What colors are there?
Is it purple?
Blue?

Keep looking.
And notice how quiet it is.
While you look.
While you look at the mystic.
Isn't it amazing that when you close your eyes you are there?
There's no need to seek anymore.
Everything is complete.
Whole.
The heart is beating.
The breath is breathing.
Feelings are arising.
Thoughts come and they go.
They come for a few seconds.
Tell you their little story and they go again.
Everything comes and goes in what you are.
That silence.
That alive silence.
Look at it for a while and let the curiosity of consciousness wander.
Consciousness is very curious.
Just let it play.
Let it dance.
Now notice where it wants to go and follow it.
Watch it move.
Put your eyes closed.
It may move to your body.
To the feeling of being a body.
It may move to a train of thoughts.
To the breath again.
To the sounds inside the room.
Inside your head.
Is it inside your head?

You can see objects but you can see space.
Can you see the space in the room?
So much space so the objects can exist.
It's the same space.
The space in the room is exactly like the space in your body and your head and wherever.
Look around at the simplicity of it all.
At the mystic.
How beautiful it is just to be alive.
Just to be laying there.
Reading.
Relax.
Aware.
Consciousness.
The thing that everyone is looking for is right here and right now.
And you know it.
And you recognize it.
And you also recognize how shy your thoughts can be when you notice consciousness.
That quietness is the joy that everybody is seeking.
