

It is a pure belief.

And what is that belief?

I cannot validate that really belief.

Do you see that?

I cannot validate that belief.

Where is the heaven?

Where is the hell?

So we are not interested in that.

But we are interested in the belief pending inquiry.

So what happens?

That belief pending inquiry is what Eastern wisdom says.

It is a faith.

Did you get it?

We are going a little deeper and deeper.

So take one example.

If I ask any one of you,

Do you know David?

Just take an example.

Now see that.

Pay attention.

This is how the logic works.

So when you put a reasoning with a belief,

Then what happens?

You start opening up and you get,

Oh,

This is what it is.

So I go on talking,

David is there.

Oh,

I talk about his attributes.

I talk about his personality.

And then you say,

Oh,

Are you talking who lives in Paradise Valley?

Oh,

Who lives with Jerry?

See that?

Who does this business?

So by the single word of David,

I know all about David.

I need not to explain everything.

Are you getting it?

I say Lara.

So name,

Name represents all the attributes,

Characteristics,

Values.

Are you getting it?

So now come to God.

Keep that in mind.

We are not looking for a God that is present in the heaven.

Congratulations to those people who have found the God in the heaven.

We're not interested.

Pure belief is not interested.

It should be validated.

Why?

Because I have an intellect.

So simple.

This is what Patanjali goes on.

So now see that.

So before he designate a particular word for the God,

He says klesha karm vipakasaya aparam rasthapuresh vishesh isvara 24th sutra of the Patanjali first chapter.

What he says that Ishwar is a conscious being that is untouched by klesha,

That is untouched by all the suffering.

What is that suffering that is untouched by delusion?

That is not seeking the fruits of an action.

That is Ishwar finished.

So first attribute.

Now see that we are defining as we define David.

So we are defining and understanding David.

So you see that?

Am I living into that state where I don't have gras against my own ego?

I'm untouched.

I'm happy.

I'm peaceful.

See that?

Now second.

What is second?

Tat turn nirti shayam sar vad gan bhi jam.

It is the source of knowledge.

It is consciousness.

It is pure consciousness.

Are we conscious?

So if we are conscious,

It means there is a consciousness.

I'm conscious of you.

I know you.

It means I have that consciousness.

Because of that consciousness,

I know you.

Does that consciousness is free from delusion and suffering?

Yes,

That consciousness is always free from suffering.

I have brought that with God very near to me.

Do you see that?

I have brought that God who was living so-called living in the heaven.

I discarded that.

Now I have brought that God very near to me.

Consciousness.

Pure consciousness.

So second sutra we have covered.

Now third sutra that we studied.

Sohye Shupur vesam api guru kalena avanachirat.

What he says?

Ah,

It's such a beautiful.

Knowledge is always available.

I gave an example 100 years ago.

Scientists say this matter consists of atoms.

Atoms means indivisible.

But when they remove the ignorance,

They found that that atom is also consists of particles.

In recent years,

Around 20 years now,

They say that these particles act as a wave.

It does not mean that these particles were not present 100 and millions of years ago.

Knowledge was already there.

Knowledge always existed.

Do you see that?

So what he is saying?

That knowledge.

Because of that knowledge,

He is the master.

He is the teacher of all the ancient teachers.

Means he is all knowing.

That is the meaning of omniscient.

Omniscient does not mean that I intrude into your private affairs and I know everything.

That has nothing to do with all knowing.

OK,

You are all knowing.

So tell me what I did yesterday.

That is crazy stuff.

So you're going in a wrong direction.

So understand that.

So we are the third part is,

Oh,

He's all knowing.

He's all knowing what is preventing me.

What is preventing me from all knowing?

It is the ignorance.

It is the same tale.

If I remove that tale,

I will know.

So you see that seeker,

If you are a seeker,

Then we don't talk about heaven and hell.

We don't talk about pure belief that cannot be validated.

Do you see that?

That cannot be validated.

I'm aware of you.

You are aware of me.

It's a validation.

So you see that the journey of meditation or yoga is pragmatic.

Pragmatic,

It's purely pragmatic.

I think you understand that word very much.

We use,

We use,

It's a pragmatic journey.

So we are subjected to insecurities and searching security.

We cannot find any security in the world outside because it is subjected by time,

People,

Relations,

Objects that are constantly changing.

And what we have found is state of the being,

Consciousness,

All knowing,

Free from delusion.

So when we are free from the delusion,

We are into that state of peace and happiness.

But we are searching,

What we are searching?

We are searching a world to designate what should be that world.

You know,

Parents,

You know,

Just out of,

Maybe sometime out of lot of thinking and sometime out of a,

Out of a chance.

Parents named you Christina,

But no,

In yoga when we understand,

We understand all the attributes,

Characteristics and then we give,

We designate a particular name.

So you have understood the three sutras about Ishvara.

Now he says he is the master of,

Master of all the ancient teachers.

So when I say Eastern wisdom has 3000 teachers,

You know,

This is just to,

Just to give you an understanding.

There may be more than 3000 teachers.

I have not calculated.

I have approximation.

This is the way to understand.

You see that?

It will take me 20 years because I have to go through all the 3000 texts to find out who are the teachers.

And some of the teachers that are unknown.

Now have you understand all the attributes of which we say God?

And that God is sitting deep inside my heart.

What do I,

How do I refer?

27 sutras of the Patanjali yug Sutra first chapter.

So you see,

Means naming.

What should I say?

I should say that person,

That being Om.

So many people ask me,

Am I near in the dear ones?

You know,

Here in which is the best mantra to practice?

I said,

You first become the best.

Then any mantra will do.

So what is that meaning?

Now take the previous example.

I have explained the attributes of the David by which I know David.

Clear?

So it's a single word that represents a lot of attributes.

Right?

Now Om represents all the attributes explained above.

By saying David,

David,

David,

I cannot reach to him.

So lot of people have a misunderstanding.

Oh,

Just do Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.

It will not work.

It means when I do practice of Om with these attributes in the mind.

Are you getting it?

So the master is saying that Om is the designator of what we say,

God,

And that God symbol.

And that is dwelling deep inside our heart.

That is our true nature.

And our true nature is nothing but the God.

So we find our God deep inside the heart.

So when we reach to that higher state of meditation,

Then we see the same Om is pulsating in everywhere.

It is the same.

So it's a true experience of omniscient and omnipresent when we use the word.

I'm using the word for the sake of understanding.

So you see that the way I see you,

The same way you see that.

It's not,

You know,

Just an assumption.

So once we reach to that state,

We are there.

That is the ultimate of meditation.

So in this series,

There may be next,

I think,

Eight or nine sutras of the Patanjali explains the different practices of meditation.

So then we find what are those practices?

What are the obstacles?

What prevents me to reach there?

There are nine obstacles.

Nine obstacles leads to full acute symptoms.

You'll be surprised.

Three thousand years ago when Patanjali was there,

He explained what happens to you when the mind lives in delusion,

Shorter breath,

Shaking of the body.

He's explaining.

He was the greatest psychiatrist and psychotherapist.

He explains that what are the nine obstacles?

He categorized them into nine obstacles.

And then he said additional,

These are the four different symptoms that you experience when you have those experiences.

Think that mind is in delusion.

Bring it back.

You have a tail tadpole.

You have to remove it before you enter into the highest state of the calmness and peace.

Now think is can we say all attributes in a single word?

Yes.

So what a big deal.

The master says it is Om.

One second,

We need to understand why they have designated this word.

Why not calm?

Why not Lara?

Why not David?

Why not Brandy?

That also needs to be understood.

So when you have that clarity,

Then what happens?

You have 100 percent clarity.

Let us go to David.

So means what?

I know where he is,

Where he lives,

How long it will take.

I will read it.

Do you see that?

That clarity is there in this journey.

That clarity is there in that journey.

So that is why can we say all attributes in a single word?

Yes.

And that word is Om.

Nothing to do with.

Dogma,

Belief,

Guilt.

Maybe I think I would say there are more than 15 different texts by different teachers.

They have explained Om differently.

Why they have explained differently?

Because they ask us to know the attributes.

Deepen your mind and then meditation so that you can realize your true nature by Om.

So maybe I will pick up at least six or seven practices I normally have designed based on the Om.

So you have to be ready in the following weeks.

Om is when?

Designator.

But we have different approaches.

Meditation is one but we have different approaches.

Brandy,

That is the right expression.

So based on my mental temperament,

I have to find out.

First I have to find out which practice is good for me.

But in this group I follow an approach for meditation.

So did you get it?

Did you get some idea about it?

Om,

Tasyavatya,

Kaha Pranava.

I remember that Om is present deep inside my heart.

Free from?

Doer and the Enjoyer.

Free from?

Free from the law of karma.

I can use that word.

Yes.

Free from the law of karma.

Ever present.

Why?

It is the source of all the knowledge.

Where it is dwelling,

Where it is location is deep inside my heart.

Not in the physical heart.

Then we need to go to cardiologist.

It's not a journey of going into the.

.

.

Deep inside that heart is the seat of the consciousness.

Think of this.

This we constantly think of this,

This,

This,

This information.

Let it become a knowledge.

Oh,

At this time I'm living in the field of awareness.

Am I the doer?

No,

I'm simply perceiving.

See that it is here and now you I can see it.

I can feel it.

Yoga does not.

.

.

These crazy masters do not teach anything that is based on dogma belief.

Be 100% clear.

You may create a belief in dogma that is different.

So that is why this teaching has to be done.

Let us start our journey.

We have done enough.

So the tongue it will speak.

I have to find out how not to create such a big noise.

Eyes are closed.

Eyes are closed.

You're looking at the body.

You're looking at the body.

You feel the sensation.

There is a steadiness and the mind is looking deep inside the head or the heart in the space.

What is that space?

It is the land.

Who wants to jump there?

The tadpole cannot do that until we remove the tail.

You see the fish cannot live in the land.

They die instantly.

The same thing happens to the tadpole.

Until they remain as a tadpole,

They have the gills to breathe.

See that?

So we are looking inside the forehead or the heart.

Why searching?

Searching.

Searching.

Let us move directly to our nirasa.

Start breathing little deep,

Silent and slow.

We want to clear the clutter in the mind.

So the breath is not very deep.

Breath is not very slow.

Good.

So breath is our car.

Driver is the mind.

Driver has to show the path.

You see that?

And if the driver is not clear where to go.

So we move it on the highway inside.

Why highway inside?

We want to transcend the body and the mind.

Why dare we find Om?

Simple.

So now everything is clear.

Let us start the nirasa.

As you inhale,

Move the mind inside the right arm in the space from the shoulder to the finger tips,

Singing and reciting and listening.

Now do you keep in your mind that knowledge of the Om?

You see I added this step of Om couple of weeks ago.

So at that time we did not have a clear understanding.

Now we have a clear understanding.

So where is the problem?

Just a step.

Follow it.

Look at it.

Driver,

Car,

Highway,

Where I'm going is very clear.

And Om.

See that?

See that?

See that?

Now inside the left arm.

When we become a perfect seeker,

We have to drop these practices.

People have no value.

It has a value now.

The tail has a value now.

Be 100%.

Clarity should be there.

No doubt.

And you enjoy moving Om full of peace and happiness.

Location deep inside.

Now move the mind and the breath inside the right leg from the right side of the waist to the toes and from the toes to the right side of the waist.

Do you keep that Om in your mind?

The way I just explained you?

Oh,

Do you know that?

Oh,

Yes,

I know.

I explained you that.

Two part journey.

One is to know,

The other is to remove the tail of ignorance.

Now inside the left leg.

Removing tail of ignorance,

We have to do something.

To know myself,

I have to do nothing.

That becomes the highest meditation.

Then what is required?

My friends.

And now inside the spine,

As you inhale,

The mind moves from the crown of the head to the tailbone,

But recitation and listening continues.

As you exhale,

The mind moves from the tailbone to the crown of the head.

You see,

As you will progress,

I need not to ask you to settle your body.

No,

No breath.

No,

No.

You need not to do a lot of physical practice.

They are external yoga.

As a seeker,

You know what it means by the internal yoga.

Now leave this breath.

Leave this step.

So instead of the Aum first,

We ask the mind to know in deeper with this mantra.

It's a long mantra.

So what we are looking,

We are looking for an attribute of the Aum.

Now you will understand why I started with this mantra,

Different attributes of the mantra.

You have,

You have wonderful experiences during the journey.

So first line,

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

What do you mean?

We are reciting and listening only in the first instant.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Now we just understood the attributes,

So that is the meaning.

And what is the meaning?

May there be well-being for all.

So where the mind is moving,

It is reciting,

It is listening,

But it is moving on the meaning.

Now when I say Lara,

I don't reach to Kate.

See that?

So might naturally be there.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Now based on the discussion we just had,

Om,

Sarvesham.

So that is what the applied knowledge is.

You simply know it.

There is a state of well-being deeper inside in my true nature.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

You are also reciting and listening with the meaning and the knowledge.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

It is a play and a fun,

My friend.

When I say,

Kristina,

I know 100%,

So my mind,

My eyes goes there.

Does it happen to you?

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham Swastir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham swasthir bhagavatuh Repetition in modern psychology is to create a habit.

Repetition in yoga drops the tail of ignorance.

Did you get it?

Second mantra,

Recitation and listening only casually but with awareness.

Sarvesham shantir bhagavatuh Sarvesham shantir bhagavatuh Sarvesham shantir bhagavatuh Now reciting,

Listening and the meaning.

All comes to one point.

Are you a seeker?

The seeker lives in higher awareness,

Alertness,

Vigilant,

That is required.

Not a cult,

In a dogma,

In a ritual.

Recitation means here,

This mantra means peace.

May there be peace for all.

Sarvesham shantir bhagavatuh Oh,

It is here and now.

Sarvesham shantir bhagavatuh You are not praying for peace,

You are recognizing it is here and now.

That is discovery.

You know in modern psychology we say cognition and then we add a prefix,

Recognition.

Sarvesham shantir bhagavatuh Sarvesham shantir bhagavatuh Sarvesham shantir bhagavatuh Sarvesham shantir bhagavatuh cognition,

I'm using the words to make your mind clear,

Intellect to understand.

Cognition,

Re-cognition,

Perception is now there.

Shanti means peace,

Peace is our essential nature,

Projection is not there.

Sarvesham shantirvavattu,

Sarvesham shantirvavattu,

Sarvesham shantirvavattu,

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu You know mind for years and days and the weeks and the months have never realized what is what they do not realize recognition that the peace is here and now where I was searching you know that at that moment many people get emotional so pure emotion flows out.

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu Third line Sarvesham puranam bhavatu Mind Oh,

I see the mind is fickle minded it's wandering let it wander on the attribute Sarvesham puranam bhavatu Let it wander on the meaning of the puranam.

Where is the problem?

Puranam wholeness completeness Mind says,

Aha,

I am complete while reciting Sarvesham puranam bhavatu Sarvesham puranam bhavatu Sarvesham puranam bhavatu Sarvesham puranam bhavatu What completeness?

That idea,

That knowledge,

That awareness is there in the mind sense of completeness what that means?

Will the mind wander anywhere outside?

No chance.

Look at this.

Allow the mind to live into that.

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu Sarvesham puranam bhavatu Sarvesham puranam bhavatu Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh We are not talking of any ritual.

We are talking can you experience here and now.

Three rhymes.

Fourth mantra.

Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Meaning of spaciousness.

So that merges all the attributes.

I was just explaining about David.

Can my mind live into that?

Simple proposition.

Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh You know we talk about aha moment.

It is always there because of the tale.

We do not.

Again you see that I am using the word re plus cognize.

Why I don't recognize?

I am in ignorance.

Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh Sarvesha Purnam Bhagavatuh There is another school.

There is no school.

Eastern wisdom is Eastern wisdom.

It is known as Nada Yoga.

What it says about the Om Shabda Brahma.

How do I translate into English?

The word self.

The word is the self.

Why?

I know all the attributes.

So moving the mind from the crown of the head inside the heart dropping.

Boom!

I am.

And from the heart going back again to the top of the crown of the head.

Without saying all,

Seeing the path is clear.

We are very deep inside.

We are into that state of infinite space.

And again casually you drop.

Shabda Brahma.

That which is behind the body and the mind is real me.

Why should I say me?

It is Om.

For all practical purposes.

Name of the David is David.

I was explaining.

So what is the name of the word?

What it represents all the attributes.

Oh!

Om.

I am not practicing Om.

I am Om.

Do you practice yourself?

See that.

That is the key.

Okay.

Do not think remain as you are.

The time comes when you experience the sound of the Om.

Not in the mind but behind the mind.

It constantly pulsates.

How that happens?

How that happens we will talk about it and we will be doing at least five or six different practices.

To deepen the journey.

Om.

Om.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti,

He.

Om.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti,

He.

Open your eyes.

How are you David and Jerry?

I am getting feedback.

It was very good.

Early on I had white flashing light in my head or somewhere I saw it.

And then it was so deep I felt like I kept falling over.

It was very very good.

Thank you.

Thank you very good.

That is what is going to happen.

How are you Jerry?

I am doing well.

It is nice to be back to the Monday group.

The meditation was kind of layers I guess of the Om.

So the Nyasa was one kind of expansive layer and then the Mantra.

And then the final Om from crown to heart was very deep.

Very deep,

Yeah.

It is always deep when we do this step for you.

That is beautiful.

Beautiful.

We are going to do at least couple of weeks.

We will focus on Om,

What it means,

What the masters are saying about it.

And then I will take a reference from the Nada Yoga from the different text.

How the master explains.

Simply saying Om,

Om,

Om doesn't work.

But it also works.

So possibly next week keep all your dear pets away.

Why?

Because the practice is very intense.

Loud.

In the first three stages.

So because you are doing Om,

Om,

Om and they are doing Bhah,

Bhah,

Bhah.

So that will disturb you.

It will not disturb others.

So how about you Stephen?

No,

I don't have any objection if you keep it.

I don't have any objection.

But I am saying you.

My meditation was rather amazing.

I fell immediately into my heart and went back and forth between my mind,

Behind my mind and my heart.

And when I was behind my mind I was listening to you.

And it was just part of your lesson and your reinforcement of the lesson.

Beautiful.

But it really felt it the most during the Sarvesham.

Because when I was listening to you I was behind my mind.

When I actually sang it I was in my heart.

And like David it was white light.

White light.

Throughout my entire meditation.

And when I would fall into my heart the light would just continue to get brighter.

And I just had this vibration in my heart the entire time.

Beautiful.

And when you mentioned it at the end with the Om it just became more intense.

Beautiful.

That's beautiful.

You see this white light in the beginning?

And then it translates into,

How can I say?

It translates into your experience here and now.

Now tell me last year we used to talk a lot about colours and visions.

Where they have gone.

Are you more interested?

No.

I'm more interested in myself.

So that is what the journey takes us deeper and deeper,

Higher and higher.

How were you Lara?

It was very great and very deep.

It was funny because I was so present with you.

There was noises and I couldn't even like,

Beautiful,

Around me.

And then when we started to do the Om from the head to the heart all of a sudden it was like this sunlight came in.

And I was like,

The sun shining in the room?

And it was it.

Beautiful,

Beautiful.

Yeah,

It just kind of got really bright.

You see that?

What is the validity?

We all experience more or less the same.

See the journey.

You know,

We had a wonderful friend,

You know,

Who is that?

No,

No,

You see that all these,

They are experiencing,

They have beautiful experiences.

I'm not.

Because of ignorance,

Because of the tail.

Don't compare,

Remove the tail.

That is the main point.

How were you Kate?

Really,

Really lovely.

I felt very present.

Very present.

Light.

Beautiful.

Present and light.

Beautiful.

How are you Terry?

Then I will take Christina.

Oh,

Some people.

I'm good.

A lot of things happening,

But I'm fine in the center of it.

I'm just dealing with everything that has happened and I'm okay.

My problems are.

.

.

That's good.

That's wonderful.

You see that?

You have to reach to a point,

As you said,

Oh,

Everything is happening all around,

But I'm doing it.

Add one more thing.

Everything happening in the body,

But I am fine.

Your problem is gone.

I cannot use any medical term,

Otherwise they will sue me.

So I'm using a simple,

I am not the body.

I am the Om,

I am the real self.

Finished.

Let the body do whatever it does.

We will do it.

How are you Christina?

Very well.

This is our name.

I felt it was very quick and I haven't felt like it was quick.

I've been kind of in and out.

Sometimes I catch myself and then like,

Darn it.

But today it was so quick and all of a sudden it was,

Yeah,

You told us to put our hands on our eyes.

I was like,

Wait,

No,

This is so great.

I want to stay here forever.

So that was really exciting.

Yeah,

You were deeper.

But yeah,

So,

And then I did feel,

I've never had a like vision or whatever you call them.

Like you could see something,

Usually it's like I'll see stuff that I'm like thinking of and I've seen before.

But today all of a sudden it was like,

I fell into a very warm,

Soft,

Like fog.

Everyone's saying that they,

You know,

They're trying to compare,

But I felt like a warm fog.

Like it was a scary fog.

Yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah.

And then all of a sudden I saw it was like someone with your hands,

Like your like tan hands and like bigger,

They're like playing with marbles and wood.

And I don't know where that came from,

But it was really peaceful because it was like the marble.

Peaceful,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

Like the,

Almost like with your arm.

So it was peaceful.

It was really cool,

But never had that.

So yeah.

Yeah,

You see peaceful,

Those,

Those experiences is dropping the identification with the body.

So we say,

You know,

The,

Once we understand it clearly,

This Eastern psychology or Eastern wisdom,

When we realize you drop the identification with the body and all these mental challenges melts away by itself in one line.

But as long as this body identification that this is my body,

Okay,

But what is the next problem comes?

I am the body.

This is my house,

Okay.

I am the house is a problem.

So now see that I'm linking just,

It came to my mind for a minute.

So when I say I am the body and then refer to the tail,

Tail is ignorance.

How I am the body comes,

That is because of likes and dislikes.

So I'm not an eligible seeker when I continue to live with the likes and dislikes.

Any question that is all for today.

Keep smiling.

Thank you.

Thank you.
