I'll use English instead.

You know,

Sometimes we can be sick and tired,

And it can be very frustrating because it's sometimes so hard for us to explain to others how we feel.

Especially for those of us who suffer with conditions like chronic fatigue or restless leg syndrome.

And so we can be left feeling a little helpless or sad even.

Because in the end,

All we want is to feel good,

Relaxed,

Happy,

Joyful,

And light.

And when we find it hard to relax or sleep,

It can really aggravate our symptoms and our emotions.

So this audio is going to be a relaxation audio and a sleep audio maybe.

You may fall asleep when you're listening and you may not,

But it's perfectly fine right away because rest is good,

Right?

Proper rest.

And I love to listen to audios when I relax.

I love listening to voices,

Especially when they help soothe me and help me drift off.

So if you like,

I invite you to go lay down.

Just go lay down,

Get nice and comfy.

I'll give you some time.

As usual,

The first thing we are going to do is let everything be as it is and just notice what's happening for you right now.

Feelings in your body,

Thoughts,

Sounds happening,

Breathing hopefully,

Everything is just happening,

Effortlessly happening.

You don't have to do a thing.

You can just lay there and notice how it all works.

Wouldn't it smile on your face?

Relax into the support.

Just fall into it and notice how okay you are in this moment.

The only moment there is.

Notice how everything is allowed.

Peace,

Quiet,

Tiredness,

Thinking,

Breathing,

Happiness,

Excitement,

Exhaustion.

It's all just happening,

All just going on and you are watching it,

Gently noticing what's happening for you right now.

And if you are watching it happen,

You may notice that it's not you.

It's just sensations,

Feelings,

Thoughts and silence.

Notice the silence,

The silence where everything happens.

Without that silence,

There can be no sound,

No feelings and no thoughts.

Watch the thoughts come up,

Watch how they tell a little story and then watch them fall away again.

Where do they fall to?

It all goes back into the silence,

Everything does.

Now,

Let's do a little body scan,

Just a short one.

As you're laying there,

Pay attention to anywhere in your body that is holding tension,

Your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your neck,

Your hands.

Move to your body and just let it go.

And let your body become even more comfortable and relaxed.

Let go into the support,

Fall deeper and deeper into the relaxation.

And if there is a feeling of discomfort,

Just let it be.

Don't fight it or wish it away.

Just notice,

Acknowledge it and let it be.

Breathe evenly,

Naturally,

Through your nose and out through your mouth.

And every time you breathe out,

You sink further down into relaxation.

You feel the muscles softening out,

The tension easing in your body,

Finding its natural rhythm.

Everything is okay.

There is no right and wrong in this.

If you need to stay in bed because you are tired,

Then that's perfectly fine.

Whatever you do or have to do is okay.

There you go.

Very gentle, almost whispered, speech - with lightmusic ..inviting..nurturing..allowing..not resisting, accepting, relaxing, loving. Includes a little body scan. Lovely. Sweet. 💗🙏

The first two times I listened to this I would have rated it 4 stars because I was doing it while meditative walking. Today I tried it while sitting peacefully with my heating pad on my back and supported by a comfortable couch and when he said to lay down I laid back and rested my head on a good pillow. I didn’t need it to fall asleep but just feel refreshed and more ready for my morning. And it did just that! It did cut off the last few sentences I think of him speaking but I feel so good about my body now and that everything is the way it should be. Thanks! Five stars!
