Chitta Prasadam.
I have to,
I don't know how to do it,
But maybe one day I'll take help of Sam.
So,
You see that our entire Eastern wisdom says that first we have to apply our reason,
Logic.
The way science applies the logic reason to find the truth.
So,
Once we apply that reasoning,
We have a glimpse of that truth.
And then that truth is explained in the Eastern wisdom,
So we follow that path,
And ultimately it takes us to awakening.
Simple way to understand that.
So,
What happens when we apply the reasoning,
Their master says that I become a seeker.
So,
If we are not a seeker,
Nothing happens.
Seeking,
You can say seeking,
Desiring.
So,
I must have those qualifications,
Qualifications of that seeking.
So,
It is explained only in three words.
Yukti,
Yukti means,
Do you have a reasonable mind?
Reasonable mind.
No,
I mean to say that,
Oh,
I'm talking of real self and you say hell with you,
So that doesn't work.
Let me understand first.
Before I say,
Now that's how I was talking to Jerry,
Just no,
No,
I don't believe people have different opinion about vaccine,
Come on.
Fauci is an expert,
Listen to him,
Finished.
Stop the topic.
But we don't want to do it.
So,
That is what Yukti is.
Yukti Sanskrit word means fair logic.
We should apply the fair logic.
Now,
You see,
If you don't apply the logic,
Then what happens?
You breed conflict in you and you breed the conflict in others.
Do you see in daily life?
How to make your life beautiful,
Happy,
Kind?
Look at this.
So,
Three words,
Only three words completes the entire journey of yoga or Eastern wisdom.
Yukti applying some logic.
Logic for what?
What the logic does?
This is my house and that is neighbor's house,
Logic.
Simple.
So,
This is my real self and this is not my real self.
So,
From there the journey starts.
Here the John has come,
Yeah.
So,
There the journey starts.
Then we,
Once we have basically,
We have basic understanding,
Then we say,
Here is a principles of Eastern wisdom and we should understand it.
We should follow the practice.
We should follow the practice.
And when we do the practice,
We,
What happens?
Something inside changes everything.
We experience,
Means I know where the happiness is,
That knowing happiness is my experience.
Knowing peace is my experience.
Then it becomes irreversible.
That is the ultimate of the journey of yoga.
So,
Patanjali has explained,
I would say almost more than 50 ways.
That is what we are learning.
Now,
Take one example.
Now,
You see that?
You will see that the same thing I follow the process.
It takes time to understand knowledge is realized in stages.
So,
I follow the same example.
First,
I start with a rational statement and then I follow the principles and then I say,
Let us do the practice.
Same thing.
It's very easy.
Nothing extraordinary,
But it takes time to understand.
You see,
In a full moonlight,
What happens?
Sun gives the light to the moon and ultimately moon gives the light to the earth.
Is it so?
No,
I can simply explain it.
So,
This moon is the mind.
Sun is the real self.
And this earth is the world.
So,
Now see what we are studying,
That if we live in the state of the cheerfulness,
How to attend that state of the cheerfulness?
By cultivating in the mind.
By cultivating in the mind,
Maitri Karuna Mudita Upekshanam.
So,
I'm cultivating the state of the cheerfulness by friendliness,
Compassion,
Joy,
And equanimity.
Towards four different types of people.
Now,
If I don't take care of my mind inside and I force myself,
How are you?
I'm fine,
How are you?
I get a response from everyone.
But I lose awareness of the mind at that moment.
Majority.
So,
What the master is saying,
Don't lose that awareness.
Are you happy?
Someone is greeting you.
Express that happiness to the others.
So,
You see that sun,
Real self,
Gives the light to the mind.
So,
Because our goal is to settle in meditation,
That will reveal the knowledge of the reality.
So,
Every step,
Practice of yoga is focused on the mind.
So,
That is why I stress again,
By these four traits and qualities of the mind,
We enter into the state of the cheerfulness.
And what is that cheerfulness?
What happens in the cheer?
Mind is quite,
Mind is not running in here and there.
So,
When we live into that state of the cheerfulness,
Then next job is that I have to live in the world.
So,
Then comes the next step,
That how to cultivate those qualities in the mind to express that cheerfulness,
To keep the mind in the state of quietness and calmness all the time.
Why?
Ask why?
You see,
You have to put the logic to understand why.
Oh,
Then I can be in the state of meditation all the time.
Quiet mind is happy mind.
And happy mind can,
Is a cheerful mind.
And the cheerfulness will help us to enter into the state of meditation easily.
Easy,
Easily.
So,
You see the entire sequence of understanding.
So,
Now see that what happens,
We have covered the two qualities.
Two qualities.
Yesterday,
I was talking about Gita.
So,
Gita helps us to understand why we do not remain cheerful.
So,
The master,
Now you see that I'm introducing the principle.
I have nothing to hide.
I can tell you every secret,
Provided you accept it and you follow it.
So,
What it says,
Yadaate mohukkalilam,
Understand that part.
Through my intellect,
Through my understanding,
I remove the delusion of the mind.
So,
By intellect,
I understand what is the delusion.
And then I separate myself.
How I separate?
You don't separate physically,
You are separating in your mind.
So,
You are separating that delusion.
First,
You recognize that delusion,
And second,
Then you are able to separate.
So,
What is left?
Cheerfulness.
So,
What we do in the world,
Day to day?
Physical activities,
Personal activities,
Professional activities,
Social activities.
This is what we do,
Family activities.
At the moment we are in a waking state,
We have to perform these actions.
So,
Now in performing these actions,
The mind is sleeping,
Mind is in ignorance,
Mind has some bias,
Mind has likes and dislikes.
This is what the delusion is.
That is why Patanjali is saying,
We have to install these qualities first in the mind.
I'm in stress,
And I meet John,
And I say,
Okay,
I have to move the friendliness.
I try hard to be cheerful,
But it is not there,
I'm already in stress.
One aspect.
Second aspect is that,
Second aspect you see that,
Now I recognize that this mind is still crazy.
Day to day,
How many times,
How much time I am crazy during the day?
Crazy means,
You know,
I move with the likes and dislikes,
Biased attitude,
I blame and complain game.
This must go to settle in the state of the cheerfulness.
That is the first thing,
So that I can remove the bigger delusion.
What I am not,
I can drop it.
So I see many,
I attended many sessions in New Jersey on loving meditation,
Compassion meditation.
This is just a preparation.
And some people claim that,
No,
The compassion and friendliness is,
That concept is only in Buddhism.
No,
It is here,
We are studying.
So it all is yoga.
So now see that,
A practical tip.
I have started talking to you.
I become aware where the mind is.
Is the mind pure?
So when the mind is cheerful and quiet,
I am ready to take up the subject better.
Second part.
Third,
Then I look into the kind of attachment and bias and likes and dislikes that is going in the mind,
I separate it.
Mentally,
I have to do it logically.
So when I separate this attachment,
I drop the likes and dislikes.
So when I drop the likes and dislikes,
I hit the delusion part in the mind.
The moment you hit the delusion part,
Mind,
The same mind says,
What the heck,
Why you have likes and dislikes?
What you will get?
If the person is not good,
Let him not be good.
If the person is good,
Let him be good.
Now see that principle now comes.
I believe you are understanding.
Now that principles comes.
What is that?
What is the first principle we say?
What is the second principle?
Mike three.
The person is happy.
Now what you see?
I express my happiness to that people.
Any newcomer used to go to my master and he used to take a very deep interest.
Oh,
What are you doing from where you have come?
How long you are going to stay?
When you are going to leave.
So his mind was totally focused on others.
How come?
Because there is no likes and dislikes inside.
The mind is not in delusion.
Are you understanding?
Are you getting it?
So the focus is not on others in the world.
The focus is that you allow,
Did I explain again,
I'm repeating,
Sun gives the light to the moon and the moon gives light to the world outside.
So now that moon,
The mind is clear.
It is quiet.
It is ready to act in the world.
With what?
With friendliness,
With compassion,
With joy,
With equanimity.
So what happens?
Again,
Remember,
When we live into the state of cheerfulness,
And if I say you guys that only the state of the cheerfulness in the mind will succeed in meditation.
I'm hitting your mind.
That's how we guide.
But it does not mean that cultivating these four traits in the mind is meditation.
Many people have a misconception,
Loving meditation,
Compassion meditation.
How the loving meditation will take place when there is already a hatred,
Likes and dislikes is growing in the mind.
How will it happen?
Have clear understanding.
So once you have that clear understanding,
Then we use the word cultivating,
Cultivating.
Cultivating takes time.
There is a period of activity in the mind.
You think of it.
The moment you think,
Oh,
This,
I don't like this guy.
So you need not to focus on the guy you dislike,
But you focus on the mind,
Mind,
Why you are having this idea,
This thought,
What you will get.
First step of the cultivation.
So first step is you have to make an effort internally.
And once you make an effort,
Cultivating,
Then you sow the seed.
Okay,
Now I will express my happiness with Krishna,
With Hari,
With David,
With everyone.
Then I understand.
Otherwise what happens?
You see,
I have heard from Lord Apeel,
Oh,
That guy is very,
Very rough and tough.
I know that,
You know,
I'm in yoga,
So I have to follow happiness.
This doesn't work.
You are already in conflict.
You have already branded that person.
Do you see that?
This will help us a lot in our daily life.
One of the beautiful practices.
So we understand that part on what happens after,
After you sow the seed and then you wait.
So you wait,
You continue the effort.
One day you wake up in the morning and you say,
Oh,
Mind was continuously hating someone.
Now when you wake up in the morning,
That hatred is gone.
Mind says,
Why?
Why you are destroying your mind?
Why you are destroying your quietness?
Leave that,
Drop it.
So once you drop it,
That is the point.
Now you understand how to apply these four traits in the state of cheerfulness.
Maitri,
Karuna,
Mudita upeksha naam,
Sukdukha,
Punya punya,
Vishaya naam,
Bhavanat prasadnaam.
Friendliness to the people who are happy.
Karuna,
Who are happy.
Karuna,
Compassion to the people who are suffering.
So here the word suffering comes,
Ignorance.
Oh,
This guy doesn't know his real nature.
That is why he is suffering.
That idea hits in the mind.
The idea doesn't hit in the mind that,
You know,
He doesn't have money.
Give him all the money.
Why don't give you the money?
Give him?
No,
No,
I don't have it.
So then don't be compassionate.
Finish.
So rather in the garb of being compassionate,
We get a lot of stress.
I have seen a lot of people,
You see,
They start crying,
You know.
They start crying.
They start suffering.
They start suffering.
Is that compassion?
No,
No,
I saw him,
You know,
He was suffering.
And then you have the tears in your eyes.
No,
This will not work.
Especially in the journey of.
Whatever you do,
If you feel it is right,
Then you continue to do it and continue to suffer.
So now coming to,
That is,
Coming to the third,
Mudita.
It is known as mudita.
Both in Pali language,
It is known as mudita,
Joy.
And also in that Pali language is an offshoot of Sanskrit.
So Pali,
All our majority of the text of Buddhism is written in Pali.
So that's why they use mudita,
It's a Sanskrit word.
Mudita,
Rejoice.
I'm always delighted.
I'm always happy with him.
Are you happy all the time?
No,
I'm always happy provided my friend does not call me.
That is not mudita.
The seeker remains glad,
Happy and enjoy in changing,
In the changing outer conditions of life.
And keep,
You know,
Many people during the last year,
How can I go out?
I cannot do anything,
It's a COVID.
I will break all the rules.
We see in our lives that we are not in the same place.
We are in our country,
In every country.
So it means I'm affected by the outer conditions.
That is why my joy and the gladness has gone.
This will not work in yoga.
The word mudita is against suffering,
Envy,
Jealousy and having a big face.
The mind changes,
It states instantly the moment I find favorable,
Unfavorable conditions in my day to day life.
That must change in the mind first.
Then that is cultivation and then I express that by feeling to the others.
First step to cultivate this mudita,
This joy,
That outer condition in the world of people,
Place,
Time are given to us to evolve and accelerate our evolution.
It will take time,
But this,
Any outer situation,
Condition,
People with whom I'm living,
Home I meet,
Goal is,
Goal of the existence is to accelerate my process of evolution.
It's a tough choice.
Someone comes to you,
You're crazy,
Mind is hard.
Can I see that it is a process of my evolution?
How come?
Let me use the power of tolerance.
How it will come?
It can be done by the discernment.
Second step,
Our relationship with the world outside is nature's design to help and support us in our evolution.
Everything.
Have you heard about the story of Socrates who had a cruel wife and he had many followers.
So every day he used to go to his house with his followers and his wife used to throw all the utensils of the kitchen and everyone used to get hurt.
That is the message,
Beautiful.
So after 10 years,
I don't remember the guy who also became one of the great teacher.
He asked his master,
Socrates,
I want to get married.
What is your opinion?
Get married,
Socrates said.
Come on,
I was hurt for the last 10 years.
What are you saying?
Why should I get married?
Socrates said,
Come on,
You lived with me for 10 years.
You have understood,
You have progressed a lot.
Only two options are left.
If you get a wife like mine,
There will be another Socrates.
Look at it,
The attitude.
So this tells you the attitude.
What we do,
Divorce.
No,
That will not work.
So Socrates further said,
If you get a wonderful wife,
Then both the words will be happy.
You are happy in your family life and you are also happy as a teacher.
But if you get a wife like me,
Apply that into husband or wife,
You know,
I don't have any bias against any man.
So you see that this is what the mudita is.
This has to be done 24 by seven.
Why?
During the waking state,
We have to enter third step is to educate the mind.
That is very important.
Third step in cultivating mudita is to educate the mind that pain and pleasures,
Sorrow and happiness,
Profit and loss enters life.
They are bound to happen.
They are bound to happen.
So what mudita creates a condition inside the mind,
A sense of tolerance,
A sense of discipline to lead the life to the self discovery.
And we had,
I would say we have more than 500 stories in the life of Buddha like this.
So understand this,
This is what the mudita is.
So my master used to say,
Forget about everyone,
Make everyone happy.
But if I say something,
Something,
Someone get disturbed,
Then what should I do?
So that is why I told you first the cultivating in the mind,
That attitude,
That attitude.
So once you have that attitude in the mind,
Then what happens?
This mudita blossoms and you remain cheerful.
Christina,
You are smiling.
I like this,
This is good.
Yes,
So you see,
This is what happens in our life when we understand these principles and that helps you to go deeper into the state of meditation.
So let us start our journey.
We will pick up the fourth quality,
A cheerfulness.
Next time eyes are closed.
Eyes are closed.
Very good.
You are looking at the body.
Yes,
You are looking at the body.
And you are aware of the body.
Why to apply these four qualities or the traits outside apply to the body?
You know,
Sometimes we throw everybody,
Disrespect.
And you are looking inside the forehead in the space.
You see,
It is a pointer.
What is the pointer?
That we never forget the goal of life.
Life,
I want to know my real self.
Then looking at,
Then looking at being comfortable,
Being comfortable with understanding shoulder joints.
Now I can continue without giving too much of explanation.
Being comfortable,
Looking at the neck joint,
Experience sensation,
Comfortable and steadiness.
Looking,
The mind is still looking inside.
Check it.
The mind still looking inside,
It is already cheerful.
And if it is not,
Mind is.
Did I speak about it,
The sun,
The moon and the world?
So even we ask the mind to go inside,
The mind keeps running outside in the world.
That is the meaning of cheerfulness.
Shoulder joints,
Sensation,
Comfort and steadiness.
And then the space within waiting when the real self will be revealed.
So you don't blame and come,
Oh,
I had a lot of thoughts during the practice of meditation.
This is what these four traits bring in your mind.
How simple,
Let me give another example.
Practically look at the hip joint.
I say look at the hip joint and the mind starts running outside.
You apply the fourth quality that we will take up equanimity.
Okay,
Thoughts?
Be there.
Let me continue my journey.
So that becomes another step,
Being carefree.
See that you are doing it with clarity,
With understanding.
That is very important.
Patanjali says,
Do you know the definition of the practice we cover?
Practice with understanding.
So you see that being comfortable and being carefree both go together.
It will take time to explain,
But it will take a fraction of a second to be into that state.
Look at the entire body,
All the joints,
Experience,
Sensation,
Comfortable in steadiness.
But while I was saying,
The mind enters with lot of thoughts,
Now see that apply.
Apply any one of the four or all the four.
Mind says,
When I will succeed in meditation,
That thought comes,
Be friendly to that.
This is what the secret mantra in this verse,
In this teaching.
The mind is going for a like in this,
Oh,
What I have to do with?
No worries,
Fourth quality.
We don't apply in our life and we say,
Yes,
I'm applying these four to the people.
And still,
You know,
See that I'm so much stressed.
Look at the quality.
That is how I always talk about being comfortable,
Being carefree,
Being casual.
Being casual is what the state of the cheerfulness.
Casual means casual to the world outside.
But supported by these four qualities.
You see,
I'm just speaking and your mind starts moving deeper within.
And it is always wonderful to do the Nyasa,
Take a little deep silent in slow breath,
First point.
Consider the breath is your car.
Second point,
The mind is a driver.
The space inside the body is the highway.
And the fourth,
We will continue singing,
Oh,
Mentally with every breath.
How we do it?
As you inhale,
Move the mind inside the right arm from the shoulder to the fingertips where in the space inside,
As you inhale,
Move the mind with the singing of the citation of ohm.
We have already covered what is ohm.
Ohm is my real self.
And during exhalation,
Moving the mind from the fingertips to the shoulder.
When the mind does the practice in the state of the cheerfulness,
Only one session is required.
Only one session is required.
Now,
Moving the mind inside the left arm.
The breath is not very deep so that the mind perceives any discomfort and not very slow that you lose your attention on the breath on the recitation.
That is the goal.
So that the mind continues to flow in harmoniously,
You can see.
Okay.
And now inside the right leg.
So it is the breath,
The mind,
Ohm.
And the ohm reminds you,
This is my real self.
This is what I desire to know.
When the understanding is deeper,
When the understanding is deeper,
The practice is also deeper.
Okay.
Now inside the left leg,
The mind moving,
Reciting inside,
What happens?
You will forget all the discomfort happening in the body.
Why?
The mind gets disconnected in the state of the cheerfulness.
Applying these principles for yourself first and then we can apply for others.
Now inside the spine,
You're familiar with this step and that's why I give it,
Gradually I will change this.
Okay.
Okay.
I'm happy to know that I can leave you without giving any instruction for a longer period.
Good.
Gradually I will be doing it.
Now we will use the mantra and you see this mantra explains all the four traits that we had been doing.
Sarvesham swasthir bhavatthu,
May there be wellbeing for all.
So go with the meaning,
Reciting,
Listening,
Meaning and the wisdom.
What is that wellbeing?
It is the state of the consciousness,
Manifestation and that is all pervading.
Sarvesham swasthir bhavatthu,
You're reciting in the mind,
Knowing the meaning,
Knowledge,
You are understanding.
That is the real practice.
Sarvesham swasthir bhavatthu Sarvesham swasthir bhavatthu swashtir bhabhatu.
Sarvesham swashtir bhabhatu.
Sarvesham swashtir bhabhatu.
Sarvesham shantirvavtu.
Let there be peace for all.
Do you include yourself?
That should be the beginning.
It is not selfishness.
Sarvesham shantirvavtu.
Sarvesham shantirvavtu.
Sarvesham shantirvavtu.
Sarvesham shantirvavtu.
Sarvesham shantirvavtu.
Sarvesham shantirvavtu.
Sarvesham shantirvavtu.
Sarvesham shantirvavtu.
Sarvesham shantirvavtu.
Sarvesham puranambhavtu.
With clarity of understanding,
If I am complete,
Whole,
My mind will remain calm.
Sarvesham puranambhavtu.
Sarvesham puranambhavtu.
Sarvesham puranambhavtu.
Sarvesham puranambhavtu.
Sarvesham puranambhavtu.
Your mind hits a point of awareness where you experience the wholeness,
Completeness.
Will the mind go outside?
No.
Sarvesham puranambhavtu.
Sarvesham puranambhavtu.
Sarvesham puranambhavtu.
Sarvesham puranambhavtu.
Sarvesham mangalambhavtu.
So whether what the sutra says about the friendliness,
Compassion,
Joy and equanimity or well-being,
Peace,
Puranambh,
Completeness or auspiciousness,
The mind will bring all those traits naturally.
So these mantras coming from the Upanishad,
They have a deeper essence,
That's why they don't talk about those four traits.
They directly asks us to go deeper.
Sarvesham mangalambhavtu.
A spacious moment merges peace,
Completeness,
Well-being.
Sarvesham mangalambhavtu.
Sarvesham mangalambhavtu.
Sarvesham mangalambhavtu.
Sarvesham mangalambhavtu.
Sarvesham mangalambhavtu.
Sarvesham mangalambhavtu.
Sarvesham mangalambhavtu.
Sarvesham mangalambhavtu.
Sarvesham mangalambhavtu.
Sarvesham mangalambhavtu.
With the same example,
The sun gives the light to the moon,
That is,
The mind gives the light to the world.
Reverse journey.
We have left the world.
We are on the mind.
So when you say mentally,
You are reciting,
Leave the moon means you are pointing to the sun deep inside your heart while reciting om and find out a point of steadiness,
Stillness of the mind.
There you drop shanti,
Shanti,
Shanti.
Mentally,
You are doing it.
When we do it physically,
It gives us little pleasure.
It is the beginner's step.
But when we go deeper,
Everything happens in the mind.
So every recitation takes your mind away from the mind,
Looking at the sun.
Sun,
Real self.
And once you say,
Oh,
I have yet to march.
No issue shanti,
Shanti,
Shanti.
Again,
Taking your time.
Shanti,
Shanti,
Shanti.
We are not linking the om shanti,
Shanti with the breath.
Why?
Because we need not to,
We are not reciting and chanting loudly,
Physically.
So why?
So that we can bypass the body,
We can bypass the breath,
Means transcend.
And then only we can transcend the mind.
Om shanti,
Shanti,
Shanti.
Shanti,
Shanti,
Shanti.
Shanti,
Shanti,
Shanti.
Shanti,
Shanti,
Shanti.
Karuna,
Mudita,
Matri karuna mudita upeksha na.
First we have to focus on these four.
They are present in the mind and then we go out.
You know how you are,
If I say placing the mind or placing the mantra,
Pointing to the sun which is the real self,
Where it is located deep inside.
Joining me?
Programmes.
So,
That wisdom remains intact.
It is the wisdom that tells you where you are,
Where you have to go,
How to continue.
If that is missing,
You are doing it happy,
True.
No desert.
You can drop the same,
A poem,
Shanti shanti.
Shanti shanti shanti.
Shanti shanti shanti.
Shanti shanti shanti.
Shanti shanti shanti.
Bring your mind on the right hand.
You see everything is happening internally until the spine.
Bring your mind on the left hand.
And now raise both your palms,
Place it on your eyes,
Eyes open inside your palms.
And there you ask,
What happened?
What is your experience?
And then bring the hands down.
How are you,
Brandy?
I'm pretty good,
Girish.
I experienced a lot of bodylessness today.
It was really cool.
Cool.
Great meditation.
And if it happens all the time?
Very good.
How are you,
John?
There we go.
Good,
Thank you.
That was very,
Very calm.
Very calm.
Calm and steady.
You are always calm,
Isn't it?
Thank you.
On the outside.
How are you,
Lara?
Is this working or no?
Yes,
It is working.
I hear you.
Okay.
I am fine,
I guess.
I was stuck on the left side and then it kind of opened up.
So that was my experience.
Good.
We are moving ahead.
Christina,
How are you?
Doing wonderful.
Thank you for that.
That was wonderful.
I just can't so say that.
I,
At one point,
Felt,
What you said yesterday,
I know it was not tying into today,
But to listen with both ears,
Have it go into your mind,
Bend down,
Drop it down,
That really has stuck with me.
And that hit home.
I'm sorry,
I can't even explain it now.
Beautiful,
Beautiful.
That's so beautiful.
No anxieties.
I am over that.
That is,
I'm so excited.
I can go run 300 miles right now.
Good.
Don't run today.
So how are you,
Stephen and Sam?
I like it.
This is good.
Changing.
Good.
Good.
It was a good,
Quiet meditation.
I could describe it in,
It was completely effortless.
It was,
I was completely calm.
And it was,
It was very,
It was very vast in the mind and listening to you,
But yet I was extremely settled in a place of just complete quietness.
Beautiful.
That is what it is.
How are you,
Sam?
Pretty cheerful.
Yeah,
It was nice and quiet for me as well.
Dark,
Peaceful,
Thoughtless.
Thoughtless.
It's been carrying over between the meditations throughout my days.
That is wonderful.
It's been great.
Thank you.
That is wonderful.
You see why I always say the younger should always join.
It's all once you are consistent for a couple of weeks in the months,
Because the younger generation have tremendous energy and it is very easy to bring about the change by these simple principles.
How are you,
David and Jerry?
There is another being.
I think it's.
.
.
Yeah,
Very deep,
Very short.
And actually at one point through the mantras had tears and then facing the light just was very energizing,
Facing the sun.
Facing the sun,
Beautiful.
It is beautiful.
You see the tears also comes.
Let it come,
Let it flow.
It is out of something much better and deeper.
How are you,
Jerry?
Sir,
It was good.
I had experienced,
I think,
A lot of clarity when we placed in the mind and the body and the niyasa,
I had more awareness of the observer.
That's wonderful.
And then also in the mantra.
So I've had it before,
But I didn't know how to explain it.
So I had the separation of seeing the real self and watching the placement of the mind and the body and in the mantra.
That's it.
And then the imagination.
Yes,
Yes.
That is a good progress.
Wonderful.
How are you,
Internet?
I'm good.
That was very peaceful.
And I didn't realize my body felt a weight,
A heaviness,
Because I felt at some point I felt it lifting and almost like a weightlessness,
Just a whole re-energizing sense.
Beautiful.
So I needed that.
Yes.
You need it only today?
Every day.
Okay,
How are you,
Terry?
If you can speak.
I like her.
And there's the look out.
This is what she is.
No,
I don't hear.
Yes,
Yes,
Yes.
Yes.
Okay.
You can see that the thing is,
I'm not sure.
I'm not sure.
The other thing is I also experienced the separation and the,
What did Jerry just call it?
Beautiful.
And I went,
This thing that is happening to me,
I don't know where it is,
Because if it's in the body and that's not me,
Then I'm in the peace and this is happening.
So this is somewhere else.
You see?
Where is this bad thing?
I feel like there's a thing that's fighting me.
It's not me.
Yes,
Yes.
I wanna fight it so I get angry.
I didn't get to the cheerfulness,
But I came down from the angriest.
Yes,
Yes.
In the separation.
You are speaking,
You are already speaking in the state of the cheerfulness.
Where the bad thing is coming,
That is not you.
So you need not to think about it.
Okay.
How simple.
Right.
Anger,
That is not a part of you.
You need not even to say and think that you are angry.
You are not the body.
I saw it as a thing that's like- Beautiful.
A shadow that was in front of the sun,
It just dissipates.
If Terry can practice and reach to that state,
Why can't we?
What a beautiful way that,
You know,
She is expressing wonderful.
Do you have any question?
No,
That is all.
Thank you very much.
We'll meet again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Namaste.
Thank you.
Thank you.
