Lovely, I could feel each of my chakras open and release. Especially my throat chakra. I was flooded with a memory that I hold onto, in which I did not use my voice to speak up for myself. It was a good reminder to release that memory but also to use that memory to remind myself to use my voice in caring for my own needs. I will certainly use this meditation again. With gratitude.
