Hello beautiful souls.

My name is Jenna Rose Gennady and I am your mindfulness and meditation coach today.

I thank you so much for joining.

Today's meditation is simple breath work.

Simple meditation to just allow the declutter of our mind.

This meditation is perfect for midday or any part of the day where you are feeling a little cluttered,

A little at ease,

Kind of like a puzzle with the pieces scattered all over the place.

This meditation will be a simple meditation to just allow us,

Just like a puzzle,

To put the pieces back together again.

So when you are ready I ask you to place it down,

Sitting up straight,

Placing your hands on your lap,

On your body in receiving mode with palms up,

Allowing you to just receive the information to allow your body to be a little bit less stressful,

A little bit more free and so much more at ease.

So starting with a breath,

Taking a big deep breath in through your nose,

Holding and out through your mouth,

Just continuing to breathe in through your nose,

Big in breath,

Holding and out,

Breathing in again in through your nose,

Holding and out through your mouth,

Keep breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Continuing to breathe and listen to the sound of my voice,

Relaxing every part of your body,

Coming into this moment,

Letting go of the thoughts,

Letting go of the mind,

Letting go of the responsibilities,

Letting go of your to-do list,

Letting go of everything,

For there was nothing that needs to be done in this moment.

In this moment,

The only to do is meditation,

Continuing to focus in and out,

Allowing the breath to calm you,

Rejuvenate you,

Putting you at more ease,

Putting you at more peace,

Putting you at more tranquility,

Continuing to take those deep breaths.

For the breath is our life force energy.

The breath is what heals our body.

The breath is what heals our mind.

The breath is what heals our soul.

For the breath is what connects us to this earth plane,

Continuing to take the deep breaths in,

Continuing on your breath work,

In and out.

For just like the breath,

The things that we experience in our life come in and then they flow out that easily.

For we attach ourselves to the negative thoughts,

We attach ourselves to the negative feelings,

By holding on to the things that don't serve us.

So everything in our reality should be like the breath coming in and then you holding for a little bit and then you let it go.

Everything.

Even our relationships,

Even our money,

Even our health,

It all flows in the inhale,

The holding of it and then the exhaling.

Money comes in,

We hold on to the money.

We let it sit in our bank accounts,

We let it sit and save and grow and then we exhale it like the breath.

We buy beautiful things,

We travel to beautiful places.

We experience so much of our money by letting go of it.

So often we value the inhale and we neglect the exhale,

Reminding ourselves that the exhale should be praised and feel grateful for just as an inhale.

Relations follow the same pattern,

They come into our life like the inhale.

We hold on to those relationships for years,

A year,

Five years,

Fifty years but eventually we too exhale and release those relationships.

Whether it's from a breakup or just a fading out of moving away from each other or death,

We must too release those relationships.

So everything in our life flows in this pattern like the breath of the inhale,

The holding and the exhale.

Our health is the same way we breathe into our health by maintaining what we eat,

Putting healthy,

Live,

Living food into our body.

We take in the food,

We then hold onto the food in our bodies and then just like the exhale we release the food from our body.

Physical activity,

We take action in the activity,

We hold on to the activity and then we will release it again and we will grow tired again.

Our health,

We breathe in healthy bodies,

We sit in our healthy bodies and then we have to exhale and release whether it's releasing with a runny nose or releasing with a cough or reliefing with bowel movements.

We release everything in our reality flows with the pattern of breathing in,

Holding and breathing out.

And only when we hold on for too long does it become stuck energy,

Does it become clutter,

Does the puzzle pieces become scattered.

For letting go and the releasing is something we as a society have to learn to be okay with whether you are in the most beautiful relationship in the world.

Sometimes even in the most beautiful relationships in the world with someone that you are madly,

Deeply and completely in love with you have to let go.

Maybe not let go of that person completely but let go of the idea of who they are in this moment.

Let go of the fight that you are having.

Let go of that moment that you guys are spending together and walking away to doing something else.

We constantly let go so just like the thoughts that we have in our daily life,

Just like the feelings that we have,

We too need to learn to let it go knowing that within each exhale,

We then will inhale again,

Holding on to it again and then exhale one more time.

So with all this being said,

I ask you guys once again to take three deep breaths in,

Breathing in,

Holding it,

Holding it,

Holding it and let it go.

Breathing it all out,

Emptying out all of your lungs,

Emptying out all of your chest,

Emptying,

Breathing in two more times,

Breathing in through your nose,

Big,

Big,

Big,

Big breath in,

Hold it and breathing out,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

One more as we ground and come back into the room.

Breathe yourself back into this moment,

Hold in this moment and exhale again.

Come back to your natural breath,

Breathing in through your nose naturally,

Holding naturally,

Inhaling naturally,

Breathing,

Breathing,

Breathing,

Starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Opening up your eyes,

Swaying your head,

Your arms,

Coming back into this room,

Allowing all of your senses to come back,

Your sight,

Your taste,

Your touch,

Your smell,

Your hearing,

Allowing everything to come back into this moment.

Feeling yourself the loving kindness in this moment,

Feeling more ease,

Feeling more relaxed,

Feeling more rejuvenated,

Feeling more peace,

Allowing this simple breath meditation to keep you going for the rest of the day,

Whether you continue with your workday,

Your family life,

Your adventurous vacations,

Wherever you are at in your life,

Allowing this meditation to transport you throughout the rest of your day,

Allowing my words to digest into your whole being,

Your whole soul,

Your whole existence and remembering as you continue to walk about your day today,

As you continue to walk about your day every single day,

To treat everything in this reality,

Treat all of your feelings,

All of your thoughts,

Your money,

Your relationships,

Your health,

Like the breath,

Inhaling it,

Holding on to it,

But then allowing yourself to let it all go,

Knowing that it will come back again.

I thank you guys for joining me today and I ask for us to conclude by placing our hands together at our chest and prayer pose,

Bowing down together and saying namaste for my soul recognizes your soul,

That we are one soul and many bodies.
