Life can come at us fast and we need to solve problems and handle issues.

Sometimes we stew around for hours,

Days,

Weeks,

Years,

And we go in circles and don't seem to address this problem.

Today's session is to give you an opportunity to go inside and focus on one issue and develop the beginning of a solution.

So,

Sit in a comfortable chair or couch or lay down if you like.

Settle in,

Close your eyes,

Notice your feet,

Ground yourself,

Notice your body,

Notice how your body feels,

What you feel in your body.

And as you're doing so now,

Begin to turn inwards for a few moments.

Look in even more and more.

Do this in a light and easy way.

Notice the thoughts.

They come and they go.

They're only thoughts.

They come and they go.

As they come in,

You might notice them disappearing like puffy white clouds.

Allow that to happen and notice this flowing.

And focus then on your breath as it flows in and out and in and out.

Take a nice deep breath in as I count to four.

Then exhale as I count to eight.

Breathing in one,

Two,

Inhaling three.

Filling your lungs and the center of your body with air at four.

And exhale so gently now as I count to six.

One,

Two,

Letting out three,

Four,

Exhaling more.

Five,

Even more exhaling.

Six,

Breathing it out.

Seven and eight.

Breathe into the count of four.

One,

Breath in.

Two,

Filling up your lungs and the center of your body with air.

Three,

Expanding more.

Four,

Hold it and breathe out as I count to eight.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhaling five,

Letting go six,

Letting it go seven and eight.

Back to soft and easy breathing.

Now there has been maybe one little thing that's been nagging at you.

Something that disturbs your level of comfort in your life.

Try to think of that as one word or subject or idea or concept.

Just one word covering the whole thing pops in.

Give yourself a few moments here to focus in on that.

That idea.

That word.

Ride your breath as you keep on tuning in.

But as you do so,

Be light with it.

Smile at it.

This word,

This concept,

Be friendly with it.

Give it a little bit of distance.

And in this little bit of distance,

Allow it.

Now that you have some space to take a shape.

Could be round or square,

Octagonal,

However it seems to come up.

And allow that shape around that word to grow bigger.

Expand it even bigger.

Watch this shape and allow it to change colors,

Becoming lighter.

Lighter.

Lighter and bigger.

And as you watch that happen,

Stay with your breath.

In and out.

In and out.

And watch that shape growing lighter and lighter.

Expanding,

Expanding.

Now in your mind's eye just collapse that shape down to a tiny dot.

It's like a tiny black hole maybe.

Just a dot.

And as you see this,

Surround this little dot with lighter colors.

All around it.

Whatever colors come to mind.

Maybe lavender,

Turquoise,

Yellow,

Pink,

Light green.

Whatever comes to mind.

This dot,

You realize,

Now has inside of it something important.

Something small like a seed.

It's about the size of a grain of sand.

A very tiny kernel.

This little seed has in it a nugget of wisdom.

Of growth,

Change,

Possibility,

Navigating a better future.

It could be an old idea made new or it could be a new idea.

It's just an idea but it's a seed now.

It is a kernel.

The kernel that can be nurtured to grow.

Imagine yourself,

See yourself taking care of this little seed.

This little idea.

Take care of it as if you would take care of your garden.

Water it,

Nurture it,

Keep it in the right amount of light.

Tend it every day.

This tiny seed is now planted.

And with time.

And dream and sleep activity.

And coming into contact with others.

Other life experiences this time will grow.

The seed.

To become bigger and stronger.

And growing in the direction you would like for it to grow.

Firmly planted.

This tiny seed.

Know it's there and that over time it can grow and change.

And you can come back to this seed or to this place.

And focus more on growing that which you wish to change or create.

Ease your way back.

When you feel ready now.

Open your eyes.

Excellent visuals. Effective. I put in colors. My problem is enclosed, then shrunk to a vanishing point, while a solution is planted in its place. Will.go again. And again.
