Welcome to this meditation.
Make sure that your posture is very relaxed and comfortable,
Whether you are sitting upright or lying down.
Let us initially release any tensions in the body.
So I want you to breathe in and tighten those fists and tighten all the muscles down the legs and squeeze,
Squeeze really tight,
Tighten up everything,
Tighten the arms,
The shoulders,
Bring them up and let go,
Let go,
Let go.
Once more tighten up,
Squeeze those feet,
The fists,
The shoulders,
Take a deep breath in and sigh out any tensions,
Sighing out,
Sighing out,
An audible sound,
Sighing out.
Let us just take another deep breath now and sigh out any tensions of the day,
Just breathing out any tensions,
Taking a deep breath in and sighing out any tensions of the day.
You can do that again if you wish.
Taking a breath in and sighing out any tensions of the day as we become more and more relaxed for this meditation.
Your mind may wander as you are listening to my voice and that is fine.
Allow the thoughts to come and go and awareness of feelings to come and go and sink deeper into yourself,
Into a state of more and more relaxation,
A state of feeling more and more comfortable where you are right here and now.
Breathing in again,
Breathing in,
Filling the whole of the chest now with soothing,
Calming energy,
Fresh air,
Breathing out any staleness,
Any tensions,
Just breathing those out.
Filling the entire front of the chest up into the breasts,
Breathing right through to the back of the shoulder blades,
Any tensions,
Easing and releasing through those shoulder blades.
Breathing fully down the back,
Right down the tip of the lungs,
Right through the middle of the back.
Filling those lungs with air right down into the abdomen,
Allowing the stomach to expand fully and then letting go,
Letting all that air out,
Any staleness,
Tensions or concerns from this day.
Just breathing those out fully,
Taking another energizing,
Calming breath,
Filling up the whole of the body with warming,
Soothing energies.
Allow yourself now to become more and more relaxed and comfortable in any tight spots in the body,
Just allowing those to be there and allowing them to slowly dissolve as we go on this meditation journey.
Let us start off on this journey seeing ourselves walking in a deep forest,
On a path that is very deep,
Very deep,
Very deep,
Very deep,
Very deep,
Very deep,

Very deep.
This is the gameplay of the meditation journey.
Saw the light,
The deep forest,
A path,
A forest of tall beautiful trees,
Thick foliage and undergrowth.
See that path now before you,
See your feet walking on that path and around you,
The leaves,
Plants,
Maybe some birds up in the trees,
The Sun just sprinkling through the leaves,
Dappled light in the path.
Let's walk along this path now for a short distance and seeing in the distance a large green meadow.
Let's walk now out into this open space,
This open paddock of lush green grass,
Beautiful green grass.
Above us a beautiful blue sky with soft fluffy clouds,
Little soft white clouds,
Like cotton buds slowly moving across this beautiful blue sky.
Seeing now a path opening up across this green pasture,
This meadow,
Noticing the flowers perhaps,
Amongst the grass,
Maybe some butterflies and birds chirping in the distance.
Walking a little further now we notice ahead a little brook or river,
Just a little brook,
Bubbling water,
Beside this some sand and grass,
Very very comfortable place for us to lie down,
Have a little rest.
See yourself now lying down in this very very peaceful place.
There's nothing you have to do now but to be relaxed here.
The water of the brook is just bubbling and gurgling over the stones,
Maybe some trees providing shade,
Gentle breeze.
Breathing these sweet aromas of the grasses,
Clear air,
To allow yourself to become very very relaxed.
Feel this feeling now of being very safe and relaxed here.
Very very comfortable place,
There's nothing you have to do,
There is no concerns at all here.
It's a very still calm place.
You feel feelings coming into your body of greater calmness and stillness,
You listen to the sounds of nature around you,
Feeling very very safe and peaceful.
Let us now enter into the deeper recesses of our mind,
Going deeper and deeper within to that inner mind,
That subconscious mind,
That higher self mind,
The source of all wisdom and clarity,
Source of our power,
Source of our knowingness.
Allow yourself now to contact this part of yourself.
Your inner mind knows exactly who you are,
Where you're going,
The questions and the answers.
Allow some of this wisdom and strength to come through now,
To bring feelings of greater confidence,
Joy and love into our own hearts right now.
Any situations,
Issues or problems which may be occurring in your life now,
Allow the concerns and doubts to dissolve,
Be released,
Replaced with this calmness,
The strength and the knowledge that your subconscious mind can provide.
Bring forth now feelings of confidence and power into this moment,
Into your own heart.
Really feeling those feelings coming forth,
Each breath filling the entire body with more and more confidence,
Calmness.
Knowing you can have what you want in your life,
You do deserve and you can succeed and if it's a problem or not meant to be then you'll move on to something else.
It will provide you with greater joy,
It will fill your heart with the deeper truth.
Breathe into this certainty and trust and confidence right now.
Feel that flowing into every fiber of your being.
You are right on track doing the very best you can and seeing any situation arising allow this feeling of confidence,
Expansion to flow forth into that situation,
Really feeling that in your heart now.
Allow the source of your power,
Source of knowingness to solve any problems for you.
Sort out any kinks,
Any difficulties,
Any uncertainties or doubts.
Allow those to dissolve in the power of your own beingness as a source of life.
We're now going to slowly awaken from lying in this beautiful peaceful place.
Come back to our usual normal self,
Maybe feeling more alert and energized.
You can at any time come here.
Remember these feelings of peace and calm.
Breathe into those,
Lock those into your memory,
Into your body.
So any situation requiring greater alertness,
Focus,
Any empowerment you can bring forth this feeling of centeredness and knowingness,
Confidence.
See yourself now getting up from this place in this brook and walking across the meadow feeling the warmth of the Sun on your back,
Maybe a gentle breeze cooling your cheek.
Walking,
Enjoying,
Relaxing,
Fully alert and present and relaxed.
You you
