Welcome.

My name is Evangelos and I am from Four Ways to Freedom and I'm going to be guiding you through a mantra and visualization meditation.

This meditation is called Om Ah Hum.

So we're going to use these three sounds,

Om Ah Hum,

And three colors to help us be present,

To calm us,

And to allow any stuck energy in our body to be released.

Om represents the mind,

Consciousness,

Spirit,

The divine.

Ah represents speech or throat or the things that hurt us in dialogues like words.

And Hum represents the body of your heart or the heart of your body.

So Om is spelled O-M or A-U-M.

But for simplicity's sake,

Just envision it as Om.

Ah is spelled A-H like when you go to the doctor and you say Ah.

And Hum,

H-U-M,

Is the humming of your heart.

Your heart is continuously pumping.

You're continuously going through an experience where the heart sends information throughout your body.

So put together,

You're going to visualize an Om,

A white Om at the center of your forehead.

You're going to visualize an Ah,

A red Ah glowing at your throat center and a blue Hum in the middle of your heart.

So it's a glow right in the middle.

And as you do this,

You're going to imagine that the energy is coming down into your heart like it's descending.

It also helps with grounding to do this meditation.

And it's really important that we train ourselves to ground and to do these mantras because they change the vibration of our hearts.

They change the vibration of our bodies.

They change the vibration of our experience.

So let us begin.

And as with every meditation,

We want to start tuning into our breath.

And start to visualize white in the center of your forehead.

And if you have difficulty visualizing,

Just the feeling of white in the center of your forehead is good enough.

It's a feeling of white.

Visualizing red at the throat,

Glowing in all directions.

It's not just forward,

But all around glowing outwardly.

And hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum at the heart.

And so in this meditation,

You can follow my voice.

You can say it faster,

Or you can say it slower when you do it on your own.

But you can follow along with my voice.

So Om is white.

Eyes red,

Blue is the hum.

Om.

Om.

Visualizing white as you say Om.

Om.

Om.

Visualizing ah,

And visualizing red at the throat.

Ah.

Ah.

Ah.

Ah.

You can even visualize the words in these areas of your body if that helps you,

Once you get used to doing this mantra.

And then visualizing blue at the heart.

I'm saying hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum.

And let's put it all together.

Om,

Ah,

Hum.

Om,

Ah,

Hum.

Om,

Ah,

Hum.

Om,

Ah,

Hum.

Om,

Ah,

Hum.

Om,

Om,

Oh,

Om Maham,

Om Maham,

Om Maham,

White,

Red,

Blue,

Om Maham,

Forehead,

Throat,

Heart,

Om Maham,

Om Maham,

Om Maham,

Clearing Body,

Speech,

And Mind,

Om Maham,

Om Maham,

Om Maham,

Om Maham,

Inhaling and saying the words and the sound on the exhale,

Om Maham,

Om Maham,

Om Maham,

Om Maham,

Om Maham,

Om Maham,

And then dropping that Om,

Letting go of the white,

And just saying,

Aham,

Aham,

Throat,

Heart,

Throat,

Heart,

Aham,

Aham,

Aham,

Aham,

Aham,

Aham,

And then letting go of the red and the Ah,

The Throat,

And simply staying with the blue of the heart,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Hum,

Letting go of the Hum,

And staying with the blue glow at your heart,

Just bringing awareness to the heart and the color blue.

And then start to dissolve that blue glow at your heart,

Until it is a tiny blue star in the center of your heart.

Don't let it disappear.

Just bring your awareness,

Your attention,

How small can you decrease that blue star,

Until it becomes like a faint light,

A faint distant blue star in the center of your heart,

And bring your attention there for a moment.

Next gentle breath.

And let's close this meditation.

May we have happiness and the causes of happiness.

May we be free from struggle and the causes of struggle.

May we come to realize the bliss wisdom of our inner light.

May we abandon attachment,

Aggression,

And confusion.

And may we come to know the immeasurable beingness of our inner light.

May we come to realize that inside all of us is a shining star.

Namaste.
