But the mind deeper inside the second layer is totally inert.

We take it as if the passive listening and learning is also passively assimilating the knowledge.

Impurities and enemies of the mind that we discussed much before.

In the evening you don't have a headache and tomorrow again you have a headache.

The inertness in the mind because of the likes and dislikes created a passion,

A desire for seeking happiness with the princess.

Is it not happening to all of us every day?

In terms of the food that you like,

You go to a restaurant,

You don't get the food,

You're frustrated.

You have created that impression.

So it repeats itself.

Likes and dislikes.

Same thing with your relationship.

Nothing is conclusive and complete in the world because the world outside is a matter of delusion.

We are caught with the likes and dislikes.

Uncertain,

Unpredictable movement that takes place in the world outside at every moment.

We are not born awakened.

We took birth in ignorance with the impurities of the mind.

Because of the jealousy and the hatred.

And we keep on living that kind of a life where the mind is totally inert.

Because it is dictated by those impressions in our life.

All the time.

All the time.

This is,

We need to remove it.

Think it.

Think.

You need to think.

If you do not think,

It will not happen.

So that is why I told you the stories of the Purana.

More than four hundred thousand verses.

I have not read them.

I have read couple of them.

Where is the turning point in our life?

What is the turning point of the mind?

Not the turning point of the life.

You have been attending the session,

So obviously it's a turning point in your life.

But not the turning point of the mind.

So now see,

You said that you have a headache and that is why you are not attending the session.

What is,

How the mind.

Mind is inert.

Because I find a sense of helplessness.

Define helplessness.

You have a logical argument that,

Because of this I am not attending the session.

Define helplessness.

Whatever the knowledge that I have is limited.

It does not question what difference it will,

Whether I will continue to have a headache attending this session.

So then what happens?

Then I choose,

Which I say self-evident.

Which I say self-medication.

I say over-the-counter medication.

What it means?

I find over-the-counter medications for problems of my jealousy,

For my likes and dislikes,

For my emotional dependence.

Any problem in your life,

Physical,

Mental,

Emotional,

Relationship,

Situational,

Conditional,

And that should happen in the mind that should invoke your thinking.

What knowledge of the Eastern wisdom is going to help me at this moment?

You choose the second option.

That is what Narada did and he became a master.

So ultimately every seeker becomes the master in the life.

That is where we are aiming at.

At birth we are dictated by,

This is what we say,

We are dictated by Tamoguna.

There are three Gunas that creates the entire world.

Those who understand Tamoguna,

Rajoguna and Satoguna.

Tamoguna means that it makes the mind totally inert,

Material,

Unconscious.

We oppose the knowledge.

We claim that ignorance is the knowledge.

How dare you say to attend my,

Attend the session when I have an extreme headache?

It looks very logical.

How many of you feel that it looks logical?

It looks logical.

The existence now stops.

Existence has given an opportunity.

You have a choice to remain frustrated.

Live a life of depression,

Tension,

Stress,

Anxiety,

Duality,

Conflict.

All these are enemies of the mind.

That Rajoguna in the second stage of evolution it uses the likes and dislikes as a helper so that I can get different experiences in my life so that I can evolve.

But after that existence says it's your choice.

It does not happen with other living species.

So because of those impurities we keep on repeating in anxiousness,

And hesitation and obsession.

We are doing the same thing again and again.

How many times you have done?

First thing,

Understand the completeness is in myself.

I will remain unstable,

Anxious,

Things in the world outside.

Who is looking?

The mind.

That is totally inert.

Why the mind is inert?

Because of the enemies and the impurities of the mind.

What is to be done?

I have to start thinking why it is happening.

Why I am doing the same thing again and again and expecting a different result.

It is not going to happen.

So with that clarity of understanding now what happens?

You are talking to somebody.

You are talking to someone and the mind says now I am pissed off,

I am angry.

So now you become aware inside.

Before that manifests outside because of the knowledge,

Because of the awareness the mind is now not inert.

It becomes aware and attentive and it holds that anger.

It melts that anger.

It merges.

It dissolves.

Why?

Because you are looking a solution inside a sense of completeness in yourself.

And so when you make a choice it is known as sattva guna.

Sattva guna means knowledge.

It means awareness.

So all the three gunas are responsible for the material entire world,

Ignorance,

Impurities.

Two gunas help me in my evolution because if tamo guna is not active when we were born then I could not sleep for 23 hours which is very important for my physical growth.

Look at the way these masters have created such a beautiful way to understand.

Existence has created.

Existence has created that guna so that I am born and it says cry.

Drink the milk.

Now is the time to sleep.

Mom does not made me sleep.

I slept by my own.

Are you getting it?

And then the same existence is now is the time to become a toddler.

Stand up,

Be active.

The moment we live in self-awareness we want to find the solution inside.

When you find the solution inside you do not remain unstable means our mind does not remain unstable and unreliable.

The life takes another course.

Close your eyes.

Sarvesham swasthirbhavatu sarvesham swasthirbhavatu sarvesham so you are thinking is a product of knowledge so you are extracting the knowledge from there that is the meaning of the mantra sarvesham swasthirbhavatu let everyone be happy and your mind travels in the lane where it confirms that happiness is the essential nature of all the living species that is why I introduce this line this mantra to the mind and what it appears outside oh I am seeking the grace and blessing to be happy everyone should be happy no you have no right to say that why?

sattvic guna you are bypassing the rajasic guna I told you which is a helper at the time of the birth until couple of years and then it becomes the greatest barrier for our evolution om shanti continues deep inside the head and start breathing from the belly little longer breath expansion and contraction of the belly longer breath and you get a hissing sound what it means that you are making a noise of the breath why another point to understand you know we have to understand all those subtle point it remains in the field of the intellect as a knowledge why I said why the why the hissing sound if it is silent you know the mind will hijack the practice it will make you inert again it will put you into deep unconscious sleep look at the detail that subtler level level oh your mind in the rajasic guna and the tamasic guna says I cannot do it for such a longer period so you recognize it and do it are you getting it I believe so now stop this recognize accept the changes that sattvic guna that is the reason you experience the change that is why you claim that breathing is helping you you can directly switch on to the sattvic guna that means you are a higher level of a seeker so ashok should be doing very silently without any exertion without any reaction to the throat and the larynx which was affected due to the accident you should have a will to do it you should have a guts to do it beautiful continue and you are fully aware what weirdness means knowledge that knowledge continues that you are in a state of sensation relaxation and stillness in the body mind is looking inside and it is doing om shanti with long deep in the hissing breath with movement of the belly in the ribcage with that is what we do it when we have a complete knowledge continue my friend my friends and stop it do nothing remain as you are recognize the changes and move the mind the cave of your heart vision of a triangle of any color equilateral triangle pointing up upward and
