As we embark on this journey,

Set your intention to open your heart to gratitude.

Gratitude isn't just a feeling,

It's a practice that can transform your life,

Bringing happiness and aiding in healing from past traumas.

By focusing on the blessings in our lives,

We shift our perspective from what we lack to the abundance that surrounds us.

Now,

Bring your attention to yourself.

Recognize the strength you possess,

The hurdles you've overcome.

Be grateful for your resilience,

For your unique qualities.
