Gently,
Find a comfortable posture,
Clasping your hands,
Crossing your feet,
Closing your eyes,
Absolutely becoming aware of your body,
Tuning into your body,
And as you tune in,
Just become aware of any sensations,
Any discomfort that you might be able to notice,
And breathe into this discomfort,
And let it go,
We'll go deeper,
And relax each part of the body,
Each muscle group,
Starting from the top of your head,
Bring your entire attention to the top of your head,
And relax,
Bringing your attention to your forehead,
Relaxing your forehead,
Relaxing the area around your eyes,
Softening your eyelids if they are tightly shut,
Relaxing your jaws,
By unclenching your teeth,
And letting your entire facial muscles relax,
Bringing your attention to the back of your neck,
And relax,
Now bringing your attention to your shoulder,
Letting your shoulders gently drop down,
Away from your ears,
Towards the ground,
And as you do this,
Become aware of how your shoulders melt away,
Now bringing your attention to your arms,
Both left and right,
Following along your hands,
Bringing your attention to your forearms,
Allowing your forearms to relax,
Now gently put your attention at the center of your palms,
Become aware of any sensations,
Or anything that you might be able to observe,
Either at the center,
Or anywhere on your palms,
Relaxing your fingers,
Now bring your attention to your chest,
And your upper back,
As you breathe in,
Become aware of the expansion within your chest,
And as you are breathing out,
Just let go and relax,
Do this couple more times,
Feeling your breath in your chest,
As you are breathing,
And as you breathe out,
Just letting go and relax,
Now bring your attention to your tummy,
And on your next in-breath,
Just direct your breath to drop down to your belly,
Feel the expansion in your belly as you are breathing in,
And just the softening as you are breathing out,
The expansion as you are breathing in,
And the softening as you are breathing out,
Now bring your attention to your hips and relax,
Gently bring your attention to your thighs,
Relaxing your thighs,
Relaxing your knees,
Relaxing your calves,
Bringing your attention to the soles of your feet,
And again becoming aware of any sensations,
And sensations could be a tingling sensation,
Or warmth,
Or able to feel energy,
Keeping your awareness at the soles of your feet,
Your entire body relaxes,
Energy flows where your mind goes,
So the energy that's been in your head,
In the form of thoughts,
Being directed to your legs,
Let it go,
Relax,
Relaxing your entire body,
Now gently move your awareness to the breath,
As you're breathing in,
Become aware of your inhalation,
And as you're breathing out,
Become aware of your exhalation,
Your breath is your guru,
Your breath is your teacher,
You don't have to look for a guru externally,
You don't have to look for a teacher outside of yourself,
Just be with the breath,
Just align with your internal guru,
There are thoughts in your mind,
Let them be,
They will die down on their own accord,
Bring your awareness back to the breath,
Relax,
With every breath going to a deeper state of relaxation,
Remember we are not the body,
And we are not even our minds,
We are eternal souls,
Just use the mind and the body,
Binds the soul to the body-mind,
And you completely become aligned with the breath,
That is the bridge to reach your soul,
And you completely become aligned with the breath,
Your soul realization happens,
The potential to realize your soul expands,
Breath pierces through your mind,
All you have to do is be with the breath,
And let your awareness travel along your breath,
Observe your breath as if this is your last breath,
See how far your breath is reaching into your body,
And at some point your in-breath stops and your out-breath starts,
But between this in-breath and the out-breath there is a pause,
I invite you to become aware of this pause,
Let your breath take you closer and closer to your higher self,
To your soul,
To your God consciousness,
Just be with the breath,
Let your breath be your teacher,
It's right there,
Right in front of you,
Patiently waiting for you to be aligned,
Become one,
Just be with the breath,
Gently become aware of your body,
Become aware of your hands,
Become aware of your legs,
Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
Whenever you're ready,
You can place your hands on your eyes and gently open your eyes,
