Hello there Moonbeam,

It's Freedom.

I am so happy that you're here joining me for neutrality.

So to become neutral is more than meets the ear,

Eye,

Soul,

Body.

To become neutral is not to ignore.

Mortality actually involves a hyper-awareness of our surroundings and a certain purposeful negligence around forming an opinion.

To live in our most authentic self,

We have to be grounded in our truth,

In our trust,

And in our vitality.

When we develop opinions about what's happening,

We lose the ability to be neutral.

We start to have some skin in the game.

We start to want an outcome.

We start to maneuver ourselves around creating a desired result.

This takes us away from our ability to observe.

And it's in this observation that we actually get to imbibe co-creation.

When we can witness fully what is around us as abundance,

As a surplus of option,

Instead of things that are in the way,

Things that are in between you and getting what you want.

And so it's interesting because of course ego is right there.

Ego is all up in this trying to influence.

And so today we'll practice casually noticing opinions as they're forming.

And so we'll start with a casual seated position.

You might choose to lie down if that allows more releasing.

Finding a space where you can tap into your respiration,

Where you can feel your breathing.

Your breath is evidence of your aliveness and its relevance is not met by much else.

Allowing the eyes to close.

Allowing the body to soften.

Finding a space where the shoulders can escape the ears,

The arms can be heavy by the sides or in the lap.

Releasing the tongue from the top of the mouth and letting the jaw soften.

This part is important.

Set your focus behind the eyes on nothing in particular,

Allowing the muscles around the eyes to relax.

Sense your breath coming in through your nose.

Sense your breath escaping out through your nose.

Making space for each full breath in to expand the chest and the abdomen.

And releasing every exhalation to empty the body from the base.

Inhabit your breath.

Notice its depth.

Notice the way in which your breath echoes inside,

Drawing your attention to the sensation of breathing.

Being very close to this sensation.

Noticing if there is thinking.

Not latching on to what the thinking is about but casually observing is there thought.

And then proposing this question,

Is this relevant?

Is there thought,

Is this relevant?

And your decision with relevance is an opinion.

Relevance creates a ranking system.

And so we'll notice relevance,

How much gravity we're giving to our thinking process.

And then draw back that tether to noticing your respiration.

The thoughts don't have to go away,

You just have to stop paying as much attention.

Set your attention,

Use your awareness to notice your breath.

Your breath as evidence of your nowness.

Sometimes we get caught in the land of opinion,

Taking away our objectivity and a little bit of our power.

To remain embodied,

To avoid disassociation,

We have to remember how to pay attention to only one thing at one time.

This is our practice today,

Just this breath at this time.

While the thoughts pass on by,

They may get more fervent as you ignore them.

That's normal.

You could even say that could be expected.

Keep your eye on the witness mind watching and sensing for as long as you like.

When you're ready to draw yourself back towards reality,

First choose an intention neutrality for today.

I will do my best to be neutral in all that I encounter.

I will expect triggers.

Easeful waking whenever you choose Moonbeam.

I love you.

So looking forward to the next time.
