For optimal results,

It's best to listen to this with headphones,

And to be sure that this is the left-hand side and this is the right-hand side.

If,

For any reason,

You need to awaken during this process,

You will do so with all the resources you need and clarity of mind to attend to the situation.

Close your eyes,

And as we begin the relaxing and refreshing journey into trance,

That,

By its very nature,

Is a time for deliberate relaxation,

First of the body,

Then of the mind,

Into a place where the tensions and the thoughts disappear now.

With your eyes closed,

I want you to think about the top of your head.

Place your attention to the top of your head.

Be aware of your face,

Neck and shoulders.

Let your shoulders and all the way down your body to the tips of your toes.

I'm going to ask you to tense the muscles in your forehead right now.

I want you to tense the muscles in your forehead,

And release them.

Then tense the muscles again.

Hold and release.

Now,

You can notice the difference between any tense feelings you had in your forehead,

And when you relaxed your forehead,

Now you can notice how much more relaxed it is,

Because you became aware of the tensions,

Relaxed them and began the process of relaxation now.

Tense the muscles in your jaw,

And release them.

Tense the muscles again.

Hold and release them.

Tense the muscles in your neck and shoulders,

And release the tension now.

Tense the muscles in your neck and shoulders again.

And release the tensions.

Tense the muscles in your arms,

And release them.

And then tense the muscles in your chest,

And relax the muscles.

And tense the muscles of your thighs,

And relax them.

And tense the muscles in your thighs again,

And release the tension now.

Tense your calf muscles,

And release the tensions now.

And tense your calf muscles one more time,

And release the tensions.

And tense the muscles in your feet and toes,

And relax them.

All the way.

And tense them one more time before you relax all the muscles in your body,

Being more relaxed.

Being relaxed and clear minded,

And able to respond,

Focus and able to laugh at the things that in the past would have caused states of mind and body that are not like relaxation.

Conjuring,

And you conjuring.

Away.

And the more that you allow the feeling of relaxation to grow,

The more you can feel relaxed.

And from this place,

You can relax the muscles in your body.

Because when you bring balance to your body and mind,

You become more able to think clearly.

And to feel relaxed,

And to be able to do your work today.

And the more the tensions leave your body,

The more balance and harmony you have in your body and mind.

Because your mind is affected by your body,

And your body affects your mind,

And knows that when you sleep,

You can relax and release the tensions from your body.

And you know that if you relax before you sleep,

You relax into sleep.

And if you relax before you wake up,

You wake up relaxed and having a relaxed feeling spread over you feels good.

And releases endorphins that make you feel wonderful and relaxed,

Give yourself permission to relax your muscles.

And as you relax deeply your body and mind,

You may hear every word I say.

And maybe you'll drift deeply into trance and only hear the wake up at the end.

Or maybe you'll drift so deeply into trance that you'll wake up refreshed at the end.

Either way,

The sensations of relaxation and the benefit of going into trance is good for you.

And give yourself permission to relax your muscles and your mind.

Give yourself permission to release the tensions from your body and the worries from your mind drift away.

And so as you release the worry and release the tensions more and more,

Your body becomes more and more relaxed.

Feeling the most relaxed part of your body.

Notice the way it feels.

The movement,

Wondrous calm.

You can imagine what colour that feeling would be.

And you can imagine that colour and that feeling spreading slowly at first,

Relaxing and making you feel really wonderful now.

And the more that continues,

The more you relax your body and go into trance.

Because you can notice that and relax it.

Like you relaxed your body,

You relax your mind.

As you relax,

So can your thoughts relax and as you drift deeper into trance,

Any of the thoughts that could benefit from relaxing and releasing the tensions and stresses slip away.

Care if it's right and safe for you to implement it so that your thoughts relax and the things that used to hold you back slowly are down because of the indecisions and stresses,

Conflicts and tensions slip away.

Now,

While another part of you,

If it's safe and appropriate an activity to do,

Focuses on creating new and positive habits of success.

Decluttering your mind of worries and your body of stresses.

And the stress chemicals can be replaced with the heavy chemicals of endorphins and serotonin.

And the more that you listen to the relaxation and feel the relaxation and enjoy the experience of the feelings of relaxation flowing over you the more you listen to this trance.

And enjoy the benefits of listening to these regularly for maximum benefit and commit to being more this year than you were last.

Make a commitment to yourself that you are going to do more to have the lifestyle you want.

To plan to do more of the things that you want to do and do them.

To plan to create,

Find or build something that will get you the things that you desire and commit to making it happen for you.

So that you can enjoy more of the things that are around planet earth and the more you can see yourself taking time for yourself to relax and to relax your mind.

The more you will be able to experience the imagination of the feelings of relaxation and the letting go and do it more and that will cause you to have more relaxation in your body and mind as you enjoy life now.

The more you continue to relax and as the part of you that is focusing on more and more of what you do want and seeing the things that you do want to bring into your life.

The more you can effortlessly move towards acquiring them.

You can allow your unconscious mind to relax the tensions more and more as you welcome in things that relax your mind more and more.

Into a fluid,

Happy thinking center and calmly in a more resourceful place you can operate better to only what you do want your life to be.

There are things that can line up inside you now that will make you more relaxed than you were a while ago and while later on you will have to be not as deeply relaxed as you are now.

And are going deeper and you will still be able to relax one way or another.

Because if you are in a situation,

One that is one that you are experiencing and you choose to be more relaxed in that situation than in the past you used to be in those kinds of situations.

You will be more relaxed then as well as now and you plan for that to happen more and more because that idea is deeper into relaxation of your mind and body.

In this chance now you can feel more relaxed than you ever have and you can focus on the feelings of relaxation more and more in any area that you want more and more now.

As you allow yourself to both physically and mentally relax deeper and deeper into trance.

Leaving energy from the universe and using more of it to make you relax and feeling good about yourself and about the adventures in your future.

Now calmness increasing and spreading all over your body can relax deeper and deeper and the more of those feelings of total relaxation can flow over you.

The more you get used to listening to this and to relax to the sound of the music.

And the more you relax the more you give your body the opportunity to replenish and revitalise.

The more the toxins can be expelled from your system and the more that you can plan to replace them with healthy life giving energies from the air you breathe to the food and drink you consume.

And the more that you eat,

Drink and breathe in a healthier way the more that your physical self comes into balance and a relaxed state of harmony.

And while you raise the background levels of relaxation in you the more you can relax now and at other times in the future in situations when maybe you wouldn't have been so relaxed that you are now able to deeply relax.

Relaxing gives your muscle tissues a chance to be repaired and restored.

Relaxing gives your mind and body the chance to replenish and restore itself.

The more you stay in your state of relaxation is something you can enjoy whenever you like.

It is something that the more you choose to enjoy the more you will find it is something that just happened to you.

Continue your adventures on planet earth with a deeper and deeper sense of relaxation now.

Sometimes there may be a part of you that wants one thing and a part of you that wants something else and while there is a non unified direction with regard to an issue there can be no real unified direction.

Action or results and inside you now can allow the part of you that is the creative genius part of you to look for any particular area that you are not even aware of.

There was an issue where one part of you wanted one thing and a part of you wants another thing and this issue that will for the full duration of this trance remain only to your unconscious.

And when you wait you may experience a change then or any time in the future your unconscious mind can after it has first found this issue then with its creative powers created first one then a second and finally a third option that moves you.

Finally a third option that meets the criteria of the part of you that wants one thing and the part of you that wants another thing and found at least three options for thinking about and doing something differently.

When your unconscious mind has found these three alternatives that are in line with the end goals that both these parts want for you that are acceptable by both of these parts then with a vision in your mind and motivation attached to the idea for thinking and doing this new thing that will make your life a better place to live and a better experience for others you will make available to you while you relax and allow the thoughts in your mind to become clear and you relax.

Drifting in trance is a relaxing and healing experience the relaxing healing experience drifting into trance.

Letting go.

Feeling deep bliss.

Your mind can just drift away deeper.

Now you relax.

Deeper deeper pure pleasure,

Pure relaxation.

Worries drift away.

Relaxed thoughts and relaxed mind in the future where the old worry was.

Sublime feelings.

Feeling sublime.

And your mind becomes clearer and clearer.

The nearer and nearer that you come to gently waking up the more relaxed you can allow yourself to feel because as you get used to waking up gently and in a relaxed state of mind and body you realize that you can do it more and more and combine the relaxed state of mind and body with other states and you can wake up happy and relaxed.

There are times aren't there in your day to day life where it would be better to be relaxed now.

You can plan to be relaxed more and more in those situations at once where you can imagine seeing yourself the old tense ways gone and replaced with a more fluid relaxed happy and resourceful state.

Because when you relax physically and relax your mind you release the tensions and stresses from your body and mind.

So in its place you welcome in relaxation and fluidity of mind,

Calmness and clarity while being even more motivated to do the things you want and need to do with more and more increased feelings of relaxation and happiness now.

Relaxed when you wake up with a smile and a positive attitude for life is refreshing to have physically and have mentally and have emotionally and have in the core of your being more fluidity and a wonderful relaxed sensation of exciting things.

Feeling the exciting calm and clarity as you wake up,

Feeling relaxed and clear about the times you want to be more relaxed today.

And being more relaxed then and now as you wake up.

Wake up in a relaxed state and enjoy your day.

Knowing relaxation is good for you can start to be aware of your very relaxed body and become aware of how you can see yourself being relaxed as you wake up and feel good now.

I'm going to count backwards from 5 to 1 and you can keep the level of relaxation that you want right now and become clearly awake in your mind.

You can see how relaxed you want your body to remain as you wake up wide awake.

Come out of this trance now.

5 aware of where you are.

4 waking.

2 eyes wide open.

1 all the way out of trance.
