A guided meditation to assist with relationship harmony.
Placing yourself in a comfortable position either seated or lying down.
Bringing a deep breath in to the heart.
Feeling the space that has created and really seeing the breath.
And the next in-breath bringing in a color that calls to you.
To fill your heart with this beautiful colored light.
Knowing it is bringing the perfect properties for you at this time.
Bringing awareness to the body,
Scanning the body for any tight areas.
On the next breath cycle whenever that feels good to you imagine breathing in to those areas with this intelligent beautiful healing color that is calling to you now.
Seeing that color helping all parts of you release,
Feeling relaxed,
Calm,
Supported.
Taking a moment now to call forward an experience with a person or perhaps even a situation that has caused recent discord or is weighing heavy on the mind.
Notice when this happens if the body has responded doing another body scan.
Once again bringing in that color into any restricted areas,
Tight areas in the body.
Thinking of this person or situation.
Noticing and asking yourself what is it in this person I notice and what is it that is triggering me.
Notice what you sense and again scanning the body if you feel any tightness bringing the color right back into the space with breath,
With visualization,
Trusting.
Energy is very smart.
Will do what you tell it to do.
Looking forward your higher self now that very powerful,
Smart,
Wise,
Ego-less version of self.
Consulting the higher self.
The higher self that knows you were created from divine love,
From God,
From Holy Spirit,
Whatever word is comfortable for you.
And asking to be shown the lesson.
Thank you for showing me this situation from a different lens or perspective.
Thank you for helping me to understand why I might be triggered by this person place situation.
Taking a moment to reflect here.
Reflecting now.
Turning your victim mentality into power and empowerment.
Asking self am I pretending to not notice my role in this situation.
Depending on the role the human mind is playing.
Seeing this person place or situation as love,
As decent.
Seeing them even as a very small child who learned behaviors.
These behaviors that guide them to perhaps act out in ways now.
Having compassion for their journey.
Asking self why would a reasonable and decent person do this,
Act this way,
Make this action.
Seeing this person with compassionate eyes.
Taking another moment to now reflect on,
Asking self what can I do right now that will move me towards love,
Towards grace,
Affirming I am able.
What action can I take right now that will move me towards what I want.
Taking another moment to see this person,
This situation or this event differently.
Seeing any stories you may be telling self around this person or situation.
Knowing that each person acts from a place of knowledge and learned behavior.
And appreciating that we are connected to others who have similar learned behaviors as us.
Knowing that we come together to heal with one another.
Many here in this space ask self with this in mind and at heart,
What is it in this person that I am seeing that is really about myself if I am able to see in them this behavior or pattern.
It's quite possible it exists in me.
What is it that I am to learn here?
Through this process if there's any tension or tightness that comes in the body use that color to breathe into the body or perhaps that color has changed and allow the color that calls to you to come into the body with breath to help release and loosen.
Finally turning your attention inward to self,
Seeing yourself with compassionate loving eyes.
Knowing relationships will only ever be as good as our perception of them making a choice to take ownership of perception now.
Seeing self in loving compassionate eyes.
Taking some time here to visualize self as doing the best self can.
Living in love and harmony.
Staying here as long as you should choose.
Leaving any stories,
Any false perceptions and any blocks behind.
