Hello,

My name is Jen and I'm a psychic healer working with anxiety and other issues.

I'm happy to be with you now to facilitate you through a meditation aimed at starting to heal anxiety.

I have helped many people with anxiety.

I hope to help you too.

Let's begin by paying attention to your breath.

Breathe naturally.

In and out.

Through your nose.

Focus on your breath.

Feel your breath.

Filling your chest.

Filling your belly.

With each breath,

Breathe as deep into your belly as feels comfortable to you.

Relax your muscles.

In your face.

Are you pursing your mouth?

Let it go.

Are your eyebrows raised or lowered?

Let them go.

Are your eyes gently shut?

Let them close.

Is your jaw clenched?

Loosen it.

As you loosen your face muscles,

Feel how the tension starts to bleed away.

Breathe deeply now.

In through the nose and hold it.

And out through the mouth.

Let's do it again.

Big breath.

In through the nose.

Fill your belly.

Hold it.

And out.

There's nothing you need to do now except be here with me.

Keep your thoughts with me as you.

If your mind wanders,

Gently bring it back to the moment.

To your breath.

And out.

Using your imagination,

See yourself sitting in the sunshine somewhere.

Somewhere safe.

Somewhere warm.

Somewhere you feel comfortable.

Somewhere you love being.

Using your mind's eye,

Soak in the sun.

Imagine the warmth as it beats down on your clothes.

Relax your shoulders.

Let go of tension.

In your arms and your hands.

Let your feet and knees fall outwards if you're lying down.

Let go of holding on tight to your thigh muscles.

Now,

Scan your body from the top of your head down through your shoulders.

And chest.

And belly.

Notice where you're holding on to strength.

And tension.

Where are you carrying it?

Is it in your shoulders?

Do you hunch them defensively?

Is it in your throat?

A nervous kind of tickle there.

A flutter.

Is it in your upper chest?

Your tummy?

Or do you sometimes carry dread and fear deep in your guts?

However stress and tension feels to you.

Wherever you feel it.

Wherever you carry it.

Is the place we want to let it go from.

We're going to identify the places where you are carrying stress.

Carrying tension.

And then begin to start sending your loving breath to heal those places.

Visualize that as you breathe in,

You pull bright,

White,

Shining light into your body with each breath.

Set the intention now to receive bright,

White,

Shining light.

And visualize how as you breathe deep into your chest and belly,

Deep into your chest and belly,

This white light of love permeates all of your being.

Washing away at your anxiety.

Imagine this white light of healing,

Love,

Energy,

Gently nibbling at the foundations of your anxiety.

The way the sea gently washes on to sandy shores.

Gently washes on to sandy shores.

Wearing them down.

Wearing them away.

Wash away stress.

Wash away tension.

In your mind's eye,

See yourself wearing your anxiety away.

With your energy loaded breath.

Breathe the white light into all places in your body where anxiety lives.

Wash it out.

Let it go.

Let it go.

Breathe.

Breathe.

Breathe.

We start to bring this meditation to a close now by reconnecting with the weight of your body.

How heavy your body is.

How supported it is by the surface that you lie or sit on.

Notice the air around your body.

How it touches your face.

Or perhaps your hands.

Or some other part of your exposed skin.

Is it cool?

Is it warm?

Notice how your breath feels as it leaves your nose.

Does it brush against your upper lip?

Start to come back now into the room.

Into the space you occupy.

Into your now.

You could do this by moving your fingers.

Or moving your toes.

You could press down with one foot or the other against the surface that you are sitting or lying on.

You could stretch your arms or your legs if that feels good to you.

And open your eyes whenever you're ready.

Thank you for joining me today.

I hope you enjoyed this meditation.

I suggest that you listen to this meditation as often as you can to support you with your anxiety.

I wish you peace.
