Breathe in.

Breathe out.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Ware Tada Taru Oshiru.

I have everything that I need already right now.

In my breath.

In my body.

In my home.

In my community.

Breathe in.

I am whole.

I am content.

I do not lack.

Breathe out.

My gratitude.

My strengths.

My abilities.

My love.

By sharing these,

I am made richer.

Those around me are made richer.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

I acknowledge the value of what is around me already.

The people.

The animals.

The plants.

The materials.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

What I choose to bring into my space is precious.

What I choose to put on my body is precious.

From the mind and hands of another into my care,

May I acknowledge the craft,

Care,

And precious resources with which they were made.

I am the temporary steward of all of my possessions.

May I respect and care for that which fills my space and protects my body.

May I mend that which can be mended,

Repurpose that which can be repurposed,

Share that which can be shared,

And borrow that which can be borrowed.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

I am perfectly tuned with my body and my surroundings to sense that which is enough.

Not too little.

Not too much.

But enough.

Enough.

May I savor the freedom of that which is enough.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Ware tada taru oshiru.

Ware tada taru oshiru.

I have everything that I need.

This is a phenomenal meditation. I don’t know what language that Mondra is in, or the origin of it, and I’m really curious. However, the way you hold space and offer insight towards what enough means is tremendous. Thank you!🙏🏼
