A meditation channeled with the aid of Divine Energy to support your connection and alignment with your natural breath. This is already the Divine Breath of Creation, and is already awake to your essential nature. This meditation serves to remind your body of its essential nature as the boundless, seamless, alive presence that it already is. It aims to support you in embodying this subtle, intuitively known aspect of your nature, thereby awakening you to the freedom and openness that is your very being.

Transcript

Beginning with taking a moment just to land in the breath and in the body,

Finding a posture that feels relaxed yet alert,

Listening to the vertebrae in the spine and the neck,

Rooting down through the coccyx,

Rising up through the top of the head,

Breathing into a natural sense of alignment.

Noticing any physical tension,

Any stiffness,

Welcoming that in,

Allowing for any relaxation,

Any subtle movement that wants to happen.

Allowing the awareness in the body to grow,

To expand with the breath.

The breath,

A vehicle for our awareness to soak,

Deepen,

Into our experience of the body,

Into our experience of this moment,

Of all its sensations,

Feelings and emotions,

Thoughts and images,

Sounds,

Tastes,

All the sensory impressions of this moment,

All included in this simple breath,

Just this breath.

And just noticing how your breath is right now,

Welcoming it just as it is,

The quality,

The pace,

The texture,

Inviting a space of permission for the breath to be just as it is.

And then inviting three deeper breaths,

Smoother,

Slower,

Gentler,

Noticing the difference here with the quality of these breaths,

Noticing the impact,

The response in the body.

There's a magic to this breath,

An energy potency.

It has a quality all its own and that quality has an impact,

Makes an impression on our experience of who we are,

Of what we are in each moment.

And there's an invitation now simply to drop into the breath and to discover within the quality of this very breath,

Spaciousness,

The lightness,

Sacredness,

The divinity,

The magic,

The aliveness.

Whatever connects for you,

Whatever feels alive for you,

Is available to you through the breath.

And it's possible it may not be very apparent at first,

What these qualities might be.

It's possible there might just be boredom or resistance to the breath.

And in that case,

It's simply welcoming those qualities just as they are,

Including them as well.

And staying open to anything else that also wants to emerge unrestricted in this moment.

Noticing to the attitude with which you approach the breath.

Noticing any yearning for it to be a certain way.

Any resistance or frustration.

Noticing any desire to try and push it or manipulate it to be a certain shape or flavor.

And just letting go if that feels available.

Letting go of those pushing and pulling attitudes.

Dropping further deeper into the place of permission and openness.

For it all to be here,

Just as it is.

Welcoming simplicity.

Embracing mundanity.

And then from that place of permission and welcoming,

Opening to something more.

Something else.

Opening to what wants to emerge from the breath.

Opening to its innate creative potential.

Such that rather than guiding the breath,

Instead allowing the breath to guide us.

Surrendering to the breath.

This breath.

This very breath.

It's already divine.

It's already awake.

It's already alive.

With free flowing magical creative potentiality.

That is its nature.

Nothing to do here.

This is already fulfilled.

This breath arrives fully formed,

Fully awake.

Its empty nature.

Empty limitation.

Empty of restriction,

Control.

Completely free.

Completely full.

The suffuse freedom.

Divine expression.

Soaking into tissues,

This body,

These feelings and these thoughts.

Revealing no boundary.

No border.

Just this breath.

Shining as all there is.

This is it.

This is already divine.

This is already home.

Welcome home.

The boundless,

Boundless capacity of this divine breath.

Breathing.

There is nothing it cannot receive.

Being empty.

It's full of loving capacity to receive this experience,

This moment,

Just as it is.

No self.

No boundary.

Just this formless breath.

Divine breath.

There's nothing you need to do.

This breath receives all.

And out of this empty breath,

This receptive void,

This mysterious embracing,

Flows unrestricted,

The alive potentiality of divine creation.

Nothing,

Nothing,

Nothing.

Nothing needs to be done.

Nothing needs to be achieved.

And out of this nothing,

Anything is possible.

Everything is possible.

Divine creation.

Silence sounding.

Stillness moving.

Emptiness bouncing.

Opening to this emerging quality of the breath.

And an invitation now to include more of a sense of the body,

Bone,

Flesh,

Heartbeat,

Lung breathe.

Seeing that density and subtlety of sensation are not separate.

Not two.

One physicality.

One breathing aliveness.

Embodying this divine breath.

Visceralizing this miraculous openness.

Discovering the ground of unknowable mystery.

And for the last few minutes,

Inviting a softening in the body.

Deepening of comfort and relaxation.

I like to move the body a little bit.

And a more comfortable,

Cozy posture.

To really enjoy this last few moments.

The fruits of your practice.

Thank you.

Thank you,

Your precious miraculous being.

Www.

Mooji.
