Hello and welcome to this meditation to enhance your skills and manifest your entrepreneurial goals.

Let's get into a nice relaxing position,

Ensuring you're not going to be disturbed for the duration of the session.

And you're going to get into a deeply acquainted relationship with yourself to create and ignite the magic of your imagination.

Take a nice full deep breath right now.

Fill up your belly like a big balloon.

Feeling your lungs expand in all directions.

Let another deep breath come in fully.

Feeling your body expand and fill.

When you let the air escape,

Support the gentle relaxation cultivating within you.

Another big breath in coming in now.

Let your chest and abdomen rise from the air.

And when you let the air escape,

Don't push it out.

Just let your body naturally exhale as much as it wants to.

Nice.

Notice how you feel right now.

As you have consciously put some oxygen into your body.

Are you nice and relaxed?

Whatever amount of relaxation you feel right now,

Just let it expand and let it grow within you.

Follow your breath now just by seeing what it wants to do naturally.

Maybe you want to take a few more just deep breaths.

Maybe you want to pause and hold your breath to let it slow.

Just do whatever feels right and natural to just be.

Good.

You're feeling relaxation sweep over you now much more than you did before just by being.

The next breath you take in,

Imagine that you are breathing into the tense areas within your body.

Hold the breath in for just a moment.

And breathe out,

Sending the tension away.

Take another nice deep breath,

Then filling those areas once again,

That have tension,

Fill them with oxygen and vibrancy.

And exhale,

Allowing your body to fully relax and feel at ease.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Feeling relaxed.

This time,

When you breathe in,

Allow your eyes to open and just gaze forward.

When you breathe out,

Gently close them.

Repeat this until your eyes want to fully close and allow them to remain shut.

Breathe in,

Open your eyes.

Breathe out,

Close your eyes,

Relaxing even more with each wave.

Breathe in,

Open.

Breathe out,

Close.

Good.

Good.

Allow your breath to flow naturally now.

We are going to begin by embarking on a journey within,

Getting to know our body through our conscious muscle tension and relaxation.

Then,

You will set some incredible business goals.

So feel the weight of your body pressing down against the surface that you're on.

Observe your body settling in.

Starting off with our feet,

Tense the muscles in your feet and focus only there.

Tightly squeeze the muscles in your feet.

Now hold it.

Now let go completely.

Do not tense any longer than necessary.

Do not tense any longer than necessary.

And go up to your calves now.

Tense both of your calves,

Tensing all of the muscles here.

Now let it go.

We're going to move up to our thighs.

Tense in your quads firmly,

Feeling all this tension in your thighs.

Just feel it.

Good.

Let it go.

Let's bring our focus to our belly.

Activate your abdomen,

Making your entire stomach firm,

Feeling all of the tension,

And let it go.

Great.

Now let's tense the hands.

Make a fist with your hands and grip as hard as you can.

Hold the tension here in just your hands alone.

Release and let it go.

Up to your chest area now.

Tense all the muscles around your neck and back.

Flex your shoulders and all other muscles in the surrounding area.

Hold the tension.

Relax.

Now tense your face.

Make a face and tense all of the muscles in this area,

Holding it.

Hold the tension.

And let it go.

Very good.

By feeling your body and connecting to it with your mind,

You create a unity between the body and the mind that generates deep relaxation and a state of creativity.

This is then that we can now pull our goals towards us with a universal energy that flows through everything.

Now that you are in a deep alpha brainwave state,

Completely relaxed,

Your mind is open.

I would like for you now to set two goals for yourself,

A short-term goal that is accomplished in the next two to three months' time and a long-term goal that is accomplished in the next two to three years.

First,

Set a business goal that you want to accomplish in the next two to three months.

Vividly see yourself achieving this goal.

Take note on how it feels to accomplish this short-term goal.

Picture your surroundings as much as possible with all of the detail.

See the colors being very bright and all the action ends happening around you.

How does it feel in your body once you've accomplished this goal?

Let this emotion of accomplishment fill you.

Good.

Now,

Set a long-term goal that you will achieve in the next two to three years.

See yourself as an excellent salesperson,

As an excellent entrepreneur,

As an excellent creator.

Look around and see all the little details around you.

People,

Objects,

Nature,

Whatever you see,

Picture it as vividly as you can.

See your friends and your family happy for you.

Experience the people congratulating you on your accomplishments,

Recognizing and seeing all of the work you've put in.

Notice how it feels to achieve what you desire.

Let this feeling grow and fill you up completely.

Every inch of your body is filled with the sensations of accomplishment.

This feeling is manifesting your goals.

It's creating everything you desire.

Let your mind drift and wander to the thought of set of stairs descending in front of you now.

Get down to a magical place where you can fully relax and have peace of mind.

Imagine for a moment getting more relaxed with each step down the stairs you take.

As you step off the last step,

You step into white sand.

It is warm and soft under your feet.

Feel the sensations on your feet from the sand.

Now look up.

All you see is the blue sky beaming with light.

The sun is gentle and illuminates everything it touches.

There's not a shadow in sight before you.

There is more soft sand,

White,

Soft,

Crystallized,

Sparkling,

And you can hear the ocean waves.

Walk towards the sounds of the ocean.

As you're walking,

You can feel the sun on your skin,

And it's soothing and nourishing you with vitamin D.

When you walk,

You're as light as a feather,

And you guide and glide along like a bird who is riding the wind.

Perhaps you can feel a light breeze.

You notice the smell of the salty air.

As you are enjoying this place,

You see the ocean peek over the sand dune,

Giving you chills from its immense beauty.

You're walking towards the ocean now,

And you notice the sand under your feet gets cooler and firmer because it's saturated with the sea salty water.

You get to the shore where the ocean meets the sand,

Watching the little waves coming up and down,

Up and down.

There is nothing that stops these waves from coming.

They do not halt for anything or anyone.

The waves always continue splashing the shore all across the earth.

And as the waves come and go,

You see some things in the sand,

Like shells,

Pieces of seaweed,

Even your own footprints.

And you see a little piece of driftwood that is the perfect size for riding in the sand with.

Pick up this driftwood and draw your name in the sand where it is moist and wet,

And write out each letter,

Noticing the sand,

That it makes you scratch through the saturated wetness,

Its firmness,

As you complete your name.

Now step back.

Look at your name.

As you see this beautiful name that you've carried your entire life,

You notice a little wave comes closer.

This wave catches a part of your name and washes it away as it travels back into the ocean,

And then another wave comes and washes your name even more.

Another comes and washes it away,

And another,

Until all you see is the ripples in the sand where your name used to be.

Just be at your beach today.

Just be.

Now,

As you've walked,

You've learned a lot about how beautiful this beach is,

And you're ready to rest for a little bit,

And find a comfortable place to sit wherever you like on the beach.

It could be in the sand on a blanket,

Or a chair is waiting for you,

Whatever makes you the happiest.

So you go ahead,

Take a seat,

Look out into the ocean,

And watch the horizon,

How the ocean meets the sky.

It's the most beautiful scene you've ever witnessed.

As you gaze along the big blue,

You listen very closely to what I have to tell you,

And that is,

Is it is very important to your overall well-being.

Each morning,

When you wake up,

Your brain is still in a low-frequency state.

The next step up from deep sleep is called Alpha Frequency.

This is a golden time where creativity and manifestation takes place.

So put a notebook or a pad beside your bed.

This is the best place to write your goals down with a pen and paper,

And it is better to manifest your goals than any electric device.

When you first wake up,

Grab your pen and write your goals.

Then you can be the exact same goals every day,

You can have several goals,

Or you can have just a few.

The most important thing is repeating the act of writing them down every day and forming that habit.

When you write your goals down and you read them throughout the day,

You are sending direct orders to your brain to find ways to complete these tasks.

You will then heighten your awareness to the opportunities that lead towards achievement.

It could be something obvious or it could be very subtle,

But the more you train your mind towards actually what you want to accomplish,

The more it is at peace and your mind is able to connect the puzzle pieces that it needs to to create your ultimate reality.

Only 2-3% of the entire population writes down their goals.

It forces us to complete them,

And your completion is inevitable.

Your competition is slim.

This method of creation is one of the most powerful tools accessible to humans,

And it is as easy as getting out a pen and paper each morning.

Also,

The way we learn best is from failure and difficulty.

Pushing through these hard times is what brings us your goals to fruition,

To remember,

Please remember,

When you are feeling a challenge arise,

That means you are progressing towards your goals.

Overcoming problems allows your mind to think harder on solutions,

Therefore making a profound habit in mind to see the bigger picture.

Problems are inevitable,

Solutions are abundant,

And even the most successful people in the world fail.

What sets them apart from the rest is that they push through their failures and use them towards success.

Another very important truth is to remember your journey towards ultimate success.

And when you help others to achieve their goals,

You are only bringing more goal-oriented energy your way.

Think about why you want to achieve this goal.

The how will come naturally without any effort from you,

So focus on the why.

The stronger you know why,

The easier the how will come to you along the way,

Even though the hard times will come.

Now,

Hear yourself saying,

I am great at the skills that I need,

Not just good,

But great.

I am great at sales,

I am great at marketing,

I am great at being my entrepreneurial self,

Not good,

But great.

It is your mission in life to understand that all of the magic happens when you practice personal development every single day.

This is an everyday job,

Not once a week,

Not once a month,

Not once a year.

It is an everyday practice that changes your life and pushes you towards success.

So when we fall off or forget,

Just come back.

Start now.

Now slowly and gently start coming back to your surroundings.

And when you are ready,

You can open your eyes and take a nice deep breath in.

With time and space to thank yourself,

You did such an incredible job.
