Just let your body move around a little bit to start.

You can roll your shoulders out.

From now you might already want to close your eyes and start to connect with your body.

Taking bigger breaths,

Maybe even stretching the arms overhead.

You might turn your face side to side.

Super slow.

Give yourself another minute of movement,

You might even press a smile into the cheeks.

You feel the joy of just settling in and breathing.

Your scalp and shoulders soften.

Taking some big breaths into your belly.

Softening your thighs and sinking down through your hips.

Your forehead and temples melt.

As does the back of your head and the back of your neck.

We're continuing to ground in here.

So that's the fuller breaths,

Any small movement and maybe even bringing a palm to the heart or the hands in prayer.

Applying a bit of physical contact.

Sensing yourself.

Feel the pathway of your breath coming in and down.

Rubbing the heart space.

And just sense how you feel today.

Basically in regards to compassion.

Where do you feel compassion flowing?

Where do you feel compassion lacking?

Just notice.

Keep softening with your breath so the thoughts are soft as well and it's more feeling.

The quality of compassion.

And as you breathe through the heart,

Start to fill up the body with compassion,

Energy,

A loving acceptance.

Softening the heart.

Loving and honoring yourself.

Live life.

For loving,

Healing and the good things you've done.

Notice an area in your life that you wish you were more compassionate about.

Feel that gap.

Notice a person you wish you were more compassionate for.

The thoughts might help you,

Or you might just feel that gap.

And then bring the breath back through the heart,

Expanding the love,

Acceptance,

Trust and compassion into all those gaps.

Feeling those people and parts with compassion.

Allowing the breath to be full right to the top,

A short pause and then empty out,

Softening right down on your exhale,

Right to the bottom.

Don't judge or blame if thoughts are here,

Of course they arise.

But we keep cultivating this energy and attitude,

Loving acceptance.

Allowing the breath to be full right to the top,

A short pause and then empty out,

Softening right down on your exhale,

Loving acceptance.

One more minute,

Softening down your shoulders,

Relaxing through the back.

One more minute,

Softening down your shoulders,

Relaxing through the back.

One more minute,

Softening down your shoulders,

Relaxing through the back.

Allow yourself to linger here a little bit longer.

And bring a palm back to the chest or to the belly.

See how it feels to be here now.

The perfect time and the perfect space that you've created just to feel inward,

Making contact with the different layers,

Emotions,

Thoughts,

And the stillness before slowly moving into the rest of your day.

Understand you look.
