Four disciples wrote those verses and that became a small book.

Blow on delusion.

This is what we are understanding.

We are suffering because of the delusion.

Before the delusion we suffer,

But anxiety is a delusion.

Once we understand it in the intellect,

The mind removes it.

And why we have a delusion because of the attachment and detachment.

I see in myself now there is a sense of detachment.

And then there is a sense of dispassion.

Neighbor's house is there.

I'm not attached to it.

There's a dispassion.

Dispassion means a natural state of the mind where the mind is free from any object,

Emotions and feeling in my mind.

They are living in a small compartment in the mind.

They should not take over me.

Ego has taken over me.

That is why we are working on the impurities of the mind.

How that impurities of the mind dazes,

Deludes us,

Causes the suffering.

The mind picks up.

Mind gets engaged.

You move the mind on each side of a triangle,

In a manner of being carefree.

As if you have a sense of freedom.

What that means?

That is the meaning of you are sinking.

You are sinking the movement of the mind with the side of a triangle and dropping Om Shanti.

So that sink gives us an idea,

A notion of self-absorption.

You apply the knowledge at every step.

In every moment of that step.

We need that extraordinary awareness to be a seeker.

In the moment you feel that there is a sink.

Now,

Just the opposite.

Singing Om,

You are pushing the mind inside.

Why?

It is pure.

Oh,

Deep inside the center of the triangle,

Deep inside the heart and you drop Shanti and check conscious self-absorption.

But mind is distracted.

Now what to do?

Return again to the triangle.

No issue.

No worries.

Worry comes because of that impurity.

But every practice is unique.

So the meditation was deep for me the discussion in the beginning I really appreciated the point of being easily defeated and liking that because it's not important to be right and then during the meditation I with the breathing I could see the mind really enjoy that one point of focus and was really absorbed with that and there was an outside noise that then I was aware that the breath changed and the mind went to the outside noise and anticipated something and then quickly said why are you anticipating something that you haven't yet and so then right back to the rhythm of the breathing that was interesting.

I know you gave a solution yesterday I agree with you but these solutions are better than those solutions sure felt felt just some good intensity in my heart area during the meditation and the breathing you know every time it is different,

It got easier for a while and then it calmed it is a long and it is a lot of different things to subject your mind and body to but it is a good challenge and I have also started trying this I was telling you I wanted to start waking up earlier so what I have been doing is getting up like 5 minutes earlier every day,

Now I am up to 6 am but as soon as I get up I sit up in my bed and I do the whole practice and it takes away you know wonderful,

You are moving to the next stage of becoming a seeker that is extremely important and then tell your intellect you know how long this session lasts,

It lasts for an hour so why shouldn't I wake up one hour earlier and switch on and let me do the practice then after the practice the mind says that no I am still tired or let me repeat the practice you are not entertaining the thoughts as Krishna said you are not entertaining those thoughts you are entertaining the thoughts that I have to become a seeker and the seeker goes into the freedom that is very important think of it Yes Ashok,
