Good morning everybody.
Welcome to Tuesday Meditation.
It might not be Tuesday when you're watching this,
But right now at this moment it's Tuesday.
Morning Meditation in the Flow.
Thank you for joining me today.
Today we are going to talk about abundance.
My dear,
Dear cousin is doing this abundance challenge and I was like,
Oh my gosh,
I love talking about abundance.
Tomorrow I'm gonna talk about abundance.
So there we go.
I'm talking about abundance.
I love talking about abundance because that conversation leads into the conversation of the law of attraction.
Now if you're familiar with the law of attraction,
It is a big conversation.
It's a large,
Huge,
You know,
I mean I could talk for an hour on it.
I could probably talk for longer on it knowing me.
But um and that maybe someday I'll do like a whole like hour-long thing on it because it's a really important,
Fantastic conversation.
So however,
For the purposes of our morning meditation,
We're gonna talk about it in terms of abundance.
Okay.
A lot of attraction is really based on the belief that people and thoughts are all made up of pure energy.
Okay.
And the process of like energy attracts like energy.
Okay.
So basically the bottom line is is that knowing that and practicing that,
You can improve your health,
Your relationships,
Your emotional status or status.
I don't know if you call it that but you know.
So basically it can improve your life.
In a nutshell.
A lot of attraction in a nutshell.
But here's the thing.
You have to keep your thoughts and your.
.
.
You have to keep aware of what you're thinking about.
Okay.
So if you're frustrated and if you keep those thoughts in your in your mind all the time,
Then you're gonna attract more frustrating situations in your life.
Right.
Whereas if you try really hard to stay in the state of happy,
Which I've worked so hard for so long to stay in the state of happy and I do fairly well,
Then I will attract happiness into my life.
Easy right?
It's not.
It's easy sometimes you know and it's not easy in other times.
So how does that fit into abundance?
Well abundance is by definition a very large quantity of whatever.
Of something.
So in order to have abundance and abundance of all of it,
Abundance of love,
Abundance of joy,
Abundance of tangible things like abundance of money,
Abundance of you know whatever it is,
Emotional state,
An abundance of happiness.
You have to create those thoughts in your mind.
Right.
And keep it there.
Okay.
So now this is how crazy and how much I love spirit.
Right.
I love the work I do.
Spirit is amazing.
Right.
So I decided I wanted to talk about this today and I just usually get a I usually get a thought in my brain of what it is I want to talk about the night before and I kind of maybe jot a few things down because I don't do well with too many notes.
Right.
So wouldn't you know this morning I get up and if you're familiar with Abraham Hicks,
They basically have created this law of attraction sort of way.
I mean an easy way of learning about it and that sort of thing.
So Abraham Hicks,
I get an email from them every morning and this is what the email said,
Whatever you're thinking about is literally like planning a future event.
When you're worrying you are planning.
When you are appreciating you are planning.
Interesting.
Right.
What are you planning today?
I just thought that that was really crazy and really cool.
You know I thought how perfect.
Spirit knows what's you know I was supposed to say that clearly.
Right.
Spirit knows what to do.
So I love that.
So now that big conversation in a very small time frame,
Let's put it towards,
Let's discuss it in terms of our meditation.
Right.
So today our meditation is going to be on abundance and you can choose to have it be an overall of abundance.
You can have it,
You can choose to have it be an abundance of love in your life.
You can you know you can choose whatever it is that you want to have an abundance of.
For me my go-to,
I have two go-to's basically.
I choose to have an abundance of of happiness and and gratitude.
I almost forgot.
So that's kind of where my life is.
I have an abundance of gratitude and happiness and in my world I feel like that that creates more abundance of gratitude and happiness.
So let's get ourselves comfortable because we are going to meditate on abundance today.
So let's let our eyes float closed.
Get yourself comfortable.
You know I love to love to quote my meditation teacher David G in that,
Comfort is queen he says.
If you continue to sit comfortably then you're probably going to come back and meditate again and that's the whole key for that.
So let's get ourselves comfortable and let's take a nice long very slow very deep breath in.
So let's breathe in very slow allowing all of that air to get into our lungs and every cell in our body and release.
There's something about the deep breath in before we meditate.
It kind of just sets everything right.
So let's take another long slow deep breath in and release.
Perfect.
Very good.
Our mantra for today that we will say over and over again is kind of an affirmation and what we're gonna repeat over and over again is this.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
And we do.
Before we go into our silence and stillness though I'd like for us to think of let's get into a space of gratitude.
Think of three things,
Just three things that you are grateful for.
You can do more than that but let's start it out getting our mind in a space of gratitude.
Three things that we are grateful for.
It could be that you actually got up early and are online doing our meditation today.
It could be as simple as an amazing phone conversation with your sister that you had yesterday or your brother or your mother.
It could be that when you drove up to your house it seemed like all the flowers in your front yard had bloomed.
That's one of mine.
I drove up to the house it seemed like all beautiful flowers were in bloom and it took my breath away and that is gratitude.
So as we think of all the beautiful things in our life that we're grateful for,
Hopefully that puts a nice smile on our face and feel free to smile throughout today's meditation because it's about raising our emotional state.
I don't know that it's possible to be in a bad mood when you're smiling.
So our mantra again for today is I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
I will keep the time and let's begin.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
Beautiful.
As we bring our awareness back to our bodies,
Let's take a nice long deep breath in again through your nose,
Filling up your lungs and your body and release.
When you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.
How great was that?
So here's the thing.
Let's go throughout the rest of our day saying that to ourselves.
I deserve abundance in every aspect of my life.
And you can smile when you're saying it.
I love that.
That's a really good challenge.
I like that.
That's awesome.
So I wish you great abundance for the rest of your day.
I wish you to smile through the rest of your day.
And I wish you love and happiness today.
I am so grateful for all of you.
You all coming and being with me and doing this every day is one of the main things that I'm grateful for in my life.
So thank you so much for joining me today and every day.
So until next week or until next week,
Until next time,
Is what I meant to say.
Namaste everybody.
Thank you for joining.
