Welcome to this guided lucid dreaming WILD meditation. "WILD" stands for Wake Initiated Lucid Dreams, initially developed by Dr Stephen LaBerge. It is the practice of keeping your mind awake while your body falls asleep. You can use this recording during a nap, at your regular bedtime or 5 hours into your sleep cycle. To keep your mind alert, we will be playing around in the hypnagogic state and creating a dream scene so that your focus stays with you as your body falls into a deep sleep.

Welcome,

Thank you for joining me in this lucid dreaming journey.

We will start this practice by taking the time to relax the body and mind,

Preparing our physical selves for rest.

Throughout this practice,

We will use the wild technique to enter a state of lucid dreaming in which our bodies sleep while the awakened mind travels different dimensions of existence.

Let's begin this beautiful experience by preparing our bodies for a good night's rest.

Lay down on your back with your legs straight.

Ensure that the blanket covering you allows your feet to be relaxed and doesn't put any kind of pressure on your toes.

If you have a pillow under your head,

Make sure there is no pressure on the back of your neck and that air can circulate smoothly here.

Gently close your eyes and settle your arms beside you with your palms facing the ceiling.

Come fully aware of your physical body.

Begin to breathe profoundly into your abdomen.

Breathe in through your nose.

Breathe out through your mouth.

In and the last one,

In.

Gently return to your breath only through your nose.

Allow all the stress and tension gathered throughout the day to leave your body and release the existing tightness.

Dissolve it out of your body along with each breath out.

Set the intention to prepare your physical body for a restful and relaxing sleep.

Let all frequency vibrations present within your body begin to focus only on your respiration.

Feel your abdomen expanding as it receives the air.

Sense its contraction as it pushes the air out through your nostrils.

Acknowledge the motion it creates within your physical and subtle bodies.

Be aware of the air's path traveling through you.

Feel it making space within,

Raising your vibration with each long and deep breath in.

Focus on this natural movement.

Unify with it.

Profound to relax you into the bed beneath.

Allow your body to become heavier and heavier.

Feel your respiration loosening up your entire body.

Let yourself simply relax here.

Consciously begin to loosen up each muscle of your body with each breath out.

With full awareness,

Relax your feet and your toes.

Relax your legs and hips.

Relax your entire abdomen.

Allow it to loosen up entirely and expand as much as it wants.

Relax your chest.

Loosen up your heart center and allow the tension present in your arms and fingers to leave.

Follow your respiration guide you into this pure state of relaxation.

Surrender your entire body to this state.

Gently relax your lips and tongue.

Allow your jawline to drop down and smoothen up completely.

Loosen up your eyebrows.

Relax your entire forehead and allow the present thoughts to leave.

Clear your mind.

Slow it down by the power of your breath.

Concentrate on your respiration and allow it to be present here and now.

Breathe and your thoughts come and pass without any judgment.

Try not to feed them.

Detach yourself from your overthinking mind.

Concentrate only on your breathing.

Relax.

Allow your physical body to fall asleep peacefully.

Become one with your breath.

Focus on the air flowing smoothly through your nostrils,

Filling your lungs and entire body with life.

Be present here.

Breathe in and allow your conscious mind to stay awakened.

Allow yourself to smoothly drift away from your physical body.

Now begin to visualize a beautiful valley between a grand forest and a calm flowing river.

You are standing in the bright sun present high above your head.

Visit shining its light on the colorful flowers dancing in the subtle breeze of air.

You can almost feel the warmness on your skin and the beautiful smells traveling through the pure air.

Take a moment and transport yourself here.

Feel this place with each sense.

Allow your entire being to be present here.

Explore.

As you stand here in peacefulness,

Visualize a tiny house appearing in the distance.

Have the intention to approach it slowly.

As you start your path,

Try and be fully aware of your road towards it.

Make the first step with full presence.

Take the time to feel the soft,

Humid grass embracing the soles of your feet.

Feel the wind gently caressing your skin.

Be aware of each step and its surroundings.

Be present here.

Walk towards your home with full awareness and charge yourself with the elements present in this wonderful environment.

Feel the air.

Sense the smell.

Embrace each sensation.

As you reach the house,

Take a moment in front of it and begin to visualize it as you want it to be.

Imagine it with your heart center and through your mind's eye.

Imagine it however you want.

Allow your heart to create this sacred space.

Visualize its color.

Enter its door.

Be aware of all its textures.

Visualize it with all its details.

The exterior of your home is ready.

Open its door.

Enter it.

Visualize your sacred space from within.

Begin to create your temple here.

Imagine it.

Also,

Begin to feel the vibration from within.

What is the smell you want within your home?

What temperature is there?

What this is the temple within your heart?

Your home created however you feel and wish.

When the interior is done as well,

Go outside and visualize your beautiful yard.

Would you see your yard?

What are the most essential elements for you to have here?

Visualize and explore this space.

And to create,

Within this magical place,

A special zone for you to meditate in.

It can be inside your home or in its garden.

Allow your intuition to guide you and begin to picture it slowly.

Visualize yourself standing in the middle of your meditation zone.

Breathe here deeply.

Focus all your attention between your eyebrows into your mind's eye.

Set the intention for you to consciously enter a lucid dream from within this created space.

In this scenario,

Keep your consciousness awake to remain present as your body gently falls asleep.

Focus on the image you see from your meditation spot.

Visualize your home within your garden.

Feel the smooth breeze of air caressing your skin.

Sense the smell.

Begin to connect this inner space.

As you stand here in your meditation spot,

Visualize yourself floating upward with each breath in.

See your mind's eye brightening.

Feel the energy moving here.

Intend to enter your third eye and see from there to project itself wherever it wants from here.

Let your lucid dream slowly begin as you focus on the image of your third eye enhancing its energy between your eyebrows.

Be conscious of the awakened state your mind is in.

Travel into your mind's eye and begin to create the scenario from which you want to enter your lucid dream.

And then just let your mind do the rest.

My name is Trist.

I wish you a good night and a pleasant journey.
