So please come into a comfortable seat and if you'd like go ahead and bring your eyes to close.
And connecting into your breath let's take a nice full breath in and then just letting go as you breathe out.
And let's do that twice more so breathe in through the nose and if you'd like you could even sigh out through an open mouth just inviting your body to begin releasing a little bit.
One more time just a nice full breath in and exhaling really letting yourself arrive here for this meditation today.
And then stay with the breath a bit longer here but now begin to smooth your breath out.
So just inviting your inhales and exhales to maybe stretch out a little bit longer.
Just smoothing over any rough edges so the breath just feels really relaxed allowing the breath to flow in and out with ease.
And then your body bring your attention to your body and feel around sense around and see if there's any need to adjust here.
Just tweaking your posture a little bit even the subtlest of movements here can bring us sometimes into greater alignment and help us just feel more relaxed as we sit.
And then just bringing these two together so the breath in the body and just feeling how the breath is moving through the body and what parts of your body are being touched by the breath in this moment.
So you are here now a little bit more here in the present moment and we want to anchor as much of ourselves into this moment as possible.
All parts of you are allowed to be here and I'm gonna call out a few parts and they may or may not resonate with you but if they do see if you can fully embrace and allow those parts that resonate with you to land here in the moment as well.
So calling in any fearful parts of yourself.
Let these fearful parts arrive.
Embrace them and let them know they are allowed to be here.
Take a breath breathing in and out.
Calling in any angry parts of yourself.
Let these parts land here in this moment with you.
They have a right to be here.
Just take a breath breathing in and breathing out.
Calling in any sad parts of you.
Allow these parts to be here.
They're allowed to be here.
Calling in any neglected parts of yourself.
These parts get to be here too.
Take a breath breathe in and out.
Calling in any numbed out parts of you.
These parts are welcome here.
They're allowed to be here.
Take a breath and breathe in and breathe out.
Are there any other parts that you've pushed away,
Rejected,
Judged?
Call these parts back into this moment with you right now.
These parts could include your creative parts,
Your playful parts,
Your powerful parts.
So now that we've invited more of ourselves into this moment,
Feel your whole body again.
And feel how the breath is moving through your body.
When we embrace all of who we are,
There's an integration that happens.
And we are able to access more fully our wholeness.
See if you can feel into your innate wholeness right now in this moment.
You are allowed to show up in your fullness.
You are allowed to be scared and angry and sad.
You're allowed to even feel numb or checked out.
You are also allowed to be powerful,
Creative,
Wildly beautiful.
Breathing in,
Feeling your whole body take in that breath.
Breathing out,
Feeling a softening,
A receptivity,
A remembrance.
Now take one hand over your belly and take one hand over your heart.
As you touch these two places on your body,
Feel your core self,
Your essence being activated.
This is the part of you that stands in truth.
This is the part of you that can observe all these other parts.
This is the part of you that is connected to the great spirit and all that is.
Awaken this part of you and allow this part of you to shine bright.
You are meant to be here in this moment,
Awake,
Alive,
And aware.
May you allow your energy to express fully,
To be completely accepted and embraced,
And to be a gift to the planet.
Come back to your breath.
Let your whole body breathe in.
Let your whole body breathe out as you claim your energy,
Your truth,
Your magnificence.
Allow your hands to release and bring them to touch into a prayer position right in front of your heart.
Take a nice full breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Bring closure to this practice today and sealing in this attunement to yourself,
Your essence,
Your truth.
