Creating A Safe Place
The world can often feel scary, fearful, dark, and gloomy. This meditation is designed to help you pull yourself back into your own inner worlds and create a safe place for yourself and all those you allow insdide your world. We will focus on finding safety, stillness, and grounding. Before tapping into the deeper realms of consciousness, it's important to find grounding and safety in your mental, emotional, spiritual world to then manifest and see and feel safety in your physical world.

Hello beautiful souls,
My name is Jenna Rose Giannetti,
Your meditation and mindfulness teacher.
I am the founder and owner of the Labyrinth of Hymn,
A meditation and mindfulness academy that does exactly what I'm doing now.
It teaches the stillness of meditation and the calmness of mindfulness.
For this meditation,
I highly recommend for maximal results you use headphones for it has isochronic tones and a base frequency of 741 hertz with subliminal messages.
In today's meditation,
We will be focusing on finding safety,
Focusing on the root chakra.
The root chakra is all about safety,
Security,
Groundedness.
So to begin our practice,
We will focus on finding safety.
In feeling safe,
Your feels and words fade away quickly and don't gain any momentum.
Being grounded enables you to connect with yourself and your emotions and by that allows you to connect with others as well,
Your calmness washes the stress away and you face challenges with ease and curiosity.
So we will find our safe space,
Find our home and create the safe space within.
In today's meditation,
We will be focusing on a breath and on stillness.
So when you are ready,
I ask you to please sit down.
For today's meditation,
We will be sitting up comfortably,
Finding a seated spot.
Feel free to sit up against a wall making sure your spine is upright and straight,
Making sure that your chakras are aligned and balanced.
We will put our palms straight up,
Allowing the love,
The energy to fall into our palms,
Fall into our hands.
We are going to start with a deep breath in through the nose,
Holding it and out through the mouth.
Good.
We are going to take a big deep breath in through the nose for 5 seconds.
5,

In for a count of 2,

And ding everything out.
Again,
In through the nose.

And out.

You are doing so well.

Good.
And coming back to your natural breath.
Breathing like that helps us to focus on our breath.
It helps get us out of our mind.
Getting us out of our thoughts.
As you sit here,
Continue to focus on your breath.
Going internally.
Breathing in love and breathing out love.
Breathing in love and breathing out love.
Breathing in more love and breathing out love to each other.
Continue to focus as you listen to the sound of my voice.
Letting go of any stressors,
Any anxieties,
Any feels.
Having a safe space.
Knowing that right here,
In this time,
You are safe.
You can become calm.
You can let go.
Let go of anything that's holding you back.
Letting go of any fears.
Letting go of any anxieties.
Letting go of any anger or sadness that you may be feeling.
Knowing that these feelings are safe.
You are safe.
You are safe.
And you are home.
You are home within yourself.
Knowing that the demons of the world,
Although they are very real,
They are only thoughts in our head.
We create the demons.
We create the negative.
For the outside world is just a reflection of our inner world.
When we focus on our inner world,
When we find our stillness,
When we find our calmness,
We learn to still the inner to then find the calmer,
External earth.
Knowing that there is nothing outside of you that can hurt you.
Once you learn to calm the labyrinth within your mind,
Calming the maze within your life,
You are a powerful being.
You are a powerful creator.
You are a powerful manifesto.
This life is a manifested reality.
And you,
You are the creator of it.
There is nothing that you cannot do.
There is nothing that you cannot be.
You are a warrior.
You are a magician.
You are a powerful alchemist.
I believe in you.
The question is,
Do you believe in yourself?
Continue to breathe.
Continue to breathe in love and breathe out love.
Breathing in the knowing in yourself,
The confidence,
The bravery,
The humility.
Breathing out peace.
Breathing out love.
Breathing out compassion.
Breathing out empathy.
Continue to breathe.
We will focus on calming the body.
Imagine a light above your head is big and as bright as the sun.
Imagine this light white,
Golden color.
Imagine it calming every part of your body that it touches.
Touching your head.
Stroking your hair.
Bringing that light down your head,
Down your forehead.
Relaxing the stressors and the wrinkles that form over our forehead.
Soothing them out.
Making them smooth within our eyes.
Focusing that light down your nose.
Opening your senses of your nose to smell the sweet smells of the world.
The sweet smell of flowers.
Laughing at yourself.
Having the loving kindness to laugh at yourself and all of the mistakes that you make in life.
Finding that sweet spot.
Calming your eyes.
Giving gratitude for your eyes,
For all that they see.
Giving them that still rest.
Resting here.
Moving that down your cheeks.
The rosiness of your cheeks.
For your lips.
Kissing your lips.
Moving that light down your neck.
Relaxing and having gratitude for your neck.
For all that it carries.
That carries your head so strong,
Which carries your knowledge,
Your consciousness.
Appreciating it.
For it has a burden that is so strong of carrying all of the weight.
Taking it,
Taking the sweet sensitive spot that both gives us pleasure and strength.
Moving that light down our shoulders.
Our shoulders carry so much too.
So any pain that you're feeling in your shoulders physically.
Knowing that any physical pain you feel is just a mental and emotional pain first.
Have you found pain in your shoulders or back?
What are you carrying throughout your life?
What burdens are you carrying?
Maybe the weight of your family,
The weight of your job,
The stresses.
Knowing that in this safe space it is okay to let it go.
Let it go.
Let it go.
Moving that light down your shoulders,
Your back,
Your chest.
Relaxing and letting go of any pain,
Stresses or discomfort.
Knowing that it is safe to leave it here.
And asking yourself,
What would letting go of all that no longer serves you do?
Would it be painful?
Would it be harmful?
Or would it feel good?
Would it relieve stress?
Would it bring happiness?
Would it bring joy?
Moving that light down your shoulders,
Your elbows,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
Knowing that all you carry,
The family that you carry,
The work burden that you carry,
Doesn't want you to carry such a heavy burden.
Knowing it is okay to put your family down.
That they want you to be strong.
They want you to hold them and care for them.
They don't want you to lose yourself and put pain and suffering on yourself by carrying them as much as you do.
Knowing that you can let go of them,
Letting go of the stresses and that they will fix themselves.
That they will learn to walk by themselves.
What does it feel like to let go?
Really just let go.
Moving that light down your body,
Down your pelvis,
Your buttocks,
All of your sensitive and sensual body parts.
Having gratitude for all your reproductive organs.
Having gratitude for all the sensations,
The sexuality that comes out of these parts.
All of the most intimate moments of your life.
Lessing them.
Having gratitude for them.
Lessing them.
If there is anything that needs to be let go of you,
Any traumas,
Any pains,
Any excess energy,
Know that it is safe to let go of it.
Know that only you are holding yourself back.
Finding safety.
Taking back your power.
Knowing that you and only you control your body.
You are in charge of it.
And with your words,
With your voice,
You get to choose who gets to have access to your body.
Who you get to share your most intimate and private moments with.
You get to choose.
Find your voice again.
Find your voice.
You are safe.
Moving that light down your thighs,
Down your knees.
Having that loving gratitude for your legs.
For they carry all of you.
All that you are is in this muscle.
That carry your whole human body.
Loving your legs.
Taking them.
Moving the light down your feet.
And relaxing your feet.
Taking your feet for all that they've walked.
Imagine all the life that you've lived so far.
20s,
30s,
80s,
50s.
No matter how old you are,
You have lived so much life.
You have walked out so many paths.
How many paths have you walked down?
How many trails have you sat on?
Your journey through your life started here at your feet.
For your feet move you,
Transitioning you from reality to reality.
Having gratitude for your feet,
Having gratitude for your path,
Your journey.
Throughout life we're not always happy with where we're at.
We're always trying to move to the future.
We often move back to the past,
Remembering and having nostalgia for where we've been.
Life in the journey,
That is not a race.
Find stillness here.
Find stillness in your feet.
Throughout your body and knowing that it is okay to just stay still.
You don't need to walk.
You don't need to run.
Your path will find you and when it is time to walk again,
When it is time to move along your path,
Your journey,
It will reveal itself to you.
Find stillness,
Find safety,
Find comfort.
Find this moment with your whole body calm,
Your body is now calm,
Your mind is now calm,
Your soul is always speaking.
Sitting here for a couple of moments and allowing your soul to speak to you,
Opening your heart to any insights that may come in,
Any calming moments on your hand that will be revealed.
Find your stillness,
Find your calmness and most importantly,
Feel and find your safety here on this moment.
Sitting here as long as you need in the silence,
I will keep the music playing and when you are ready,
Whenever you are ready,
Feel free to come back into your body,
Taking a deep breath into your nose,
Mouth to your mouth,
Whenever you decide to end your practice,
Allowing the music to guide you,
Allowing the music to transition you,
Allowing the music to take you wherever you need to be today.
I thank you for joining today.
I thank you for being in my presence.
I thank you for having the loving kindness and I hope that I could help you to feel safe today.
I hope that I could help you find your safety.
Remember that life is not a race,
But it's a journey.
You are on your journey.
You are beautiful and there is nothing that you cannot do,
Be or have.
Find stillness within yourself.
