Nancy Schmidt

For many years, Nancy has worked as a college professor, guiding students in communication, self-awareness, and connection. Over time, her teaching naturally expanded to include mindfulness and meditation, woven gently into both the classroom and daily life. Along the way, Nancy became a certified yoga, meditation, and Reiki practitioner, integrating these practices into her own life during seasons of transition, uncertainty, and change. Today, Nancy offers a variety of mindfulness-based practices designed to support those navigating life transitions—times that can bring discomfort, anxiety, grief for who they once were, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. Her offerings include nature-inspired practices, meditations, gentle yoga, and other mindfulness tools that invite ease, steadiness, and reconnection. She believes when we slow down and allow nature, breath, and gentle awareness to guide the way, it becomes possible to feel more at home in yourself and meet this season of life with greater self-compassion and clarity. Nancy lives in the Pacific Northwest where the forest meets the sea. Nature is a steady source of inspiration in both her life and her work, offering reminders of rhythm, rest, and quiet renewal.
