Hello and welcome.
Today I will be guiding you through a breathwork series.
I'd like to do this first thing in the morning or whenever I'm feeling anxiety,
Worry,
Or fear.
We'll begin by either lying down or sitting upright,
Spine in full alignment,
Fluttering the eyes closed,
Tuning into the body.
We'll begin with a deep breath in through the nose,
Holding it at the top at the crown chakra and exhaling completely out the mouth.
Breathing in again through the nose,
Sending energy through to the crown.
Exhale releasing completely out the mouth.
I'd like you to think of a word or an intention that you'd like to bring into your day today.
It could be abundance,
Clarity,
Strength,
Perseverance,
Communication,
Whatever that word is.
I want you to hold on and when we breathe in,
I'd like you to repeat the word,
Holding it at your crown chakra,
Releasing out the mouth anything that is getting in the way of you achieving that.
Let's begin.
Take a big inhale through the nose,
Holding our intention at the top.
Exhaling completely out the mouth.
Another inhale through the nose,
Repeat the word or mantra,
And exhale,
Release out the mouth.
Again,
In through the nose,
Repeating the word and exhaling completely out the mouth.
Two more times in through the nose,
Repeat your word and exhale all the way out.
Last time,
Inhale through the nose,
Sending white light to that crown chakra,
Holding it,
Holding that intention for the day and releasing completely out the mouth.
Beautiful.
Next,
We're going to do one of my favorite breath works for relieving anxiety.
We'll be breathing in to the belly,
Through the nose,
Into the chest,
And releasing completely out the mouth,
Almost like a wave.
So it'll be like this.
And we'll begin in three,
Two,
And one.
Breathing in to the belly,
Then the chest,
Exhaling completely out the mouth.
You're doing great.
Keep going.
Clearing our physical,
Energetic bodies through the breath.
Just a few more seconds.
Last 10.
And with this last one,
We'll hold at the top,
Sending a beam of white light to our crown chakra,
Holding,
Holding,
And release completely out the mouth.
Remember how powerful you are,
How resilient you are,
And how ready you are to start this beautiful day.
