Today we are covering the Akasha or spirit element. Akasha is seen as the “original” Element, from which all creation came. The 4 material Elements—Earth, Air, Fire, and Water—comprise the physical world, the Fifth Element, Spirit, or Akasha exists within all four of them. Akasha is immaterial, yet present in all things, and does not exist apart from anything else. t represents the connection and balance between all other Elements. Have a good session. Namaste.
