And light.
And when we find it hard to relax or sleep,
It can really aggravate our symptoms and our emotions.
So this audio is going to be a relaxation audio and a sleep audio maybe.

But it's perfectly fine right away because rest is good,

It's all just happening,
All just going on and you are watching it,
Gently noticing what's happening for you right now.
And if you are watching it happen,
You may notice that it's not you.
It's just sensations,
Feelings,
Thoughts and silence.
Notice the silence,
The silence where everything happens.
Without that silence,
There can be no sound,
No feelings and no thoughts.
Watch the thoughts come up,
Watch how they tell a little story and then watch them fall away again.
Where do they fall to?
It all goes back into the silence,
Everything does.
Now,
Let's do a little body scan,
Just a short one.
As you're laying there,
Pay attention to anywhere in your body that is holding tension,
Your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your neck,
Your hands.
Move to your body and just let it go.
And let your body become even more comfortable and relaxed.
Let go into the support,
Fall deeper and deeper into the relaxation.
And if there is a feeling of discomfort,
Just let it be.
Don't fight it or wish it away.
Just notice,
Acknowledge it and let it be.
Breathe evenly,
Naturally,
Through your nose and out through your mouth.
And every time you breathe out,
You sink further down into relaxation.
You feel the muscles softening out,
The tension easing in your body,
Finding its natural rhythm.
Everything is okay.
There is no right and wrong in this.
If you need to stay in bed because you are tired,
Then that's perfectly fine.
Whatever you do or have to do is okay.
