Welcome to this gentle fantasy journey.

A time just for you to slow down,

Let go and reconnect with your inner calm.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Let your hands rest softly,

Your shoulders relax and gently close your eyes if that feels good for you.

Let's begin with a few slow deep breaths,

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale,

One more,

In and out.

Allow the rhythm of your breath to settle you here,

In this moment.

Now,

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful open meadow.

The grass around you is soft and green,

Gently swaying in the breeze.

The air is warm,

Fresh and carries the light scent of wildflowers.

The sun is shining softly above,

Casting golden light across the landscape.

You feel the sun on your skin,

Not too hot,

Just warm and comforting.

The sky above is white and blue,

With a few fluffy white clouds drifting peacefully by.

With each breath you feel more relaxed.

You take a slow step forward into the meadow.

The ground beneath your feet feels soft and safe.

With every step you feel lighter,

As if the worries of your day are melting away behind you.

As you walk through the meadow you notice wildflowers blooming in all colors,

Yellows,

Blues,

Purples and pinks.

Some are swaying with the breeze,

Others stand tall,

Reaching toward the sun.

You pause for a moment and smile in their quiet beauty.

To your right you see a large oak tree standing at the center of the field.

Its branches are wide and welcoming and beneath it lies a soft blanket of grass and shade.

You walk over to the tree and sit down at its base.

As you rest here you feel supported,

Like the tree is holding you with ancient grounding energy.

You lean back gently and for a moment everything becomes still.

A soft breeze brushes your face.

You hear birds singing in the distance.

Maybe the sound of a gentle stream or the rustle of leaves in the wind.

You are fully safe here,

Fully at peace.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Let go just a little more.

As you sit quietly you begin to feel a sense of connection.

With nature,

With your breath,

With yourself.

Perhaps a gentle message arises,

A word,

A feeling or a sense of reassurance.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are enough.

Let that message settle deep into your heart.

This is your space.

You can return here anytime you need calm,

Clarity or comfort.

Now when you are ready begin to bring awareness back to your body.

To the surface you are resting on.

To your breath.

To this moment.

You may want to gently move your fingers or toes.

Maybe take a deeper breath or smile softly.

You've just gifted yourself a moment of peace and that peace is now with you.

Carry this calm into the rest of your day or evening and thank you for taking this journey.
