Thank you for the meditation for this sector of our program.

Thank you and thank yourself for being here and for giving yourself the time,

Energy and love that is showing up for yourself in this space.

So you can do this lying down.

You can do this sitting up.

If you have any background of not loving your tummy,

I would lay down actually.

And I find that when you're laying down,

It's a little bit less triggering to put your hands on your belly.

After having had a baby,

I myself don't mind putting my hands on my belly because it just became a habit.

But I want you to be able to connect to that part of yourself as you put your hands on your belly.

Just going to gently close eyes.

We're going to do this in the silence,

Although there is a little bit of white noise in my background if you can hear that.

This is about listening to the body,

Tuning into the body.

You are essentially taking stock of your body and letting your body communicate with you.

It's not often that we actually just sit and listen to our bodies,

Sort of like if your mind and your body went to counseling together,

The mind got to hear what the body has to say and the body gets to say what it feels.

It's a really important exercise.

So we're going to do a little bit of that mind body counseling and we're going to reconnect into ourselves and also go through a visualization of our ideal body.

And not from a big,

Small,

Short,

Tall,

Fat,

Thin standpoint,

But really what makes you feel like the most aligned version of self based on the body you're dwelling in.

So lying down or sitting up,

I just want you to gently close eyes.

Maybe rolling them up and back into your head or gazing downward as your eyes are closed,

Taking a big deep breath into the belly.

Exhaling down through the root to the base of the spine.

Imagining yourself dropping roots into the ground below you and then taking a big inhale in from the earth in from your root chakra into the belly,

Filling up all around your thoracic area and then exhaling out the top of the head and just continue on that pattern.

Inhaling from above the head,

Pulling it down into the body,

Into the heart space.

Exhaling down through the roots,

Just really feeling that air moving through your the column that is you that your spine provides you with.

Just slowing down that breath.

I noticed in the early days of motherhood,

I wasn't taking a lot of deep breaths.

So allow your relaxed version of self to come through whether you have to do some bigger size that could help.

Just focusing on the breath.

And now as you keep that breath moving at a nice gentle pace,

I want you to just follow me as we go through a body scan just to take stock of what's here today in this moment.

Not what's normally bothering you or what's historically bothered you or things that you expect.

Try to wipe your mind clean of any expectation at all like you're discovering your own body for the first time.

We're going to bring your awareness to your toes.

Just sensing the feet,

Imagining that you were supposed to discover something about your feet right now.

What are you sensing?

Are they hot?

Are they cold?

Does it feel fast or slow?

Do they feel neutral?

Start to make your way up to your ankles and up through your shins and really imagine not only the space your actual body is taking up but the space inside your body and the space around your body.

You are a quantum experience of atoms moving from particle to wave to matter to create your body which is pretty insane.

Coming up through the knees,

Keeping that awareness around the space around your body,

The space your body is taking up,

The space in your body and just looking to see if you notice anything whether that's maybe prickly feelings,

Smooth feelings,

Dull feelings,

Itchiness,

Tickling and just noticing without labeling,

Without drawing a conclusion or making a judgment.

Coming up through the hips,

That root chakra area near the pubic bone,

Base of your spine.

Coming up towards that sacral chakra which is our womb space,

Maybe your hands are there and maybe you're feeling energy coming off of your hands as you give yourself good vibes and love and positive energy to that lower part of your belly.

Keeping your awareness moving upward,

You're going to move up in that solar chakra area.

This is our personal power center.

It's where our confidence comes from.

Where our diaphragm is,

It's where we get our gut feelings and our drive.

Making your way up and into the chest area,

The heart chakra.

Feeling your heart,

Putting your hands on your heart if that feels aligned.

Just taking stock again,

What feels good,

What feels bad and also if any memories come up when you focus on one specific part of your body,

Totally normal,

Just make a mental note of it.

We're moving up through the shoulders,

Behind the shoulders,

Behind the back,

In and around the neck.

Coming up,

Coming up through the face,

Through the head and then landing at the crown chakra.

As you've brought awareness to parts of your body,

I want to ask you a question.

Do you feel any way connected to warmth or to cooler energies?

Do you feel fast moving sensations like a pulsing muscle or do you feel dull aches?

Do you feel cold,

Smooth sensations?

I used to feel my thighs get cold sometimes.

Just tuning in to what you're feeling and then trying to see if there's any overall takeaway from what you just experienced.

Got a general overview now.

Great work.

Now what we're going to do is you're going to imagine an image of you,

Maybe it's actually from a photo that you love of yourself or a time in your life when things just felt good.

You were in prime shape and you could exercise without aches and pains or you could run with great endurance or lift really heavy weights.

I want you to just bring to mind that image of yourself that was what you would consider an ideal body that you got to live in.

If I look back at times when I was really sick,

That wasn't my ideal body I was living in.

Times I was really strong.

I was great to feel powerful but I often have memory of a lot of tenseness,

Tense muscles,

Tightness,

Really just feeling inflexible.

I want you to see if you can find a time that stands out to you as a really positive experience you got to have in your body even if at the time you know you weren't really soaking it up in gratitude.

Just call that time to mind.

Now I want you to imagine that version of yourself walking into a room like a traditional think of what you might imagine as a therapist's office and sitting down to talk to a therapist.

And then you're going to walk in in the body that you are currently in and sit down next to that body.

And then,

Not to get too trippy on you,

You're going to imagine your soul coming out of your current body and sitting on a chair sort of in between the therapist and the couch that your ideal body and your current body are on.

And by the way,

The current body you're in is that beautiful ideal where it just felt really good to live in that experience.

Then just imagine one of your iterations of self on that couch.

So what's going to happen is the therapist is going to ask your current body to share how it's feeling.

Maybe your body wants to start with its gut health.

I'm feeling bloated.

I'm just making this up.

I want you to really listen here for what your body today wants to come forth and share in a very safe space with a professional listener.

Be in the listening without judgment,

Without fear.

Beautiful.

And as you arrive in the listening,

Is there anything that's surprising you,

Especially as the soul listening to all of this?

It's okay if emotions come up,

Anything making you frustrated or sad.

You might even hear judgments come up like,

I can't believe I'm still frustrated about that.

Or why is my body upset about that?

Trying to stay in non-judgment,

Stay with the breath and stay in the listening.

I'm going to challenge you to listen for another minute to your current bodies,

Grievances,

Hopes,

Feelings,

All the things.

Breathing through it,

Being in the listening,

Being in trust.

Whatever is coming up is for you.

And there might be labels like I'm feeling fat.

I'm feeling slow.

I'm feeling achy.

It also might be I'm feeling warmth in my lower hip.

There's no right or wrong way to listen to your body as it opens up because you've created space for it to share.

Staying with the breath.

Now you,

As the soul listening to your current body share and the therapist,

Both know that you've called in the ideal body that you can remember.

And so before that body gets to share,

You are going to,

As current body share what they really see in ideal body,

What they're observing,

What they're remembering about why they chose this body to walk in the room for the session.

And maybe body,

Current body is actually trying to remember what that felt like and seeing the image of that version of you is helping them remember.

So you might ask yourself,

Or maybe your current body asks your ideal self,

What does having it all feel like?

Maybe you want to remember life without back pain.

What did that feel like in your body?

And as you ask ideal body,

Instead of hearing it,

And maybe you do hear it,

Try to see if you can feel into it.

Try to see if you can feel in the experience of the ideal body just by being near it.

Maybe what could help is having your soul drop into that former body and be in the remembrance of living and inhabiting in it.

And not to say that your current body is not bad or wrong.

It's just that being able to tap into good feelings when they're present is why gratitude is so important.

So I want you now,

Wherever you are,

To jump into the ideal body as soul,

Sitting next to current body.

And I want you to just list off how you're feeling in the experience of residing back in that body.

What emotions are coming up for you?

What memories are coming up for you?

What sensations are coming up for you?

Sometimes what we think is our ideal body comes from a place of what we look like on the outside.

And maybe you're remembering that when your ego chose a thinner body,

Maybe you didn't actually feel very good in the thinner body.

If that's what's coming up for you,

Think if you can call in another moment in your life when you felt really good inhabiting your body.

The difference between being in a really stinky,

Smelly bathroom versus being in a clean,

Pristine,

Comfortable,

Fancy,

Luxury bathroom at a fancy hotel.

It's a different experience.

So we want to tap into the feeling of being in a really expansive,

Neutral,

Light,

Almost joyful body.

Whether you stayed in the same one or you shifted at all,

What critical core memories exist here for you?

Can you grab onto those as templates of consciousness to bring with you into your current body to feel into so that your current body can try on the feelings of lightness,

Of softness,

Of neutrality,

Or whatever is coming up for you.

So I want you to take three really big,

Deep breaths in your ideal body.

The one that feels just like the juiciest,

Yummiest,

Most amazing,

Healthy,

Sovereign,

Trusting experience.

Taking those breaths here.

One more.

Now,

You as soul are going to take that templated,

Amazing experience you were just breathing into and you're going to pop back into your current body,

The current body you came into the session with,

And you're going to flip a switch,

Turn on the light bulb,

Whatever that analogy is for you,

And feel those same feelings in the body you're in now.

And as you tune into those same feelings,

I want you to touch your body,

Whether that means putting your hands back on your low belly,

Grabbing your hands,

Touching your legs,

And realizing that that ideal body is an imprintation of emotions and sensations that you have access to at all time.

And the more you can be in gratitude for that experience,

The more your external body will shift into that external out picturing of the internal experience and sensation.

Taking three really big deep breaths here in current body,

Again,

Touching yourself if you're moving your hands around your body as you experience the templated emotional mental experience you had in your ideal body.

Another really big deep breath.

I want to ask you now,

When you think back to the times you've told yourself something's wrong with your current body,

Or you don't have,

Quote,

The right body,

Or you had a negative experience in your body and wish your experience was different,

What do you think the reward is for staying separate from your body?

What is the reward for feeling like you don't have something?

I know it sounds like a silly question,

But there's always a reward.

The brain works in very predictable ways sometimes.

Is it to keep you small?

Is it a self-fulfilling prophecy?

Is it something you were coded for when you were younger?

What do you need to do now with what you've experienced in your body to feel unblocked within yourself?

Having these deep conversations with self and asking the hard questions is not easy.

So it's okay if you're feeling a little bit frustrated,

Stifled,

Confused.

That's okay.

Just breathe into your body.

You're taking time today to be in your body.

And now wherever you find yourself in space and time,

I want you to think about something that happened today.

Maybe think back to an hour ago.

Maybe you were in the kitchen or you were driving your car.

Think back to what you were wearing.

Think back to a moment in your day any memory will do.

I want you to see yourself sort of like you're observing yourself from afar,

Going not so far back in time,

The very recent history of your life.

And I want you to say three things that you're grateful for as you witness yourself living on this planet earth today in your mind.

Three things you're really grateful for today.

Breathing into the space,

Maybe bringing your hands to heart center.

Bring a big breath in into the heart and as you exhale,

Imagine a blast of green light going through your body as love energy from the heart begins to circulate more deeply.

Another big deep breath into the heart.

Strong exhale,

Emanating that green loving energy out throughout the body.

Feeling supported,

Feeling love,

Feeling trust within yourself.

Feeling gratitude for the you that decided to sit down for this meditation.

Thank you to our guides that brought us here,

To God,

To the divine mother,

Source,

The universe,

Whatever resonates for you.

Giving gratitude to something bigger than you,

Gratitude to yourself and to your body.

The amazing vessel that you get to live in and experience earth from within.

Thank you so much for being here.

Take a moment to lay down and be with yourself,

Hug yourself perhaps.

Take whatever time you need.

And there are a few journal questions to follow up this meditation in the Thinkific course of the Mother Queen Mastery Program.

As always,

Please keep me posted with any questions or anything coming up for you that you need to process.

Thank you for being here.
