Step into your own light- be the embodiment of confidence. Embodiment means being in touch with the body rather than being in the mind. I invite you to set up a nice space right in front of a mirror, ideally one where you can see your whole body otherwise just your face will also do! Maybe you would like to light a candle, put some essential oils on, light some incense and wear a robe or something that feels nice on your skin to deepen your relationship with yourself . Once you are seated in front of the mirror, play the guided meditation and surrender to the words. Connecting to the self helps you to better connect to the outside world with peace. Building up on your own sense of worth and tapping into your sensuality.

Welcome to this guided mirror work meditation.

This meditation will assist you to meet yourself on a deeper and more intimate level,

Igniting self-empowerment,

Sensuality and confidence within.

The intention behind this meditation is for you to acknowledge all that you are in total acceptance,

From a place of love,

Softness and vulnerability.

Take a moment to get yourself comfortable in front of your mirror,

Allowing yourself to make any movements,

Simply landing here into your space.

Once you have found some stillness,

Begin to gently gaze into your eyes,

Into the window of your soul,

And holding that gaze,

Who do you see?

What do you feel?

Can you sit with whatever it is that is arising here,

As you now meet yourself?

As you look into your eyes,

I invite you to take three deep breaths,

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling,

Sighing out through the mouth,

Nice deep inhale,

Exhale,

Sighing it out.

Two more times,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Letting go.

Last one,

Inhale,

And exhale,

Softening the body.

As you look into your reflection,

Place one hand on your heart space,

And one hand on your belly,

Connecting with your breath and the warmth of your touch,

Inviting you to gently start to make some circular movements over your belly space,

Your womb space and your heart,

Connecting with your sacred body and temple.

You may gently start to stroke your arms,

Your neck,

Shoulders,

And any other places of your body you feel needs your touch,

Maybe some skin-to-skin,

Feeling your breasts,

Your chest,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

And your bum,

Allowing your clothing to drape and slide wherever it goes,

Admiring your beauty and your wholeness,

And really giving yourself this moment,

Giving yourself your full presence to enjoy and feel yourself here,

However feels good for you.

Then acknowledge the love you can give to yourself by the way that you hold and touch yourself.

Gently begin to relax your arms,

Returning back to stillness.

As you take your next breath,

I want you to visualize on the inhale,

Your soul inviting you new possibilities.

And as you exhale,

Breathe out all that you are holding on to,

All that is holding you back.

Now allow yourself to experience a sense of confidence.

What is confidence to you?

What does she or he look like?

Lengthen through your spine,

The crown of the head,

Lift through your heart space,

And gently press your shoulders back.

Look at yourself with the power that you are.

Feel confidence radiating through your body,

Mind,

And heart.

Feel the confidence moving through your bloodstream,

Permeating through each and every one of your cells.

Be the confidence and wear the confidence that you already are.

Gently start to gaze at the rest of your body.

Notice your skin,

Your facial structure,

Your arms,

Your chest,

Your thighs,

And start to move your body.

Move your body in a gentle way,

However your body wishes to move.

Listen,

Listening to your intuition,

Your inner wisdom.

Allow your body to do the talking.

Move through what you are feeling here.

These movements may be soft,

Subtle,

And sensual,

Or large,

Oozy,

Full body yawns.

Connecting with yourself,

With your body,

And your gaze.

Looking at yourself like you are your own best lover.

Admire yourself in this totality and wholeness.

And gently,

Slowly,

Find some stillness.

Repeat these words to yourself,

Either in your mind,

Or you're welcome to say them out loud.

I now dissolve any self-doubt.

I now dissolve any anger I am holding against myself.

I now dissolve any unhelpful self-judgment.

I now dissolve needing to compare myself to others.

I now dissolve the connections that no longer serve me.

I now remove myself from toxic situations and people who do not make me feel safe.

I am strong in my boundaries.

I love myself enough to know what is good for me.

I am enough.

I am all that I am.

I see you,

I feel you,

I hear you,

And I will always hold you.

Under this powerful healing moon energy,

Forgive yourself for any past mistakes,

For you are only doing what you knew best at the time.

Feel yourself being lifted and renewed as the weight of what has been dissolved disappears.

Meaning you have all the resources that you need.

Gently guide your thoughts back to the experience of breathing in confidence and feel this sensation move through yourselves.

Your worth is not dependent on anyone else's opinions.

Your worth is not dependent on anyone else's choices.

Your worth is not dependent on anyone else's actions.

You are worthy enough to not put your worth in someone else's hands.

As you breathe in love and self-worthiness into your heart,

The effect of others controlling your emotions starts to weigh less and less.

You are a warrior.

Now you may welcome all that is coming to you for your highest good.

Now you may look forward to the safety,

Clarity,

And love you feel around your body.

Breathe in the sensation of gratitude.

You are unique,

You are loved,

And you are special and safe.

Now say to yourself three times out loud,

I stand in my own light and I shine.

When you are ready gently close the eyes and take one big deep breath in and as you exhale create a sound creating freedom and space within.

This confidence is already here in your heart ready for you to embody.

Gently land back into this space.

Take a final gaze into your eyes and send yourself some loving compassion here.
