Heal what you feel.

This is Franziska Hochwald and I am leading you through this guided meditation.

Enjoy.

The natural state of your consciousness is pure joy and bliss.

Yet sometimes this natural state is disguised by difficult and painful emotions we have come to experience throughout our lives.

Today is the day to release them and to open up to our natural state of joy and bliss once more.

Find a relaxed position.

Sit comfortably or lay down.

You may keep your eyes open or gently close them.

Now direct your awareness to the inside.

Is there a feeling or an emotion inside of you?

With lots of practice suppressing our feelings,

It may take some searching to find it,

But it is always there,

Even if it moves around.

This too is okay,

Because we can also learn to feel that movement.

Feelings are just a movement of energy within our awareness.

Feel the feeling without labeling or judging it.

There is no need to name it,

Just concentrate on how the feeling feels.

Simply be aware of it.

Now take your time to examine that feeling.

Where inside of your body do you perceive it?

Can you recognize its size,

Its color,

Its consistency,

Its expansion?

Maybe old memories come to your mind that are linked with the feeling.

Situations,

Thoughts or inner pictures.

Just observe them as they come and go.

This feeling that might have been suppressed for a very long time has now come to the surface again.

Congratulate yourself for expanding your awareness.

Feel deep appreciation for this feeling.

See its value as part of your own immense creative power.

Feel the feeling,

For being present and for enriching the spectrum of possibilities in your world.

This feeling is precious,

For it is a unique expression of your creative power operating in harmony with the infinite power of the universe.

Offer your love to that feeling.

Observe the feeling right now just the way that it is.

Feel the state of being loving.

You are the one giving love to that feeling.

Now love yourself for loving this feeling.

Give yourself love and appreciation for this moment in which you feel and perceive that feeling with expanded awareness.

You are the creator of this feeling.

Now you can see what you created,

Your own creative power manifested as this feeling.

Say to yourself,

Look what I created.

I love myself for realizing my own creative power.

Now as you appreciate the feeling and as you appreciate yourself for feeling that feeling,

You can clearly see that it has no reality of its own.

You understand that this feeling exists only because you created it by calling it into existence.

You are the one who invested the energy to give existence to the feeling.

Now ask yourself,

Do I want to keep this feeling?

Do I wish to experience the feeling for a bit longer or am I ready to let it go?

Bring yourself to this new possibility of being free from that feeling in its present state and having the energy once invested in this feeling to be now available to you.

Let the feeling flow back into the stream of your creative energy.

Release all the stories that are linked to that feeling.

Release any feeling of identification with that feeling.

Say to yourself,

This feeling is just one episode in the great story of my life and now I let it go.

Now I am open for new adventures and new creations that support my joy.

You feel energy flowing through your body.

You feel the joy and bliss that are the natural state of your consciousness.

And now it is time to come back into here and now.

You feel refreshed,

Restored,

Empowered and free.
