Welcome to this guided visualization meditation.
Now I know we're busy bitches so I'm going to get straight to the goddamn point.
Make sure you are somewhere comfortable where you won't be disturbed.
Relax into a comfortable position and close your eyes.
And whilst I read this introduction just start to take some really deep breaths.
Visualization is such a powerful tool so congratulations for making the time to dedicate to this.
This should be exciting because you are drawing your ideal scenario closer to you every time you do this.
Make sure your eyes are closed and you're taking deep breaths and let your body relax.
Taking a minute or two to simply focus on your breath.
Follow your breath as it moves in and out of your body.
Feel it filling your lungs and then slowly releasing.
Let your breath be slow and steady and allow yourself to fully relax.
As you breathe in imagine yourself breathing in a white light and as you exhale imagine any tension or negativity leaving your body.
With each breath consciously untense any part of your body.
Now bring to mind the goals that you have set for yourself and narrow your focus to one specific goal if you can.
Visualize yourself already having achieved this goal.
Know that every time you see this in your mind you are manifesting it into your reality.
Repeatedly seeing your vision in your mind's eye is a powerful technique and by spending time on this you will be rearranging your reality to overcome any obstacles whether real or imagined and open your eyes to opportunities that will support the realization of this goal.
So now visualize yourself having achieved this goal.
It's up to you to focus your vision on the moment you receive the news of your goal having manifested or you just living with your vision as your new reality.
Simply choose the scenario that feels more exciting to you.
What does it feel like to have accomplished it?
How do you feel inside?
Is it excited,
Proud or maybe even relieved?
Really feel that emotion.
How does it feel?
We're about to embolden that vision by adding in all five of your senses.
This is designed to really bring your vision to life.
As we go through each sense hold this vision in your mind.
It's not hard,
It's just intentional daydreaming,
It's fun.
Don't worry about getting it perfect,
Just relax and enjoy the process and let my voice be the background,
The guiding voice to your vision coming to life.
You might even slightly tune me out,
I won't be offended.
What can you see as you look around you?
In your mind look all around you.
Who is there?
Where are you?
What's the scenery?
Are you inside or outside?
Take in every detail of what you can see and this doesn't have to be a static image.
Things can be happening,
Just take in everything you can see.
What do you hear?
Take your time to really listen.
What do you hear?
Is it applause,
Music,
Beach waves,
Voices,
Or maybe it's silence.
They all count,
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
Smell is the sense that evokes the biggest emotional reaction in us.
So really take the time to add in your sense of smell as you really make this vision come to life.
And what do you taste?
As your vision comes to life,
As you can see around you,
You can hear,
You can smell,
Do you also taste anything?
Are you eating or drinking?
If you don't have any taste in this vision,
That's absolutely fine.
And finally,
What do you feel?
What's the temperature?
The textures you touch,
The movements you feel,
The weight of something,
What you're sitting,
Standing,
Or laying on.
Maybe the clothes against your skin,
What do you feel?
See yourself smiling,
Happy,
And fulfilled.
See yourself in this image of your visualization.
See yourself within the setting.
Almost as if you're looking at a photograph or a video of yourself.
It's great to visualize from two different aspects.
By putting yourself in it and looking in from an outside point of view and seeing yourself in that vision.
But it's also great to look down at your own body and your own hands and your own feet and look out as if you're in the vision yourself.
It's good to try both,
But whichever one feels better for you,
Stick to that.
As you hold this image in your mind,
Repeat the following affirmations silently or aloud,
Feeling the truth of each statement.
I am capable of achieving my goals.
I am the architect of my life.
My goals are within my reach.
I trust myself and my abilities.
I am focused and determined.
I am deserving of this success.
I am capable of achieving my goals.
I am the architect of my life.
My goals are within my reach.
I trust myself and my abilities.
I am focused and determined.
And I am deserving of success.
Now bring your attention to your breath once again.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold for a few seconds,
Then exhale slowly.
Now repeat this breathing exercise and as you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine yourself taking the necessary steps towards your goals like a montage on a rom-com.
You know the ones I mean.
See yourself working towards them with focus and excitement and determination.
Visualise the obstacles that may or may not come your way and see yourself easily overcoming them.
Repeat these affirmations as you visualise yourself taking the necessary steps towards your goals.
My goals are already within my reach.
I am capable of overcoming any obstacles.
I am committed to achieving my goals.
I am making progress towards my goals every day.
I am grateful for the opportunities that come my way.
Now take a few moments to breathe deeply once again,
Feeling calm,
Focused and centred.
As this meditation comes to an end,
Bring to mind once again the image of yourself having achieved your goals.
Take a moment to feel the gratitude and joy that come with having accomplished exactly what you set out to do.
As you go about your day,
Carry this feeling with you.
Remember that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to and that you have the strength and determination to make it happen.
Some more deep breaths,
Visualising whatever feels good to you.
It could be the next step that you are going to take towards making this goal your reality.
It could be taking yourself back to that incredibly happy place where your goal has been realised and has manifested into your reality.
Or it could simply be setting the intention of how you will spend today or tomorrow taking yourself closer to this goal becoming a reality.
An extra element you might want to add could be visualising how other people will react to the news that your goal has manifested.
How will your friends and family react to this incredible news?
What will they say?
How pleased will they be?
Remember that every time you repeat this visualisation process,
You are bringing that goal into your reality.
Visualisation is an incredibly powerful tool.
And you should be proud of yourself for taking this time to regularly work on being the architect of your life.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Take a deep breath and return to your day feeling refreshed and energised.
Or if you are listening to this as you go to sleep,
Keep on relaxing and wake up tomorrow ready to take steps towards your goal.
